LOVE THIS PLACE. PERIOD. I was leaving for a cross-country trip in a couple of days and they had exactly the tires I wanted and put them on all within 2 hours of me calling them, driving to their store, and buying the tires- start to finish! Now thats customer service!

Jennifer was amazing. She helped me and my son fix his windshield wiper blade because all of the maintenance techs were busy. We also noticed his oil cap was off which she replaced and checked his oil. Thanks Jennifer for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

We picked up a bolt in our tire while on vacation and had to make an emergency stop for a repair. We were quickly repaired and on our way to see our little girls! Jennifer went above and beyond to help us and we can’t thank her enough. In a business like that you have a short time to make an impression and she did just that, thank you Jennifer!

Don’t pay for tire protection. They will not be able to get your car in till maybe 2 or 3 days later. To make it right they will offer you a discounted maintenance. Well guess what you have to schedule that too so yet again 2 or 3 days. They don’t care that you payed for the protection and have work the next day. They don’t care. Will give you excuses like we are short staffed. That’s not my problem to figure out it’s yours. Don’t sell it if you can’t do it.

Very great 👍 service. Took care of a emergency tire repair and got me out the door in time for me to make my appointment in Chicago. This was also on a Sunday when everything else was closed! Been going there for years and I will keep going there. I highly recommend them to everyone. God bless them.

I was there late almost for them to close but this guys were just very helpful and giving us great service.

Why have on line appointments if you are not going to honor them. Drove for 1hr and 20 min only to be told they cancel my appointment and couldnt change 2 tires, that takes what maybe 30 min. Never again will they get my business.

Huge thank you to Tires Plus for their affordable, efficient service in my time of need. I came out to IL for the weekend to visit my girlfriend and ended up blowing a tire Saturday night. I spent half of Sunday looking for a place that could get me in and have me road ready for my 6 hour drive back home. After two different businesses failed to deliver on their promises, I spoke with Joe at Tires Plus and his team fixed my car up in under two hours. Greatly appreciate the care taken and willingness to help someone in dire need of assistance. You guys rock!

Thank you, we are from out of town and they took the time during their busy schedule to fit us in. It started out as a flat repair but turned out we needed a new tire. I cant thank you guys enough.

They got me in and got it done even though I screwed up and took it in on a Friday when my appointment was for Saturday. They hound me to fix things I didnt bring it in to be fixed. It was a good experience.

They told me it would be 50 minutes and only took 35. They have me a correct quote. They ended up finding an interstate battery for $65 less than original quote.

We got a flat tire on the way to the airport with no spare. This place was recommended by our towing company for doing the job quickly. They were able to find a suitable replacement and change the tire within 30 minutes because we were on a time crunch. They are definitely my new recommended place for tire replacements.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is worthless. After today, they have lost me as a customer forever. The gross incompetence at this place would Joe Biden to shame. At least he has somewhat of a brain. I set up an appointment yesterday for 2pm, and told them I would drop off my car at 6:30am and place my keys in the dropbox. This I did. I arrived back at 3pm to a car that had not been worked on yet, because they didnt know what the keys in the dropbox were for. Thats a direct quote. They had my phone number, they could have at least called and asked if my car was there yet if they didnt know, or pressed the alarm to see. My car was in the system. Whoever works here at the front desk should definitely be fired.

Not good! Gentleman at the front said it would be just a minute... no problem. So as I waited patiently and as 3 people, that came in after me, were waited on before me... I decided, spending $1300 dollars on tires, they obviously didnt need my business so Ill be getting tires elsewhere!

I was at the Rockford store yesterday to get tires for my car. Saturday I made a appointment to get 4 new tires at 2 oclock when we arrived the lady manager was very friendly 😊 I waited for my car and it was great, we were the only ones there.

My husband and I went to Tires Plus to be able to fix my husbands car. The guys at Tires Plus were very friendly and very helpful to us! They were not pushy and they didn’t “force” us to get some things fixed on the car if we didn’t want to (like most mechanics seem to like to do for some reason) and we very happy with the work they did! My husband is especially excited to have his car work like new again!

Called at 1, asked if I could get in at 2 for tire repair. Was told no problem. Got me in it 2:30, I was in a big hurry And would have waited if they had been honest with me. Also was also told the $9.99 car care special was $15.99 for us since we had a fleet account. Wow, thats gratitude for bringing all our vehicles here! Counter people seem to care less when I expressed disatisfaction. Ill take it somewhere else next time and will express that my company to do the same.

