The Eye doctor accurately diagnosed my 5 year old daughter after calling and going to other places who kept saying she needed a specialist. She is now able to see more out of her really weak eye. He is great with children and also checked my two year old because what my older daughter has is genetic. And when I had a question about my daughters perscription I was able to speak to the doctor directly on the phone.

Absolute worst. Told me after 2 months of waiting for me hearing aids they no longer took my insurance. I understand Dr offices have every right to decide to drop certain insurance companies. My complaint is how absolutely unprofessional their employees were about it. Found another wonderful audiologist center that takes my insurance. Closer to home. My advice is look around before deciding on this one.

BEEN HERE FOR MANY YEARS, OVER 15 YEARS. BEST HEARING SERVICE AROUND. KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFFS. THEY ASSISTED ME WITH INSURANCE FILING AND MADE IT THAT MUCH EASIER FOR ME. THEY ARE TOP BBB IN AREA. SAME STAFFS FOR YEARS. I GET MY EYE AND EAR CARE HERE. THEY TRIED VERY HARD TO HELP ME ADJUST FROM ANALOG TO DIGITAL TO NO AVAIL AND WERE PATIENCE WORKING WITH ME. THEY UNDERSTOOD MY REASONS AND NEEDS, THEY LISTENED. THANK YOU CFSH!! OH, IF YOU GO TO LLOYDS, DOUBLE CHECK THEIR PRICE LISTING BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. THEY HAVE A TENDENCY TO MARK UP EXCESSIVELY.

I am eating this entirely on my two phone calls with them. I am supposed to have an eye exam and a hearing but based on the rudeness both times I called, I cancelled and made my appointments at a faciluty that is friendly and wants their customers business.
