They took the time and effort to do the best they could to take care of me. I have a 20 yr old vehicle that makes it much more complicated. I only rated it a 4 star vs 5 star because I would appreciated an update over a 4 day duration during the diagnosis. Very good people, a little busy at times but ultimately they do a very good job with anything you ask of them.

Not reliable.Battery light came on in my car and I stopped at Auto Zone to check it. AZ told me it was a bad alternator. I called a few shops around to see who was open (it was a Friday evening), this shop was open and I told them what the issue was and of they can fix it. They informed me to just pick up the alternator from AZ since I was already there. I purchased and took the alternator to this shop to replace it and it worked fine until a week later, battery light was coming back on and off. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back in. They said that they think the alternator is bad and that Auto Zone parts arent reliable (even though it was a brand new alternator!!). However, the person who helped me the first time said that since I purchased the part myself that I would have to pay for the labor again! I told him I wish he would have told me that before I purchased it! Then he told me that AutoZone would have to reimburse me for the cost of the labor to put the new one back in. When I checked with AZ they said that that process takes a few months and that I would have to submit a letter for this issue. Long story short, I was very frustrated and wouldnt recommend going here.

I took my suv and it has air bag suspensión that wont raise comperssor is not working and died battery they gave it back saying dont know whats wrong with it after a week later lazy staff and dont try to find the problem had to tow it back and forth
