I have gone to 2 AT&T stores & have made 2 calls to AT&T. Still without my questions answered. FINALLY I was able to get honest answers & the service I needed. Edgar did a great job, and this branch is by far the best one!

Absolutely helpless, I am late on a next up trade in because the store clerk never properly initiated the next up trade in for my old phone. I go in asking for my return label 2 days after I got my new phone they say they cant help me. I call customer service they tell me they CAN help me. I go back in the following week and the same person I went to in the first place helps me after I asked him the same question and after all the people Ive talked to for help after the first interaction. Id love to name drop. That employee is HOPELESS

My favorite AT&T store by far!! The guys were so welcoming, helpful, understanding and patient! They answered all of my questions quickly and kindly. They also helped my find the best deal and plan for me!

My wife and I had a very great experience at this location. The gentleman helping us was respectful, patient, friendly and even helped us entertain our small children while managing to serve our needs. I dont recall his first name but Sav is short for his first name.

Neli was one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with at an AT&T store. She was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated well, and helped me resolve my issue in a timely manner.

Tony & Nellie were fabulous! Your online customer support cancelled my service after 9 hours & it had to be paid another $35 today. Online service rep horrific! The worst I ever experienced. Tony & Nellie deserve promotions & raises. Your online rep needs to be fired! Even Tony & Nellie couldn’t get through to him that my account was fully funded (for the next 30 days) hours before a glitch in ATT system cancelled it.

Staff treated my parents so good! I went in to make sure they weren’t going to sell them stuff they didn’t need and they amazed me on how humble and how much they take the time to explain everything. My parents don’t speak English so it was nice to know they could communicate in Spanish.
