I was very comfortable and relaxed during the application process and nearly fell asleep. This was my first time having eyelash extensions. After much digging I ended up here at the Lash Lounge in Rochester Hills. Crystal was fabulous! She spent time with me during the consultation, and the process was very comfortable. I love that she said at each fill we will see how my lashes are doing and we can make any changes or modifications if my preference for the look changes. Heather at the front of the house was very efficient and pleasant. They also have all of the products you need to maintain your lashes in a bright, open reception area.Great first visit, and I already set up my fill in appointment.

The Lash Lounge in Rochester is absolutely amazing! I’ve been a client of this location since 2019 and it’s finally time to write a review. Heather is an amazing Manager who genuinely puts the client first. She’s always very kind and goes above and beyond servicing her clients. She’s very knowledgeable about the services offered and responds in a timely manner. I want to also write about 3 lash artists.Melissa - She is a Top Notch Last Artist! Her volume refills are full, voluminous, and stunning. She has a soft touch and really focuses on quality over time. She never rushes her work and I really appreciate the time she takes. I’ve been going to her since the beginning. She’s very knowledgeable in handling my blonde, short lashes. I always feel comfortable with her and her work. I highly recommend Melissa if you’re picky and like perfection.I also want to extend a review on Taylor and Alicia. Both of these lash artist are phenomenal themselves. I want to also give these ladies a 5 star review. My stylist Melissa does a phenomenal job every time however, I cancelled my membership due to another issue with the schedule. I’ve had to cancel/re-schedule my appointments several times (they send a text to let me know it’s not going to work out for that day even though I scheduled weeks prior) at no fault of my own which I was willing to overlook. Today, I was informed that my upcoming appointment was no longer going to work so they had to re-schedule but since the schedule was full, they said I could re-schedule with another stylist but I would be charged an extra $10 because it was a ‘senior’ stylist. So I have to wait for an appointment that is further out, not with my requested stylist and I’m getting charged more?! Very unprofessional and unfortunately, it is the reason I will no longer be coming here.

I absolutely love this business so much. I have gotten extensions at other places before and did not realize that they are not supposed to feel like anything. I always go with Crystal, she is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure I am always looking my best and that nothing is irritating my eyes. Everyone is so friendly and it really makes the experience 100x better than at other salons.

I had another refill appointment for extensions with Alicia today. As always she was great. I had the Mega Volume fill for the first time and they look awesome. Amaya at the reception desk was also very friendly and even booked my next 2 appointments. I love this place.

Melissa is amazing she’s been doing my eyelashes for a year and a half now and just as you skin changes with age and the seasons your eyelashes change too and she always adjusts to me needs wether it’s a change in glue or eyelash type she is truly amazing with her technique!

Melissa is processional, ploite, and talented.I also have phopia that I dont like anything touching my lashes or my eyes, even my eye doctor knows that it is a drama session to give me an eye exam😁. However, with Melissas patience and gentleness, I think I am getting over my fears.Treat yourself for an appointment with Melissa. The girl that put my lashes on Elizabeth was the bomb. But I think for me this will be a one time thing. Idk. Im on the fence. Lashes are already half gone and it cost over $200.00 then you have to go in for refills every two weeks. They do have plans but then they sell you other stuff. Just way too expensive for my blood. 😆 So Idk. Decisions, Decisions. Its great if your going camping so you dont have to worry about makeup. 😉 it was a fun experience. ✌️*UPDATE* Well I went back and purchased the membership Im very happy with the results. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and blast to talk to. What I didnt realize is you cannot submerge your face under water or you can lose your lashes. I went camping and swimming that whole weekend and submerged myself. 😆 So my fault my lashes didnt last. I will continue to go back. I have been coming here for over one year, I have had a membership for who knows how long at this point. I haven’t had any complaints, but today I have never been more disappointed. I called to be 10 minutes late, but drove as fast as I could and was only going to be late by 5 mins. Mind you, I live more than an hour away and out of all days today my gps wants to take me to the wrong location. I call the store to inform them and they can longer take me in today. After driving more than hour to come to this place, the only thing they can do for me is book me another appointment a week away from today. There was no trying to squeeze me in or any consideration to find any type of resolution besides the one they gave me. I will definitely be reconsidering my monthly membership here, I do not feel like they tried at all to keep me content, I’m more disgusted if anything with the service I got today.
