The manager there was amazing. His name is Chris. He made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. He seems to be a really good guy. I am going to bring my mother down here and get her set up with him instead of t-mobile.

Very bad customer service by the guy working here, didn’t answer any questions and was trying to fight. I am pretty sure he was either drunk or on something by the way he was acting. I asked him his name and he didn’t want to give it.

Switched my cell service to Cricket. The transition to switching to Cricket was very smooth and Bianca did a great job in helping me join my roommates plan. Had a couple of issues joining immediately due to finding the 4-digit Pin for for the plan. Went the next day and Rafael contacted their customer service while I was at work and helped fix the issues that same day. Highly recommend this store! Personnel are nice and helpful! Note to Self: Remember the PIN!

I visited this store back in October to get a new screen protector and ask several questions about my plan. The gentleman that was at the store that day was extremely kind and gave me excellent solutions to handle my requests. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. Careful when you go into this store. The guy that is working there with black hair on Sat 11.14.20 is RUDE!. He CANT handle upset customers. Instead of trying to find out WHY customer is upset, he makes the situation worse by making it about himself and putting blame on customer. If this the way CRIcket treats customers? Really. It makes me want to change providers. To owner of this location, Is this really how you train your employees to treat customers? If it is omg! I will NEVER return!

I bought a phone from the young man named Luis, he is very nice and respectful and he knows what he’s talking about! He helped me with all my needs. If your going to this location ask for Luis!!! The girl working there named Amy she is also sweet but she seems to not know much about her job.

Absolutely horrible. The first time that I came in, the agent talked to me for a moment and then proceeded to answer the phone for another 5 minutes. I will say that I’m not Hispanic so that might have been an issue. Another thing, service is horrible. Remember cell phones from the early 2000s? Yes, that is exactly what you will be getting. The “best” deal that they have is 2GB for $30 for unlimited talk and text and low-speed data. Just go to another provider like T-Mobile for 10GB for $40 for unlimited talk and text and high-speed data. Also the manager is aways hiding in the back of the store and never comes out to deal with customer’s frustrations. Absolutely horrible service and agents have no idea what they’re doing.Edit:I came in for a refund and they pretended they didn’t know who I was. The agent, named Amy, has no idea what she is doing at her job. She either needs to go read the policy manual or go back to high school. The manager, Karime, seems to actively train her members to not inform customers about the return policy. FYI there is no return policy. They tried to charge me $20 to return my phone for a restocking fee. Save your money and go to T-Mobile. This business is horrible, the tech support is horrible, and the people working in the store are horrible.

I had bought a phone from Amy and the service was great. I would recommend this location more, she was really nice and helped me a lot as well as a fun person to talk to and a great listener!

Several times I have gone to this place and the customer service has been lacking. Most of the time I have to figure out whats wrong with my phone on my own rather than them helping me. they need to hire people that are more experienced with cell phone and cell phone setup.

I went in today to change my service from T mobile to cricket. I walked in and no one was there. I was happy to be the only customer and expected to get good service. I had 2 sentences out and the phone rang. The guy at the counter immediately answered the phone (not saying a thing to me) and chatted with another customer for about 5 minutes when I decided that the phone customer was obviously more important than the one in front of him. I wont be switching to cricket because of his lack of care and poor judgement!

I went to this store thinking I was going to get the run around about a phone I purchased with cricket. Instead I received excellent customer service and information on the phone and what could be done. The managerKamiahwas very helpful in getting me to the right people I needed to see. She went well above anything, she had to do in order to get my phone service back on.

Went in with my friend and didnt buy anything because I didnt feel like I was give all the information I needed to make that decision. I asked questions but I dont know what I dont know. Also the good phones were too expensive. Anthony wasnt very helpful at all!

Rep here was not very welcoming. He seemed to knowva little about his current offers but we had ask a ton of questions to even find out something. Not very professional. iPhone was too expensive here!

My roommate and I checked out this place after chilis. And we were not impressed. The guy seemed too scared to talk to us and barely wanted to give us any info. He didnt try to sell us anything and we had to ask all the questions. We asked what the top phones he sold were and he showed is the two cheapest (like we couldnt afford the nicer ones?) Because it had 16gb storage he said. Dont go here.

I could go to any cricket store but thats my store. Not the closest to my house but I have never had anything but a good experience when I go.
