Jesse was so resourceful and patient with me this morning. The woman who mixed the paint (I forgot her name) was also really friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about paint colors and after going home and looking at my sample boards throughout the day in different light, and now I feel 100% confident about my decision (nimbus gray for the win!).

Today, Riley helped us on the phone and then when we came in helped my husband find the perfect color. She helped us find the right paint formula and was the reason for this five star.Now, if our Benjamin Moore paint works as well as she did, we’ll be golden!

Benjamin Paints are great, but matching to other brands is always an issue from 1 franchise or another. This is why I always go to SW for matching jobs. Need to upgrade mixing technology across the board. Is what it is.

As a painter I deal with the store quite often they are the best they know what theyre talking about and their products are superior service is excellent cant say enough about these guys

BEST customer service! I brought in a tiny old paint chip and KAREN, the manager was able to match the color and figure out the CORRECT SHEEN! It was a PERFECT MATCH! Every question I had was answered patiently. I felt no rush. Her attention to detail, knowledge and customer service were exceptional.

Talk about customer service they should win an award. Melvyn and Karen went above and beyond to figure the color I brought in. They were like mad scientist figuring out the formula. I really appreciated it. Will recommended this place to everyone. And the paint is excellent, too!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store is laid out well and products were easy to find. Staff member helped me locate a paint swatch quickly. Within minutes my paint was mixed, I found the painting supplies Id need for my project and I was out the door! Ill be back.

Im painting the entire interior of my, small, 100 year old home with plaster wall; So, I went to the Benjamin Moore - Paint Outlet, Rochester Hills location.I had personal service. They were very attentive, listened to my questions and made comments and suggestions. I was overwhelmed trying to pick out colors for a whole house. I have nothing but high praise for these two friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales people. Its hard to find that combination and quality in people nowadays.Rocking Rick and Kool Karen. They made my visit, easy and painless by helping me narrow down, the colors choices and which finishes I should use.

What a great education we received on everything from application to different dry times for different paints between coats . After the frustration of both Lowe’s and Home Depot’s incompetent employees, we walked into a breath of fresh air at the Benjamin Moore’s Rochester hills location . Karen the mgr is so knowledgeable, she spent a lot of time answering all of our questions, if you need help on a home project, she’s your girl .And she’s cute fella’s .
