This is a great store with a great location I like their fountain drinks they have blue power aid.

Cashier was very rude to me and the prior customer - had no idea how to run the register. For the prior customer, they argued (while I had to wait in agony) about the price before realizing the sale price is reflected AFTER you enter your 711 reward account. I had similar issue, the cashier said my coupon was DECLINED even though I could clearly see on the scan display that it was accepted!

The clerk doesnt allow me to load Chime debit cards. Or any card for that matter.

Used to be a good clean store6am and the outside is a mess. And it doesnt get better inside. Stains on the floor. Coffee containers are dusty. Everything on the grill is cold, the hot food case is full of crumbs from the night before. Donuts are freshly delivered but only 5 kinds. At least the guy working said hi while walking around talking on the phone. This location is going down hill fast

The clerk was very nice and said he liked my face mask.

They are NOT open 24/7 even though it says they are currently open.

The people working here are always nice, or at least not grumpy. Big selection of food, so that’s good.

EVERY TIME I pull up the one tall male employee is outside smoking. No exaggeration. I am always waiting on him to come back inside from his smoke break. 90% of the time i am there they are out of coffee! And whats left is luke warm. Just walked out with out coffee because the only one with anything in it was basically cold. An employee said hed make some fresh so that was nice but I should not have to wait! Nothing was being brewed when i walked in. Oh and this is not during a rush. There are 2 employees there so NO reason for there not to be ANY coffee. Step it up 711. Manager needs to look in to the countless smoke breaks!

Terrible customer service excluding the the young guy with the glasses.everytime i come in with the indian its something different and he struggles to meet customer standards.also refused to cash in my scratch off because it was a little bit crinckled even though i won money and purchased it from that store.as an everyday customer i will not be returning to this location due to the poor customer service!!!

Ive been going to this location for years but Im done because of there female morning clerk is rude and prejudice Ive had multiple negative reactions with her from rude comments to refusing to do her job like there bathroom thats been broke for months

The over weight lady in the back was very rude and had a attitude, and really didn’t know how to talk to people
