My daughter and I went inside of the hwy 18 location to get a screen repaired and the customer service was excellent. We was greeted soon as we entered the doors. They were very helpful in assisting me on the repair. I also bought other items at a very good deal. Overall my experience was great. Thanks wireless planet for the service and I will be returning if I need any cell phone repairs or accessories.

Boo hiss boo.They use 3rd Party non-approved apple parts.In fact the screen used to replace my previous screen did not have a spot for front speaker causing phone to get so hot it burned my face.

Wireless Planet have great service and friendly staff as soon as I walked in the employees greeted me with a warm welcome and was able to fix my phone within 15 minutes!! Great place!!

I cant speak for the Ridgeland location, however, the 18 location ranks among the worst when it comes to customer service. These people kept my phone for over three weeks and still didnt fix it. I think both places are managed by the same individuals, so my advice is to use one of the other repair services in the metro area.Ps: I only have them one star because that was the lowest possible rating!!!!!!!!

So I cracked my screen and went to get it fixed at right? So I go to Wireless Planet and they run out of “white screens” and have to go to the warehouse and that takes another hour. Then when we go pick it up three hours later they PUT A BLACK SCREEN ON MY PHONE WITHOUT ASKING my phone is WHITE and I’m trying to turn it into Verizon for an iPhone 10 but they won’t accept that if its not how I purchased it. So they made me drive out to Raymond (30 min drive) to another Wireless Planet for them to not only take TWO hours but to completely damage my home button and my front camera and microphone. So they told me to come back to this terrible location in the morning. I get there at 1 and I didnt get my phone back until 7. They not only damaged my home button beyond repair (I took my phone right after to a guy that always fixes my stuff and he tried four screens that didnt work.) but they had an attitude about it. The big guy was very rude and offered to give me a damn tempered glass because of my struggles...they eventually refunded me but they gave me back my screen cracked and a home button that half worked and completely gave out as soon as someone else touched it. I spent a total of 48 hours dealing with this terrile place when they couldve not been so money hungry and just not put the black screen on in the first place....

Warning! do not use these people this is single handedly the most horrible customer related experience Ive ever had the displeasure of coming across. Lets start from the beginning. I bring my Asus Zenphone Ar (broken LCD screen) in on the 26th (Wed). Paid them half of the service fees upfront a little over $110.00. Okay with that I received no replacement or loaner phone which I discovered was a actual option from another source. But anyway so with that said I was told by a heavy set black guy with glasses and beard my phone screen would take an approximate time of 4 days to complete so check back in with them at that time which the 30th Saturday.Okay Saturday arrives, no call to me to update me on any status of the screen order or repair time on the device mind you I have no phone the loaner idea come up later. So I had my gf to call and ask them about it. They still have not received the screen I went by the actual store and talked to some white guy. He was just as lost as I was, and having no idea when it was ordered, time, shipping trackment nothing. So me being me I ask questions like well how am I sure that it was ordered if its no record of it? He then assured me to check back Monday they will have a new shipment in and it might quite possibly be in that; okay ill give benfit of the doubt and will check back Monday. Before leaving the parking lot me and my gf decise to call around to some other repair shops to see what they say. Then one shop offered the idea 💡 of a loan phone. So I return back in the ask the same guy about that. He said he didnt have any in the store but said he would check another location to see if they had one. I mention clearly if you find one or not call us and let us know your findings to update us. Guess what happened? No call all day! So weekend goes by and here we are Oct 1st Monday evening. We again call check the status again black guy still has no shipment its now 2 days after the allowed time frame giving to me by the business. Again being the individuals we are we ask more questions. Such as can you give us a estimated time of shipment or tracking is the phone screen coming from China? Granted overseas shipments take longer to arrive we understand that, and thats okay. Now the owner is on the phone. But he assured the screen was shipped within the USA. And the it was ordered from eBay? Mind you eBay is a third party so it could be coming from anywhere but he never could tell or pin point where suspect behavior. So we mention the guy we saw in the store talked about a loan phone he never got back with us. The owner then explained he would look into a loaner and call us back later that day. Go figure no call again. So we decided Tuesday is the last straw we cant even verify the part was even ordered at all. I no longer felt they were being honest about the entire situation. I showed up Tuesday evening guess what absolutely no progress. Phone in same conduction as it was brought in. No delivery. One of the black heavy set dudes had nerves to ask me about the loaner phone, and was I still interested after I politely asked for my refund and phone back. You mean the loaner you guys supposed to have call us back on two days ago. Give me a break how these guys stay in business is truly a mystery to me. They are clearly in over their heads and should only work on certain types of phones to avoid giving out bad information. All in all horrible, dishonest, waste of time, disorganized, etc. steer clear at all cost make this your last resort even than please reconsider.

I have visited the Ridgeland location several times because they have good sales and friendly staff. I need to see if they have any Christmas specials for a few last minute gifts that I need to get.

We got my sisters phone fixed and they did not do it right and the home Botton didnt work and now her phone got disabled a day after it got fixed. Dont go to this place.
