Store associate was highly unhelpful and completely uninterested in helping. I went in asking to get help on the type of paint i should buy for my project and the rep just stood there staring at me for a while before answering my question.The store associate also got visibly annoyed when i asked them about paint sprayers. Highly recommend that folks avoid Sherwin Williams!

Watched employee pick up and hang up the phone multiple times on a customer without saying a word. He said dont worry they deserve it to the customer that were there when he realized we all looked shocked, I asked him what if it was a different customer calling, he just stood there dazed and confused like he was high. Left the store without purchasing what I was there for, I see how they treat customers. Pay your employees a living wage and staff your store properly or close.

A woman helped my mom with paint. They had a great selection. The store was laid out nicely and there were places where natural light came into the building which can be important when looking at paint. The store was efficient and the staff was friendly.

I walked into your store at approx. 3:30 pm. yesterday, Sat., Oct. 15, to ask for directions to a certain crossroad. I was met with 3 very amicable individuals who offered to provide me with directions. One of them took out a phone and searched the street for which I was inquiring. Good visit. They are generally really good, but today my paint sample was not mixed properly. It was supposed to be a fan color, but was white because the yellow dye hit the rim of the can and didnt make it into the can.

Easy in, east out. Able to mix up paint very fast and out the door.

Good quality paint and a very knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you. Much better than the big box stores in the area and sale prices are more than competitive.

Came to this store about 2 weeks ago to get gel stain and regular stain for 20 doors and about 1000 feet of trim. There was one very nice customer ahead of me at the main desk that was waiting for her paint. I was obviously the next person that needed help and one of the 3 employees even acknowledged that by saying we will be right with you.However, all 3 employees(2 younger men and a young lady) proceeded to ignore me(no words or even a glance) and help about 4 different guys that kept coming in through the side door. About 15 minutes pass and both myself and the other customer agree that this is the worst service we have ever seen, not to mention rude and disrespectful.Apparently you need to be a contractor that comes in through the side door to be considered an important customer at this establishment. Being a resident and business owner in rochester for over 35 years i will be sure to strongly NOT RECOMMEND this business to everyone i know.

I was at this store July 18 and had come back to change the color of paint I purchased. The young girl was nice and helped me but the young short guy was disrespectful.He was actually making fun of my accent while I was walking out! He was so rude and disrespectful! Never agin will I go to this location!
