I seldom write recommendations, but in this case it is well warranted. I had been using custom fitted hearing aids for 5 years and I still had problems with hearing, especially with the phone unless I used speaker phone and with it I had trouble. With some people I had trouble understanding words spoken, especially with my son. It was extremely difficult for my wife, as she was having to constantly repeat in communication. I became stressed and depressed over my hearing problems and I assumed I would have to deal with it for the rest of my life, since I had been using hearing aids for 5 years. I decided to try one more time to improve my hearing loss. I ended up going to Shaunna at Hearing Helpers and I am amazed with what she was able to do in improving my hearing problems.
