I had an incredibly wonderful experience with this store both when i purchased my phone and when I came back to purchase another device. The people here are so helpful and patient. I am very happy with my equipment and the service.
The salesperson was friendly, attentive and very patient. Leaving a carrier of 30+ years and changing over is always stressful. Not so at Verizon.It was actually fun! Am glad I made the move.
Ashleen was incredibly helpful. The whole culture of the store was inviting. I had 3 associates check on me to make sure I was taken care of. This was an amazing experience. They went above and beyond.
Gustavo was very informed and helpful!He explained new plans that were available to us and even tho we opted to keep our existing plan, he was great about respecting our choice - really appreciated that!Gustavo even helped when we had follow up questions a week after our initial contact. The service at the Riverbank store was outstanding. The service representative was extremely helpful and informative and made it so easy in selecting our new phones and accessories. There was no wait time. I highly recommend this srore.
We got a Samsung Note 20, a new iPad and my daughter upgraded her iPhone 8 for a new iPhone 12. The prices seemed sweet, since they were all upgrades, but we had to put it on our phone bill and pay it off over 2 years. It took a long time and we werent told upfront about taxes, so when we paid at the end it was kind of a shock. Also there are a lot of small fees per device that add up. Our salesman was very patient and helpful, though.

Kimberly is the rudest employee Ive encountered! She had a nasty tone, horrible customer service, and made us feel like a burden being in the store. I will never give this location my time! Cant believe youd hire employees who hate what they do, and take it out on the customers! Even explaining the COVID restrictions (which we had no clue as to what they were, since they vary for each store) she was so cold and very RUDE!!! Such a disappointing experience especially with being a customer for almost 14 years!!!!!

9 out of 10 times that I have problems with my service the store doesnt know how to help and Im given a phone number to call and I stopped calling Verizon customer service for anything these days. Customer service is the worst. Nobody has 3 or more hours to spare sitting on hold and telling the same scenario to 5 different operators. Screw that

I called once and my phone call was answered. I called back for over an hour and no one answered. Not even to say they’re currently busy. This is not customer service. I wish they would improve this. I like go buy local.

Went down to order my new phone and had a great experience. Their establishment was very clean and their employees were very helpful. In fact my phone came in earlier that expected and with the Manager Christines very knowledgeable help I had my new phone with all my info up and running in no time! I love my new phone and I look forward to doing business with this establishment in the future.

I have to say that my experience was absolutely beyond excellent, my sales persons Miranda Bickle and Christine Clarke really went to extremes to help me get the phone i wanted that evening to the extent to drive to another store to make sure I got my new phone within the hour, very impressive. Keep up the great service.

Deserve a zero. Do not go here. Thats all I can say. Do not under any circumstances go here. One of the worst experiences in my life! I never write reviews but was so put off by the lack of disclosure I was compelled to prevent others from experiencing the same. Took me several hours to even get my phone and service, plus going back to the store and on the phone with Verizon several hours to get my bill and charges what they should have been! Completely misrepresented the product and the plan and charged me for things I never requested. Go to a corporate store-not a retailer and avoid their shady fees. Unprofessional and not customer oriented, regardless of what they try to tell you. Disastrous!!! Stay Away!

Our salesman Domarina was abeolutely excellent!!! Myself, husband and mother in law all transferred over from Sprint and our overall experience was very pleasant! We are proud to be apart of Verizon now! Weve saved more for our buck and got 2 additional devices (2 watches) for reasonable monthly bills! I would give zero stars if allowed. I was sold a phone in October & have in writing I would receive a $300 bill credit in 2-3 months. I still havent received it. I have called & went into the store & keep being told they dont have any record of the promotion & were looking into it. Its been 5 weeks since I went to the store & have NEVER received any communication from them, the only time I hear anything is if I contact them. I even emailed the customer feedback & got the standard we have every desire to address your needs & provide the best solution available. Of course no one has contacted me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not give these people your business; they are rude, inconsiderate, and downright swindle you. I went in to get a plan for my husband and I; they never added my husband and offered a tablet at a promotional price but failed to mention that we would be charged per month for it and cannot cancel without being charged for it. Outright scammed us and will not resolve it. Also told TWICE I would be contacted back and never was called, I have had to keep calling them while they are dodging me---also hung up on me and have been very rude. Will not recommend to anyone.
I bought a pixel 3 from here. didnt care for it so i returned it within a week and 4 months later i have a bill for 933$

Took my 95 year old Grandmother here for a $39.00 phone, one of the employees must have either been careless with her information or outright stole her information and used it to buy an $950.00 iPhone we just got the bill in the mail for a phone that she wouldnt even know how to turn on.We have contacted police for fraud, so be carful with doing any transaction at this store!
