Typically, I love going to this location! I tried to go at 7:30pm and they were closed even though their posting on the door and online show 8pm. There was an employee inside, but maybe they had to close early due to COVID?

Make sure when something is pre-ordered that it comes in, or at least if you know that the shipment wont be there that day, call the person who pre-ordered it before they waist there time going in there in person to pick it up.

They have people who work here that dont really have your best interest in mind . They tried to tell me some BS about buying a certain nintendo switch and when I was going to walk out and wait they magically pulled the right system out. Wow thats lucky? Lol

They could use a lot of improving. I have pretty much stopped going there and go to Best Buy for my games now, the price and service are both A Cut Above GameStop. The trade-in values better at Best Buy and the staff is way more helpful. I spend a lot of money on games and its really too bad that GameStop has lost my business.

The prices are ridiculous, not worth buying disc games anymore they will take you of your money. Online stores is the place to buy new era gaming. Used to love gamestops as a kid but the game industry has diminished if you ask me. On the other hand the staff here are always in great moods.

They ripped me off of a DLC I wanted to buy but they won’t give me a good copy of the Deluxe edition for need for speed heat. Henry is worst person who works there. Don’t buy a game from here or from him especially. He will rip you off like he did to me

This is a decent Game Stop. My son likes it but I have never been a fan. I prefer traditional retail over re-sell especially when the prices are so close to new anyway. However, they always have had whatever I wanted in stock.

The staff is amazing when it comes to answering game questions and offering suggestions. I was looking for games for my 4yr old and the man that helped me sugested a couple games which my son loved. Ive been to other game spots where they dont have enough knowledge to offer suggestions so this was a plus =)

I asked if they had any 3ds and they just hang up on my then my sister called they did the same thing I would try Best Buy before this place they just lost are business.

Selections ok. GameStop is only player in town and they know it. The staff will leave you alone. But some dont want that. I think I was in there for a good 10 minutes with no one checking out and two staff working. After so long i walked out. I know, seems dumb but if all I wanted was cheap video games Amazon wins everything hands down. Sorry.

If I could I would give zero stars!!TLDR: Tereible service wont be going back again!My first time in there I was buying a switch and some games. Obviously the were some questions but every time we asked one the guy would just walk away!! We almost left, but ended up spending close to $600 thinking it was just a bad day. Half the thing he swore we needed....we didnt actually need.The next time I went in I tried to do a preorder but there was nobody in sight, so I left after waiting for 5 minutes.Just this week though, we went in and tried again. We had decent service but thru seemed more into themselves than us and only acknowledged us to make a sale.Today I went in to pick up the preorder... My boyfriend called ahead of time to let them know Idbe getting it. I got there and they told me that I cant pick up my game because Im not a primary on the account and nobody ever called. It took some arguing but he finally gave me my game and then he took down all the information on my drivers license because Im now a liability. Then he asked me to get the protection plan. When I said no he argued with me saying that he thinks that I should get it. It took me saying no 5 times before he got the point. Then he tried to get me to renew the account saying it expired the first week of November....well we checked that and its not expiring for 3 more months! He argued with me on that too. He was the store manager too, kinda guilt the feeling he was trying to make me seem stupid.We are NEVER coming back here. Well stick to our friends in Turlock.

The games are alright, but the prices are horrendous, which seems to be common in gamestop. Everything is twice the price other retailers give it for. I tried to buy a dualshock 3 for my PS3, and it was $40 for a used controller. $40 for a controller on a system that doesnt even receive new games anymore, and is also used so it might break down easily, is still $40 sodding dollars. The staff is normally helpful, but once I waited a solid 15 min because a staff member was talking to his friends and the other wasnt available. Its not a completely terrible store, but still, it can be a pain.

If you want the latest ps4 or xbox or switch games, hit up GameStop. They sell all the latest consoles and games and have pre owned options which are a little cheaper. You can test some games in the store mainly just as a sneak peak but it gives a feel of what youre buying. They also carry merchandise like action figures, mugs, socks.

Louis was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, as the employees always are everytime I go. Love shopping there!

I love this GameStop its my favorite every one is so nice and remembers every one that goes there often I really wish people would respect them more like they do with every one else I strongly recommend this GameStop to everyone.

Ive gone to this gamestop multiple times over this year just because its one of the gamestops around here that closes the latest.Ive been meaning to write an honest review for this place a while now.I am a frequent gamestop customer always have been. This particular gamestop has probably got to be the worst. The workers there dont know their products, they are indeed rude, they lack greeting you on your way in and out (I dont care too much for this but it would be nice to get a hello welcome to gamestop! When youre the only one in the store), and they give you a hard time saying they cant accept returns or exchanges without a physical receipt even though they just saw you the day before and can see on your account that you purchased said item.Gamestops a gamestop for me. I go there knowing what I want or like to window shop.But the customer service or just the workers in general suck. Not all of them! Theres maybe 1 guy there who seems alright.The skinny white guy just wants you to buy something and leave. He seems like he hates being there. The girl there is totally useless, doesnt know anything about games or the products. Long story short they cant even tell me why their screen protectors for the switch went up 3 dollars, told me I could swap a pop I just bought but then said oh wait no you cant, etc. I dont ever want to go here again unless I have to or they have something Im looking for. Other than that I would stay away from this place. Go to the one on mchenry or even the mall. The employees are great!

Pretty okay store, but lately this one in particular has been asking me if I want pre-orders, but they sound desperate to me, had a guy ask twice not sure if on purpose or not.Same with their power up card membership, I just hate that they ask you every time, even when you have seen the employee multiple times.
