Misleading and false advertisement!!!It clearly states No cancellation Fees.In Terms and Conditions contradicts the presentation in reference to the $300.00 early cancellation fees.I called a tech and I was given the runaround.For CSpire to charge early cancellation fees is understandable, but my issue, as a long time customer, preparing to switch my home internet to CSpire was very disappointed to discover a large business like CSpire would pull something like that knowing some may face unexpected possible job losses due to COVI19. Just tell the TRUTH!

I got a free phone from Cspire about a month ago from a special they had with IPhone XS Max and by adding the line to my plan it would be my 5th. My current plan that I had was with a free line when I added the 4th line. I had a death in the family and called about getting information about dropping a line in which the deceased family member was using and I asked the rep would there be any changes to my bill and was told that it would not change however when I received my bill there were extra charges. When I called to inquire about the extra charges the rep told me that the charges were correct but I was told different when I was dropping the line. Somehow over the years the free line was switched to another line on the account that was not originally assigned to the one that was free. I was charged over $100 that I should not be held responsible for due to miscommunication. I asked the rep could they make an adjustment to my bill and was told they could not because the bill is correct. Dealing with a death in the middle of a pandemic this should be my least worry.
I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I highly recommend their cell phone service. If you have to call customer service, someone in Mississippi actually talks to you!
I had some weird issues when I first tried to register my phone, but the support team got it squared away pretty quickly. The service and value has been great so far.This is a locally owned and operated business (Jackson, Ms), and even all of the call center people are local. Really cool in a time where most companies are sending their call centers to other countries.

For anyone who has someone or is in the military and are looking for a phone company I would not recommend C Spire. In order for you to suspend your line for a deployment you have to pay off the remaining balance for your phone, return your phone, or drop your plan down to a lower one. They REFUSE to suspend the line if you do not have the phone for 18 months regardless if there is another phone on the account. For a company that says they are customer inspired they are falling short. They do not care about our military personnel. By law they are required to suspend the line if they are to leave the area where their towers are not. They do not honor that law. Congressional Soldiers and SailorsAct. App. 553) a member of the uniformed service of the United States ofAmerica is to be released from all obligations with due notice. I was a customer with C Spire for years, they were pretty decent provider until I decided not to be in a contract under them and thats when I received terrible customer service .In Feb 2020 I was tired of paying outrageous prices for cell service so I disconnected and start a service witha competitor they billed me for 3 months of service and held on to the fact that I owed them Feb, phone turned off in March but I was billed for March and April upset is an understatement.I will be encouraging all my family to cease services with this company
Let’s see where do I start. Okay I’ll start with my business accounts with Cspire. Was paying roughly $1,200 for subpar fiber internet that was never as fast as advertised. The phone system was absolutely horrible and for them to have such a big complex as this is the 24/7 support is a freakin joke. They simply forward the business support calls to a techs home phone number that may or may not answer but if he does answer he’s like wth are you calling me for.Second - my personal cell phone service. Okay so I live in Louisville MS and I literally have to be on Main Street to have LTE with a cspire IPhone X. I had my phone financed with cspire and they refused to unlock my devise even after paying my device off. Which is illegal by the way. They informed me that even though I paid off my device in full I had to be in the process of transferring my number to a different carrier for them to unlock.Thirdly- cspire is in violation of the FCC in that they have refused to release my business phone number even after multiple requests have been made. They released my main number but did not release my secondary lines. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit and a report against cspire with the FCC over my phone numbers.Best advice I can give anyone is if you see a Cspire sign run as fast as you can away from it. They are horrible...
Not a customer yet but was going to change my expensive AT&T to this now. Not sure dont want dropped calls to pay less money. pay more where I am at but no such problems

This business is TERRIBLE! Service is TERRIBLE! Constant dropped calls and missed phone calls!! This business is nothing but games! 6 months of we will call you back in 24- 48 hours!! NEVER ONCE GOT A RETURN CALL!! NOT ONCE! We no longer have the service. Cancel your service now! Dont waste your time or money with this company. C SPIRE AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE!
Two years ago I signed with Cspire and gave them a $500 deposit. Now that my contract is over, they are giving me the run around regarding my deposit refund. But they are quick to get your money. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

