The best phone repair shop I’ve ever been to! The man who fixed my phone, I believe his name is Tahir, did a wonderful job and was so respectable. I will 100% be visiting this place again for future phone repair purposes. I will also be recommending this place to my friends and family!!

Cant recommend this place enough! High quality and incredibly quick work for reasonable prices. My husbands Note 20 Ultra is a newer phone so he didnt have the parts on hand and had to order them, but even then the phone was ready the very next day. Definitely will be coming back should I or my husband need our phones repaired.

Make sure you know what you are getting. They were very professional and replaced the screen same day and it worked fine. I was not informed that the new screen is not the same water resistance as the original, so a few weeks later when then phone got wet the screen failed and now I have a brick of a phone. They viewed this as my fault and I should of known is could no longer tolerate water.

Have had my screen fix here many times. Even when the screen is no longer working. Just show up and drop my phone off. Usually done in like 30mins in my experience.

Cracked my iPhone X screen. Apple is/was closed so I took my iPhone X here to have it fixed. Since it’s been “fixed” my screen is way too sensitive, especially while scrolling. It’ll randomly select whatever is on the screen even if I’m not pressing the area on my phone. I’ve taken it back to this place 3 times and it still does the same thing. I get told there’s a problem with the phone and not the repair which I don’t believe. Asked for a refund and was told I would be leaving without a screen on my phone. 2 stars bc he did try and resolve the issue. But, I paid $1K out of pocket for my phone and it’s just not the same. Very frustrating. I will not be back here.

This store is a great place for fixing smart phones, tablets and laptops.The owner is very knowledgable, identifies issues quickly and is very professional.My iPhone 8 LCD screen leaked and I was not able to see anything On the screen or use my phone when I returned from a trip on Saturday night.Luckily the store in Richardson is open on Sunday’s (12-2pm), and he does it because he knows there are people out there who need help. He fixed my screen in about 15 minutes and I was on my way !!My screen looks better than before !! 👍🏼Great service,affordable prices And quick turn around times. Very fast. Super friendly. I tend to break my screen a lot so I’ve been in several times and always get great service. LOL. Prices are on the lower end of the spectrum. I definitely haven’t been somewhere else and paid less. The gentleman that always fixes my phone seem to really love his business. They also have the desks where the work is done in plain view which is reassuring and speaks to this company’s integrity.

Their prices are pretty reasonable, the standard quality is affordable compared to most companies and if you want the highest quality available its obviously going to be a bit more expensive. It was still good and honestly almost identical to the original screen. Overall a good place to go. Sometimes give a small discount understanding a college students financial struggle. I filled a short sheet on the service I requested and what device I had. Tahir was great! Came in several months ago to get the Touch ID chip replaced for my iPhone 6S Plus and Ive had no problems since then. I also had the phone screen replaced, as well as the battery, after dropping my phone and everything has held up just fine. I have previously brought in an iPhone to have a screen repaired and they did a great job. This week I brought in two iPads to be repaired. Once again, they did a great job. If you have a non-common phone, or a phone that came out super recently like my LG G8X. CellPhones4Sure is where you should go to get them repaired. Hes skilled and can order brand new parts to fix your brand new phone that you dropped on accident. Anybody can fix an Iphone or a Samsung. but its hard to find someone who can fix those rarer brands, even rarer to find someone who can fix a phone or get parts for a phone that came out less than 4 months ago.

My iPhone5 was dropped on the ground at 5:30 pm. The screen was popped up and no display. I went to this store around 5:50 pm. They told me screen and battery were broken. And showed me the battery. Did a good job of fixing my phone and the people there were nice. However, they seemed a little disorganized and temporarily lost my SIM card. They found it eventually and I was able to return the SIM card I had to buy from T-Mobile. They refused to pay for the SIM card I had to buy during the day or two they couldnt find the original but called me personally to apologize.

Went to Cellphones4sure while visiting from Houston by way of Chicago. On New Years my phone got destroyed and busted up pretty bad. I went there generally because they were the only place open on a Sunday and I needed my phone fixed before I hit the road heading back to Houston. Syed the technician was very polite when I called and told me to stop by with the phone and he would do the best he could. I also had another iPhone had broken previously so I brought it along as well because I knew it could be used for possible parts. I took him and hour and my iPhone was brand new. Not only did he do a great job with fixing my phone but he also fix other customers phones as well and was polite the entire time even under the stress! I had to tip him for not only fixing my phone but also for the amazing customer service! Honest cell phone repair guys in town. Went to have my iPhone microphone fixed. They checked the problem and made efforts to repair using two new microphone parts. The problem didnt get resolved. Apparently the mother board had an issue. No charge was accessed to perform all these checks and for the effort/time. Really pleased with the service and letting me know the real issue with the phone. Thanks for the efforts from these guys. My previous two experiences in past two years were also good. This my six time coming here and it never fails he fixes my phone fast. He always say give me 30 minutes but it always take him less then that to fix my phone. You are going to be in and out within minutes.

I thought about doing it myself, but it was far, far better and more pleasant to have Tahir do the job. I was in and out of the Richardson store in 20 minutes and have my Galaxy S7 fixed and back. I would have spent hours getting the battery and the glue pads together..and then an hour (or more) to make the swap (if I didnt mess up or lose/strip a screw...or set the battery on fire). Id go back in a heartbeat if I need future fixes.

At this writing, I cant say enough about the quality of service and professionalism of Cellphones4Sure. They fixed my phone service which had been disabled by water damage after I had taken it to another repair shop which claimed it did a service check and cleaning, but could do nothing else to fix it. Cellphones4Sure did a deep cleaning of the motherboard and it worked. I am very pleased.
