Okay, so Ive never written a google review for a business no matter how good or bad the experience was because I have simply never cared enough. However, this is my phone, a $900 piece of equipment were talking about, so I wouldnt want someone to make the same mistake I did.I took it in to replace my cracked screen and they have relatively good prices for a 6 Plus repair. The guys there are super nice and friendly and make you feel comfortable with the repair, citing theyve done a bunch and dont have problems with it at all. Thats great, except my phone screen was lifting up a day after the repair took place, like it was not glued or sealed down properly. Like a lid that wont completely close shut. Its covered under a 1 year limited warranty so I returned and they fixed it no problem. Then the phone was lifting up again. My worst luck is that Im an out of state student, so I couldnt go back a third time to get this fixed, as I was already back on campus. However, I shouldnt have to go back multiple times for a supposedly simple repair. My phone is literally cracked slightly open due to this poor repair, and now I have to shell out more to get someone else to replace the screen. If your phone is still under warranty like mine was, spend the $129 at Apple instead of trying to go cheap. They assured me that Apple probably wouldnt know that they were in my phone, thus voiding my warranty, but they most likely will know considering I wont be able to explain why my phone screen is lifting up like it was not glued down properly. Plus theyve been in it twice. Nice guys but not worth the money.
