I scheduled an appointment to change the weather stripping on the door. The person on the phone didnt bother asking questions, so when they showed up, it turned out that the door is not standard, and they needed special materials to fix it. OK... When I called to reschedule, I asked if they could come in the morning, and she said that it would be no problem. When nobody showed up on time I called back and was told that the technician took a different job and could show up in my house in the afternoon. So they dont care about my time at all. I was also told that if Im not happy I can contact someone else. And thats exactly what I will do! By the way, I was a loyal customer of the Richardson Door for years despite a couple of not so well done jobs. Oh well.... Terrible customer service.Also, they were supposed to fix a defect from their prior installation - a storm door that is a couple of inches shorter on one side that the other. I attached the pics so that it would be visible.

I have known Mike since 1971 he is a skilled carpenter and a good man. i read the negative review and dont believe a word of it. He has always driven himself to perfection and amazingly has achieved it many times.

We had three exterior doors that we jamming and sticking, and were difficult to lock. Matt came to the house, and quickly had all three doors working smoothly. He explained everything he did, and offered suggestions to keep the doors in good order. The doors are like new, now. The price was reasonable, too. Thanks, guys. Great job.

These Guys are the Best!!! Mike the owner was super responsive. Matt & Mario came out and did a top notch professional job. They installed panic bars on big heavy Iron doors. They installed two door closers on Arched top Iron Doors.These guys are the pros you have been looking for.They are very reasonable on pricing. These guys know what they are doing and know the special requirements you will need.

Im very satisfied with Richardson Door. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and profesional. They installed two new doors with beautiful decorative glass and awesome hardware. I highly recommend them.

I ordered wood doors and received the doors made from wood chips and glue(whatever that’s called). An hour after installation when I finally had a chance to check the work I found a chip out one of the doors. I contacted Richardson Doors to see if we could work something out on the doors I didn’t order and what they wanted to do about the chip that was in the door that they installed. I was told the chip was my problem and they would get back to me about the doors. After 3 more calls to them I was told the owner would definitely call me...not to worry but they installed what I ordered. It has been over a week since I last talked with them and 2 weeks since they Installed the doors. I haven’t heard a word. I have a lot more door work I need but I guess they don’t want that business or are they willing to except any responsibility on the wrong doors they installed. The installer saw the other 20 doors in the building and had to know the doors didn’t match. My advice to anyone who deals with this company is to get everything in writing.

Do not waste your time... They set appointments and do not show.They have no customer service, no hours after the scheduled appointment I had to call the company. Was told they were in the middle and what do you want me to do?I used them a couple years ago and no problems but I guess leadership has changed and customer service is dead.
