The staff was knowledgeable and personable. They asked a lot of questions and gave me great choices to make sure I was set up with the right hearing aids for my lifestyle. Highly recommend!

I was wary of the audiologists associated with my ear doctors offices - I wanted to know about as many different hearing aids as possible - not just the ones they favored. I made an appointment with this place and they were so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating that I wouldnt go anywhere else. Adam can actually program the hearing aid right there - and if your hearing changes, as happens often over time, he will work with you to get it to where you are comfortable with it. He can build a hearing aid to your specifications and address your personal needs. I feel that this is the wave of the future; a knowledgeable, independent source for something that many of us will need as we age. Word of caution; If you think your hearing is going, dont wait or youll get used to NOT hearing. (Like my 92-year-old father! He likes it that way because he is used to it! My mother is so frustrated...) Then when fitted with a decent hearing aid, youre hearing things you havent heard and if its been a long time or the hearing loss is substantial, it can be overwhelming - like sensory overload! Another bit of advice, give it time.You have to get used to anything, including hearing levels. Personally, after initially wondering what every sound was (the refrigerator running, the AC, birds chirping...etc) I love my new hearing aids! And my experience at Luxe Tone was A+!
