Had an unexpected tire blow after hitting debris on way to pick up family at OHare from northern Wi. None of the other dealers would help us. Friday afternoon. Spent three hours asking 8 other places to please help us because we were getting really late to airport. These guys dropped what they were doing, found a tire that was the right size and had us back on the road in fifteen minutes. Super reasonable cost, too. Absolute answered 🙏. Thank you!

Great honest place. Nate is the best.Another place told me I needed front brakes and these guys told me it was actually the rear brakes and that the front brakes were fine for now. I will be a return customer.

On a cross country road trip pulling a travel trailer, we were a few miles out on the highway when our car gave us a pressure error. We pulled over and found a nail in our tire. We searched for the closest seller of our tire brand and found F&F. We stopped in without an appointment in hopes they could get us back on the road quickly. With friendly and fast service, they pulled a drill bit out of our tire and patched it up and sent us on our way in only a few minutes. We’re so grateful!

Found a nail in my tire while out running errands. Stopped at the “big name” tire companies and was told there were 30+ cars ahead of me. Stopped at F&F and Bryan was able to get my truck in quickly. Very personable staff.

Too sneaky.. the senior gentleman you picked up his car while I waited said he was quoted $900 and some odd dollars and his bill was coming up as over $1200 dollars. He was told this is what we did and this is the total is.. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was given a total of $109 more then double I have ever paid there. After asking why I was told the tires needed to be balanced and there was no use in rotating without balancing. This is the fourth car I have had oil and rotations done with them. Never needed a balance before. I was happy to pay for work that needed done but to not come and talk to me in the lobby that more work($$) needed to be done is not exceptible. I am looking for a new place for my oil changes after this.

Went in for a tire balance problem I was having. Matt told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Should have left them. But dummy me had them get me a tire. They were supposed to put new tire on the truck and switch 2 other tire on rims. When I went to get the work done. The mechanic rolled the new tire to the door and said he you go. I asked aren’t you putting it on my vehicle? And you are supposed to switch 2 tire for me. His answer was NO! Brain at service desk they are going to it. He will see it’s done. 2 hours later they are locking the doors . Brain said mechanics went home. So I told I will pay for the tire. After I got home I noticed that I was charged for all the work they were supposed to do. Went back next morning. Brian said Matt ran the ticket threw and that was the amount. Nothing he could do about it. Matt was supposed to call. That never happened. My advice is look at your bill close. So you don’t get charged for work no done. I will never do business with F&F Tire again. And I will tell everyone about being changed for work not done.

I go for the decently priced oil change and keep coming back for the customer service! Ive never asked them to check my tires but they always fill up the pressure (I can never seem to get the low pressure light to go away by myself) and are nice to talk to while getting set up or payment squared away. Theyre so close to the mall too. I usually just walk around while I wait and ask them to call me when its done. The online appointment maker is very convienent as well.

Since Max took over as service manager at the Cherry Vale F&F this place has really gone down hill. When Dan ran it, I brought my cars there all the time and he treated me extremely well. I also used to send all my friends there for the same reasons. Now you walk in and they just try and sell you something you dont need and the workmanship is backyard at best. All of my friends now have been warned to stay away....trust me, save yourself some frustration and just go somewhere else.

Super nice and helpful. Got me in and out in under 40 minutes for 2 new tires, rotation, and inspection. Didnt charge me a penny over what he estimated. Also they will NOT look for little things that you need to fix to spend your money. I will definitely be going back, and look forward to it. Hope this helps anyone that is on the fence.

I had never gone to F&F before and Im glad I did. They really took the time to help me pick the right set of tires. I thought I knew what I wanted but Im glad they pointed me in another direction. Great service also. I will be a repeat customer.

Absolutely horrible. Don’t go here! I brought my car here and they ended up fixing things that I didn’t ask for them to fix!! Charged me almost $1,000 for replacing one tire that had a nail in it and fixing other stuff that didn’t need to be fixed. Then about a month later, the things they “fixed” broke all the way!! DON’T go here. They’ll give you a quote for $600 and charge you $1,300 when they’re done.

We just bought new tires. Getting $70 rebate. Life is good

Our family was traveling through Illinois on the way to Wisconsin, and we were stranded with a flat tire. We called lots of tire shops around where we were, but nobody would help us. Brian Willis went above and beyond and got the tires (which nobody had in stock!). The team replaced all 4 tires for us. The saved our trip! Thanks for everything!

11/3/2018 11:15am I went in for a routine oil change and because my check engine light was on. Guy at front counter (Max?) was extremely rude and clearly didnt want my business. I left and went somewhere else. Plenty of other places less than a mile away that can do the same work and not give you an attitude.

Walked in and dropped off a vehicle to get an oil change. They called me and said it was ready, as I walked up the manager was outside and I said “sir do you guys check tire pressure?” He said yes, I said does that right rear tire look low to you? He said yes. I then popped he hood and the washer fluid was low. I said sir do you guys check the fluids? He said I’ll bring the vehicle in and recheck everything. My guy had to leave in a hurry to catch a plane. He then said I rechecked everything and all 4 tires were low and the washer fluid was low.....yes sir I just told you that when I checked it myself. I then drive away and go and check everything myself and the spare tire mounted on the tailgate on my RAV4 has no air in it at all. No attention to detail at all. Stay away. Use a different place with positive reviews. You get what you pay for.

Place was busy when I went there. I called a few local places and they were the cheapest. They had an issue with my vehicle that ended costing me more but was the fault of the previous owner and not them. Quick service.

Very sketchy. Went to get an oil change, and after paying found my car seemingly untouched and with the wrong odometer count on the receipt, staff said they ‘forgot to change the oil’ after I nearly drove off. Only after calling them out did I get an oil change. They said theyd refund me for almost sending me off without an oil change, but never received the refund either.

Youngman was very confrontational, and argumentative. Would never go back.

I called to ask about pricing. They suggested a tire which was on sale and told me it was rated at 50,000 miles. The manufacturers website rates the tire at only 40,000 miles. I canceled my appointment and will not spend my money at F&F Tire World.

Poor customer service. they try to scare you into purchasing more than is needed for your vehicle I will never use F&F Tire again.