All Cspire Are good for me and the family plans are top of the Chart! Try The Store in Columbia MISSISSIPPI See JO PAUL MARKET MANAGER and what ever you do dont get a Foreign Phone! Such as the GALAXY GRAND PRIME, MY OPINION THERE ARE JUNK!
I switched to cspire because we couldnt get service through Verizon wireless, and my Att bill kept sky rocketing. At first it work great, but in the past year and a half its stinking . Ive called and made numerous complaints and get told the same thing like, its the foliage on the trees thats giving you bad service or the metal roof you have . I say it the same trees and the same roof I had when it worked great before . Then they try to get me to get a booster that requires high speed internet to get better service . I will not pay more money to get better service . I cant call through to my wife at home it rings 4 times on my end and doesnt ring on her end, and then says she is unavailable. It drops calls also, plus internet goes in and out all the time even with 2 bars of LTE I cant surf the web . In short dont waste your time . They are not willing to fix any issues for there customers . Plus I live in Mississippi and it is saying Im in Santa Monica California. Whats up with that ?
Ive been a CSpire customer for five years. This is my experience:If you live in Mississippi and do very little travelling, this cell provider will probably be a good option for you.I travel out of state quite frequently (especially in the last couple of years), so as soon as my contract is up, Ill be switching to a new cell provider. Why? CSpires voice and data coverage is completely unreliable as soon as you leave the state, even if its in one of our neighboring states- Louisiana, Alabama, or Tennessee. Despite having LTE or 3G with all bars, calls drop constantly. Trying to use data (website, web based app, etc) is pointless. I have to wait until I find a WiFi location to do any kind of web browsing. Most of the time, GPS is extremely slow or doesnt work period. If my GPS finally works after waiting for it to load after ten minutes, it shows that I am at a location that I was at when I was at the most recent WiFi AP., even if its hundreds of miles away.They dont have a lot of devices to choose from either.TL;DR:-Good provider for those who rarely/never travel out of state.-Few devices to choose from.
I moved from att to cspire I was promised credit for my early termination fee and my two iPhones that I brought over and my contract is almost over I have not received the credits at all I was told a different lie each time I have asked about it first lie it takes time to verify that I had summitted all my information correctly then it was oh your payment was late when it is up to date you will get your credit then it was it’s computer generated it will go on your bill automatically and then oh you forfeited it when you excepted the apple watches now tell me please what person would except two watches over a credit of $1400 or more on their bill . And if that’s the case why was I not told that the first time or the second that I called and when I went into the store . And when I sai I verified that before I accepted the watches I was told the employee would probably not remember saying that to me really so I’m supposed to just accept this answer they are crooked and I will not do business with them again as so as my contract is up I’m gone and I will continue to work to tell everyone about them.
Ive been a customer for many years and cspire has been good to me until recently. In a panic I thought my iPhone 6+ was crashing late Saturday a few weeks ago. It was close to 7 and the cspire rep told ne I needed a new iPhone 7+. I was in state of shock and probably could have just replaced the battery (which they used to carry but dont any more..). So I let my self be tAlked into an iPhone 7+. When I got home and looked at the cost, it was close to $800! I took it back Monday and asked for my old phone back but they said Id have to wait till Tuesday when the manager Hans was in. I had a suspicion I wouldnt get my phone back so I had gone to Best Buy and bought a prepaid phone with no contract with Verizon and had all my data transferred. I go to Cspire Tuesday and Im told my phone is gone, so I give them the iPhone 7+ back and tell them their phones are all too expensive. When I look at my bill, theyve upped the monthly fee $20 more than what I had. It cost me $35 restocking charge also! Im not paying the difference! If u have a major problem I suggest writing the co head because if u talk with a rep they wont do what you ask. When my husband died last year, it took my writing a letter after 3 conversations and 3 months to get a refund of his $ due. Apple loves to charge for their equipment and so does cspire.
First off I would like to say that I dont get on the internet and give out bad reviews just because I randomly had a bad day and was pissed off, but I have never had a good experience when calling cspire business solutions. The company I worked for was formerly with Callis Communications, which was bought out by Cspire, and ever since that happened, it has gone downhill. Some reps are very very nice, but I have been hung up on by desktop support, been snapped at by other reps, and no one knows how or where to transfer a call. I am in customer service myself, so I understand how difficult it can be, but Ive always been polite and professional, and 9 times out of 10, I have an issue with my call. I implore any business looking for phone service to not go to Cspire Business Solutions.
They cut my unlimited data plan off said I had exceeded my data limit . Tell me I have to buy a different plan than the one Ive had since bfr they were cspire in order to get use of my internet.They have deactivated my phone and my billing cycle doesnt even renew for 3 weeks....I need an attorney who wants to get rich off of them I just want to keep my unlimited data plan that Ive had forever.
I was off work for several months, could not get cspire to help me get on track with my billing... not sure how Mr Hu Meena (ceo) would feel about his company not having some kind of plan to help people who are in a hardship!! wrote his office today...... About to be on my 4th device with CSPIREs internet service. When my 3rd device was replaced I had a huge spike in my service that no one could explain. Took me two days of going back and forth with CSPIRE, being hung up on, no one ever calling me back to get this taken care of. Needless to say, I have had enough with this service and its many issues. CSPIRE has the nerve to tell me that they will not waive the early termination fee of my contract now that I am out of my 1 year warranty period and I have another broke device that I have to fix. How many will there be in the next year of service. I will not be finding out because now, I will be discontinuing all my service! I stuck it out for one year with this device and have been through 3 of them. Service was never reliable and I was charged an enormous amout in december that no one could explain. I highly recommend using a different provider!!!!

I used to like them a lot but then I started getting dropped calls. they used to have live support when you called. Now its an interactive voice response with very limited options. Asking for customer service doesnt help either. Very disappointed.
Never in my life had i had to go through all of the bull crap that i have to go through with a wireless company about trying to get out of a contract that was not suppose to be renewed to begin with. I would not recomment this service to anyone. Thinking of telling Cspire to take their phones, their service, and shove it.....Verizon keeps looking better and better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
