I just feel like the employees are talking about us because when I look at them they seem to act like they werent looking at me and just stopped talking and look the other way. Feels uncomfortable and I just hope Im not the only one who knows this. I hope theres others who know that the employees their are talking about us and looking at us making us feel uncomfortable.

Id give no stars if I could! This store seriously takes advantage of young people going on their own plans.

Horrible retailer. caught them in a lie twice. they upsell you like no other . check online pricing for phones then check theres out. on top they hit you with two activation fees and they said it was 50 dollars tax on a 200 dollar phone... so it was going to cost me around 380 dollars to turn this phone a samsung j3 and checked out online pricing and the phone is no more 100 dollars some being much cheaper and keep in mind BRand new as well not used. the lady helping me was multitasking while talking to a friend on the phone...?? she wasted my time then i asked her if she even had this phone in stock and the went on to say she had go drive and pick it up ..? did not make sense.., and she never bothered to even tell me that. so she just assumed that i was going to sit around another hour and wait for her to pick up a phone horrible experience . the only postive i can say is that this store is a little bit better than Oakdale store. they are a disgrace.
