The same very nice young lady helped me both times that I was there. She was super sweet and very efficient in helping me. She knew her products and had me out of there in no time. Not sure of her name but was just there today (9/15) at around 4:00 pm.

Great Service, The ladies in the store went out of there way to go and get me a serial card since they was out fm a near buy Sprint store... They offer me a drink for patiently waiting while continuing to offer great Customer Service... I would suggest any one to come to this store, for fast and friendly service...

Wasnt good at all 1st the store employees werent knowledgeable on anything pertaining to the services and devices. Couldnt answer any questions that I had. I had been a loyal customer of er 4 years and I couldnt get a break or deal or a small discount on a new device because f what an employee did on my account on the prior visit to the store. The service wasnt as good as it use to be and it seemed that they werent even trying to help. Left went across the street to Metro and got hooked up very nicely and Metros service is better than boost in my location very pleased with Metro. Boost gets thumbs down.👎👎👎👎👎
