My family and I have used this company to repair our iPhones when the Apple store couldnt (wouldnt). They always find a way to fix our issues and their prices are great. Recently my 3 yr. old son dropped my 6 yr. old MacBook pro. He cracked the screen. Yes, its my fault. Why did a 3 yr. old have my computer? A new screen was expensive but cheaper than a new computer. They told me it would take 5 days to get the older screen and another couple of days to install it. I got a call around 2 days later stating my computer was fixed. Wow. Luckily, after talking with their rep, there was a screen available. The new screen seems to be better than the old one. Everything works perfectly. Ill be back with the next disaster. Thank you!

I came in today and received great customer service!!!! I recently had my phone repaired like a week ago so I came back with my phone still under warranty and they repaired my phone free of charge less than 35 mins. They workers were very nice and helpful throughout my whole time there.

I walked in just frustrated about my phone showing August 21st and would not connect to the internet. Nikki was the bees knees! Went got it in a week and the screen stop working in someplaces. No problem Ill just take it back and have them fix it.Got it fix again and the homebutten got halfway stuck, thats fine I guess....I can still somewhat use it. Then the dead spots in the screen happens again!Idk if you guys are buying cheap screen replacements but thats ridiculous.I never had those problems when the screen was actually cracked.It worked better cracked then when it was fixed.

I took my iphone 11 up there a few months ago and ever since then i have to keep clicking the power button bc my screen would black out or if i’m on the phone it would keep blacking out and it would hang up on people

I arrived with a battery that would not last more than an hour and a half before it would fully drain. Walking up to the counter the young lady indicated that I had apps that were making it overheat overheat. And in about 2 hours I came back to pick up my phone and Im enjoying it. I enjoyed their knowledge for what they do, and they do it good.

They use low quality, and cheap screens when doing screen replacements. The color was dull on my replacement screen (iPhone 7Plus) and the touch screen doesn’t work properly sometimes. They were not very helpful or concerned with the issue when I went back to the store to advise them of the issues with the screen.On another note, if you are looking for a phone case/cover they have a decent selection here for most phones. They also sell prepaid cellphones.

WORST phone repair place ever . I went in to get a repair for iPhone 6s, and noticed a day later that my touch on my home button was not working anymore . I called and they said to bring the phone back, I brought it back the next day and they said there was noting they could do because they didn’t know if it was working when I brought it in. Well why in the hell didn’t you check !!? My touch fingerprint was working perfectly fine when I brought my phone in there, they mentioned a refund, and said they would put my broken screen back on it, but then went saying I would get everything but 20$ back because of their labor. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME, & the customer service was HORRIBLE. If I could give them 0 stars I would .

I had my phone screen fixed because it was so damaged. The first month was great, them i realized the screen had started to come off of my phone! I had one of my friends who worked at apple look at it, and he said it wasnt even a legit screen. I was unaware that they had a 30 day warranty. I called them and the lady was so rude to me. She said there was nothing I could do about it and that it was my fault. Im not a cryer, but she made me cry. I will not be going back here, WHAT SO EVER.

This was by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had.Since Im in sales I tend to not review anything if a bad experience conspired because people have their days. HOWEVER, the person who answered the phone was annoyed in answering questions, then I took my lunch break (earlier in the day assuming they would be slammed at lunch) to go to the store - there were 6 customers in there, two were with one person who was trying to buy something, no one at the counter, then a girl came out to assist a gentleman (who had been waiting) at the counter, doesnt say hello be with you in a moment not even eye contact with me - none with him. A guy came out from the back, curly brown hair - same deal. Then there were other associates running around in the back. It amazes me when youre in sales that you cannot even acknowledge a customer. I hope the owner is aware that you are losing them money. The cost to repair my phone was about 33% of what I paid for the phone originally, which is quite a bit, but I was willing to pay it in order to repair my device without having to send it off. If you value your hard earned money and want to be treated properly when you spend it I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

My back facing camera was smashed and they replaced it for 25 dollars, not to mention that he did it in under 30 min. Its like I got a new phone. I definitely recommend this place if you have any fixable problems.

Had trouble with a loose charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S3. The technician did a terrific job quickly replacing the port and I was back in service within an hour. They installed a mic on my phone and afterwards my texting was off some. The manager called me the next day and worked a long time to fix my phone and make sure it was running smoothly. Im happy with their dedication to make sure customers get good service.

The GUYS there know their stuff. Dont waste your time going to an AT&T store for any information about your phone or problems. I was run ragged by AT&T and Wireless Wizard fixed my problem in minutes! Have not been so pleased with the way the women answer the phone or their lack of knowledge, and I am a woman.

The cam on my phone was giving me issues and my iPad wouldnt charge. I didnt know if it was my iPad, the cord or the adapter. They quickly figured it out, whew it was just the cord! I checked in on Yelp to get 10% off.My camera lens had been changed out a week ago and somehow it wasnt focusing. They said it can possibly be the camera and surprisingly it wasnt expensive at all to replace the whole camera on my Samsung s7 edge. I dropped it off, grabbed lunch and came back. By the time I came back my camera was done.I asked them how much did I owe, and they said that my camera was fine, the inside lens had a smudge which made it hard to focus. They cleaned it for me free of charge. I really appreciate this team always being so honest, quick and affordable to fix my phones/iPad!Aint gonna lie, I always get nervous walking into any kind of repair shops. They usually rip you off, fix things that arent broke, charge you and arm and a leg. I highly recommend Wireless Wizard.

I purchased a battery from Wireless Wizard on June 5, 2015 because my phone would not hold a charge with the current battery. After purchasing this battery, my phone would still would not hold a charge so I went back to the store to see if I could possibly get more assistance with my phone. Instead of receiving assistance, I was talked to like an idiot and like I did not have a single clue of how to operate this phone in which I have had for over a year. I was told my phone was old, not considering you have the exact same phone sitting in your display case for sale for $249 (guess it wasnt that old). The lady that assisted me offered me no resolution except to point out that if I use wi-fi constantly, always run the Bluetooth, and have my apps running in the background it will drain the battery. Had she bothered or taken the time to listen to my side, she would have known that these are things that I already knew and my job in which I spend 40 hours a week, I am not allowed to have my wi-fi on in the building, so I turn it off when I arrive in the parking lot. Had she taken the time to listen to me, she would have known that I kill all my apps as well as turn off the Bluetooth to try and save battery life and yet it still drains without me even touching the phone. So she passed me off to someone else who continued to point out other things that I was doing wrong, such as having a juice pack on my phone drains the battery. Had he taken the time to listen to me he would have known that Ive had this juice pack for over a year on this phone and if it kills the battery, it took a little over a year for it to kill the original battery that came with the phone instead he went on to point out all the things in which I was doing wrong.Instead of causing of scene and starting an argument, I left the store. I only paid $32 for the battery and I would have paid for a diagnostic to see if there was another problem with the phone. Instead I was told about things that I was doing wrong and that I needed to get a new charger (which I already have). So if keeping the $32 was going to make you feel whole, then by all means keep the money. But please know that my business will be taken elsewhere and how you run your business and treat your customers will be known to every person that I know including ones that I dont.Just an FYI I was going to take my laptop to have them replace the drive but at this point, I would not take a single piece of any equipment that I own to this crappy place. The initial person who sold me the battery earned my business but the two people that I encountered on Friday, July 3, 2015 showed me that my business was not needed.
