These guys have been around for years. Knowledgeable and experienced. Glad I finally went with them as my charging port repair was not simple. Moto G5+. Several places wouldnt even work on a G. Parts and labor were around $50. 9/2021

The guys at Rescue Cell Phone are great. I dropped my phone in the pool and I hadn’t backed up my photos. They were able to help me back up my photos by transferring my motherboard to another phone. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they continued to keep me updated throughout the process. Give them a chance to diagnose any problem, I’m sure they’ll do all they can to help!

My touch wasn’t working because I got my screen replaced by another company and they didn’t put the shield on all my vital connections (touch, battery, camera, etc.). Rescue repaired it FOR FREE and installed a shield FOR FREE. Will have my business moving forward. Great people!

We brought in my sons ipad because it has been having problems charging. We brought it in and he was able to greatly improve it without having to take it apart. He gave me really useful advice on what it would cost to replace it in the future vs buying a new one. Im relieved to have found an honest repair shop and will be using them for all of our future repairs.

I went from irving to richardson to buy a phone the guy said it was AT&T phone it had the box with it that said AT&T i searched the phone it was Sprint... the phones turns on it said T-Mobile... yeah nope i left... wasted my time for a phone that was supposed to ve one company and then 2 different companies come up... wooow... never again will go to this store... the phone was probably stolen...

I had a great experience here! My phone was lagging and crashing and it turned out to be an easy fix. The guy at the desk told me how I could fix it myself and didnt charge me for the advice. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness, and if/when I have a tougher problem, this is definitely the place Ill go.

After being told all my pictures were lost by the TMobile experts, this genius man rescued all my treasured pictures and videos...He spent hours figuring out how to do a work around. Adam saved my life!My Note 8 had gone black, becming a black brick of glass, ie. the battery gave out without warning. Came in on Monday morning as soon as they opened, and He was able to fix/replace the battery in the phone in less than two hours, so I could begin backing up all of my 7 years worth of texts and contacts to the cloud... Thank you ADAM>!!! You do not charge enough!!!

This place is Amazing!! I got my phone stuck in the car door and thought that was the end.... Took it to this place and Asim fixed it to brand new looking in less then 30 min.Life saver. Will recommend this place to all people.

They took a whole month to fix my phone and when they said it was ready I came into the store and saw it had a huge black spot on the home button that was not there when I left it. The button looked like the paint was chipped, it was scratched like it was used....I paid 250$ so I can receive a used screen. 2 days later they said they had the screen replacement in so they changed the button but still looked used...very scratched and old looking...not only did I get a used screen again but I had to wait 45 min for the technician to open the store when it should have been open 45 min ago.. 4 weeks later I toss my phone on my bed and it shatters, I call back so I can get my 90 warranty that was not even GUARANTEED. In the end I got a cheap old used screen that shattered on me whne I tossed it on my bed. You can go some where more professional.

$80 for iPhone 5 cracked screen replacement at Cell Phione Rescue. The screens they use for replacement work fine but are very dim with a yellow tint. Far from the original brightness. They say that is just what you get with replacement screens. Apple charges $119 for an original screen replacement that is very bright white. If a bright, crisp white screen is an issue for you worth $40 extra, you may want to go to apple for an oem replacement. Really good people at Cell Phone Rescue, just FYI on the screens before you drop $80.

Absolutely friendly and helpful!! saw an advertisement for a sale on the note8.. the price wasnt spectacular but was on the lower end of the spectrum even compared to fair-condition ones on craigslist which was surprising for a brick and mortar, not to mention that the phone itself was pristine and came with a warranty (needless to say, i bought it). would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!sidenote: interesting how there are only 5-star and 1-star reviews for this store and nothing in between. given my experience with these guys, id have to guess that the 1-star peeps wanted the world and just didnt get their way. seriously, these guys went out of their way to be accommodating to me even though i walked in as they were about to close! to each his own, i suppose...