Paid $500.00 to have a new rim because my old one was cracked and leaking air. You would think for that amount of money they would adjust the pressure in each tire when they were finished with the new rim but apparently they just did the bare minimum. I got in the car and every tire was a different pressure. Gave the guy a $20 tip too. I hope he feels bad and takes care of the next customer by doing a complete job not just what he has to do.

Appointment on schedule with quick accurate turnover. Had a soft pair of Goodyears replaced with a nice pair of Firestones. So far they drive like a dream. Cant wait to see how they handle winter. They matched the quoted price and tightened up the bolt causing my clunk at no extra charge.

Decent deal (4 for 3) on a pretty good tire, but they were the best deal around on a goofy tire size. I liked the online appointment booking, but then I called them that day to confirm and they said the tires wouldnt be in for 5 days. Good thing I called to confirm the already electronically confirmed appt. I liked the guys at the front desk, but 3 different people told me that they completed my alignment check personally, which I am sure was not true because what shop does 3 checks, so that doesnt give me good feels about accountability. The guys in the garage were really nice and took some time to talk to me about the tires and the alignment. The front desk guy Ryan was great, he said bring it back in 3000 miles and we will check that alignment and tire wear again to make sure there are no issues.

Called 3 times each time put me on hold for 20 minutes...every other tire place quoted me right away. If youve got the time to waste waiting on hold for them to give you a quote than give em a call.

I bought tires a few months ago. I was first overcharged. Ive heard them quote prices for trucks yet they charged me $623. I had to make appointments to get tires checked. I have never left this place with my tires having the same pressure. Told me i had to wait an hour to have my tires checked that i made a appointment for. Kudos to you! I will never come back, not even for the warranty. I hope you enjoy because i will tell everybody you suck! By the way Goodyear across the street. Checked the tires i bought from you. No appointment and i was out of there quicker than you checked me in! GOODBYE! They suk even more. I need new tires. Do u think they actually put new tires on my car? I think NOT. Mechincs work hard to get your car back in working order and safe. They dont bs you with things that must be fixed, if they see something they come into the lounge and talk to the customer of what was found and the customer has the final say. They do know what they are doing /talking about. Most of the sales people are nice.

They were very helpful, they got my battery changed in less than an hour to get me to work on time. Great crew, great customer service. Clearly leadership has set the expectations high.

BEWARE OF TIRES PLUS! Took my daughter and her car for rear brake check. They called and told her $899 for rear brakes. They said she needed EVERYTHING. They said the caliper bolt was rusted and would break if they tried to get it off. Question: how then do they know if it needed rotors on both sides when they didn’t take the calipers off? Took to another mechanic and she didn’t need brakes at all. What is wrong with them? They will take you to the bank.

Tested our battery that was from Sams Club and only a month old. There batteries have a 2 year warranty. They charge for testing your car even though they say its free.

I have been a regular customer to this place. Service advisors here are very much helpful. Unlike other shops they dont try to give you a bill for your fortune. I would recommend this place. Nevertheless there is still room to improve customer service levels and time management.

I found a screw and a staple stuck in one of my tires. Drove out to Tires Plus, and they couldnt help. Offered to make me an appointment for the following day. Over $900 worth of tires they sold me, and they couldnt do any better than that? My next set will be from the competition.

Got 2 new rear tires and 2 days later one of them went flat. Took my car back and my husband looked at the rim when they pulled it off and the rim had a crack. They couldnt see the large crater In the rim I guess.

Brought the rental car to fix a leak. The leak was in sidewall. They were very friendly. We didnt need to do anything they called rental company told them it wasnt repairable. We didnt wait long and we were on the road again. I came back again different rental for an oil change. Corey and the guys are great. It took them no time to finish oil change. They fixed a nail in the tire, rotated tires and had me on my way. I came back again th o have different rental serviced t bt e changed the oil. They did vehicle inspection and found tires were ready to replace. They replaced all 4 tires did oil change all in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service I receive both for the rentals I bring and my personal car.

I had my brakes serviced here and no more than three weeks later the brakes began to squeak. Brought the truck back and they said my brakes were dusty/dirty and they would clean them for free. Great, right? Wrong the brakes continued to squeak so I had the brakes looked over by another company. Come to find out the noise was due to a broken spring. I had to have my brakes replaced, again. This location did not provide me with the satisfaction I look for when dealing with auto services. I am not sure about the quality of their parts or the level of effort put into their work but this was unacceptable.

Don’t take any vehicle there with after market parts. They will blame a poor alignment on the parts and not cover re aligning it. Even if you notice the alignments off same day and immediately bring it back. Terrible alignment and customer service.
