Very happy with my service.I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4 and destroyed the screen. After making a few calls, this was the place with the lowest price for screen replacement. Quality of the work looks top-notch; the phone looks brand new after their work.Minus 1 star cause they sort-of tried to up the price $10 when I got there from what they told me on the phone, but in the end they honored the original price.

I dont even know where to start. I recently came in with the wife for her samsung. came in with a simple phone repair, was given the run around for a whole week!!! Lies after lies about when the phone will be ready, when the parts will be ordered, cant even believe this place is an actual place of business. guy at the store was just worried about being on his phone instead of paying attention to customers. not to mention how nasty and unsanitary this store was. seems like they never clean the place either.

My iPhone 7+ was water damaged, DISPLAY was 90% turned black and unresponsive. Contacted Omman, he did a fantastic job by doing full Water damage treatment and replaced the Display. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came yesterday to have a screen fixed after waiting over an hour and 3 screens that were “malfuntioning” I had to come back today. A 45 MINUTE DRIVE. I told the young man at the counter that I would be in around 12. I arrived at 12:30 and have waited 2 HOURS. The mailbox is full on their voicemail so no opportunity for any kind of communication. I finally realize there are other locations in the metroplex and after calling them, they were able to reach the other attendant who was supposed to be here. They said he was pulling in. That was again 20 minutes ago. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. Worst customer service I have EVER had, and the fact that SO many of their screens that were supposed to be brand new didn’t work- super concerning.

This place is run by a pathological liar and a fraudster. I took a phone, they charged my credit card for $100+ plus and said in 5 working days part will arrive. After 3 weeks when I called them multiple times, they said finally a wrong part arrived. Another two three weeks - no progress. At that point an employee returns my phone with an attempt of refund. Refund never makes it to my card. For last six weeks multiple attempt to get them to make sure has been a failure and I had to endure so much lies from owner Omar that I finally told him to donate this money to a charity and move on ! I am sure he has better plan !!Please avoid them, if you do not want to be a victim of a fraudster.

Issue with my Note 5 was taken care off in few hrs friendly and family service very happy will come back and recommend others.

Proudly typing with my repaired Sony xperia z1s. Only store around that was willing to replace my screen and it was only $99.50 for ordering a new screen and replacing it. Compared to other store who would charge me extra because they didnt know exactly how to replace it I.e. $160

Walked in with a broken iphone6splus screen and checked it in. Was fixed within minutes! I recommend this place for speedy and good service.

Omman and the team are wonderful, forget the long waits at the Apple Store, these guys will have you in and out in less time than it takes to even drive to the overcrowded Apple Store. They have three convenient locations and repair and even sell IOS and Android. If you get in a jam, call Rescue!

I was a little leery from some of the previous (old) comments, but AJ (?) popped the cracked screen on my 5s and had a new one on in less than 10 minutes, and for ~$25 less than the big chain stores. He was friendly and knowledgeable as well - fast convenient and cheap!

The store does not offer its speedy repairs as promised. My own phone went 2 buissness days untouched before they gave it back 2 days after that. Tried contacting the store multiple times throughout the week, but they have 3 different store hours. On their door, their card, and online, very frustrating. Even when I called the main store during proper hours, no answer. I came in later in the week to find my untouched phone still on and in the shape I had it before I first gave it to them, (same apps running hadnt been openned) when they promised a quick turn around and that itd be ready to go that day. The employee at the front was promising the same service (water treatment) to another customer to be done that day. When my own phone would not be done until 2 days later and not fixed. I doubt they looked at it for long at all or gave my phone the time of day claiming it was broken just for a quick money grab. They claimed my phone wouldnt power on, but it did when it was given back to me proving they were uncabale or unwilling to fix the phone. They place seems sketchy and id recommend anywhere else for buisness. Also their sofa is a wreck with legs busted off leaving it at a 45 degree angle and the place reeks of vape from the shop next door. Seemed like a quick money grab, and they pose as a repair shop because they can fix glass screens which isnt that technical.

Do not go there!!! Sorry. They broke my iPhone 7 plus after replacing cracked glass. I made 3 trips to get it done. And now, iPhone screen gets unresponsive. Mostly probably, they did not use genuine part.

Not very knowledgable front staff, but repairs and screen replacements are speedy. Prices are above average for the same device and repair/replacement at other types of shops, but if money isnt an issue then their location is. Its the only shop for 5 sq miles.

Came in with what I thought was a hardware problem with the USB port on my S4 - guy behind the desk determined it was an Android issue, fixed it immediately, didnt charge for it. Couldve easily charged me $40 for the supposed hardware problem and did not.

Use the Richardson store at your own risk!They refuse to be accountable for damage they cause. The owner does not reply to phone messages or phoned-in feedback and the online Chat tried to load the JS/Exploit-Blacole.gc Trojan to my PC, but it was blocked by my McAfee antivirus.I had a broken screen replaced on my daughters Samsung Galaxy S3 on a Friday for $99.99. The phone was available within an hour; good response! However, there was sticky glue oozing around the edges of the screen that could be easily wiped away, but the phone appeared to be working. Over the next 2 days glue continued to ooze around the edge of the screen and the display became distorted and would not respond to touches. On Monday the screen would not come on, glue was still oozing from around the edge of the screen and the glass and LED had come loose and lifted up along the edge of the phone.My daughter took the phone back to the Richardson store, but the technician refused to accept any blame and accused my daughter of tampering with the screen that caused the phone to stop working. My daughter took the phone to a Verizon store technician who noted that glue was still oozing from the edge of the screen and concluded that the screen had been replaced improperly, which caused the LED to come loose and fail.I took the phone back to the Richardson store and was told there was nothing they would do unless I paid an additional $239 for a new LED and screen. I had hoped the owner would have responded so we could work something out, but unfortunately they did not.

Two weeks with no informative call back as to the status of an apparently old Galaxy S4 active, waiting for the customer to call back, just to find a reply that the technicians are unable to replace the sim card / sd card reader due to vendor quality, as the competitor at Fixaphone turned the same around in 45 minutes, later on during the same day.

Absolute nightmare. Promised a phone repair in 3 to 5 days. They have had my phone for 2 weeks and have lied to me about even having the part necessary to fix the phone. Do not go here ever.

If you have samsung go somewhere else, took my s7 for water damage, they overcharge for the part, replaced the glass of the back camera, overcharged again and when testing it the back camera was not even working, he said the technician says that will be different, I didnt want to be overcharged again for my camera after spending 300+$
