Lloyds is the place to go. Andy is very thorough and makes sure you have the wright fit for each individual. Also finds the most reasonable company for his customers. Lloyds is a family owned and a very friendly place.

Andy provides a great service to the community. I usually write short reviews,but I have alot to say about this place... I went with a friend who wasnt hearing well. Andy examined current hearing aids, which are 14 years old and offered to clean and repair as well as possible. He administered hearing test in sound proof booth. Then I knew why my friend couldnt hear me! Andy completely explained test results. I suggested new aids, with the new technology. A demo pair was quickly programmed to the sound levels needed by my friend. When we walked in, I had to hollar to be heard. And about half of what I said was misunderstood. With the old aids, I could talk behind my friends back in a normal voice and he didnt know I said anything.With the new ones, he could hear every word! I could even leave the room, go in the hall, talk, and be heard clearly! We have a new pair on order. Yes they are expensive, but the ability to hear is priceless! The technology is what is being paid for. The New aids are loaded with it and it works. Far superior product to what was on the market even 10 years ago. Andy explained how they work, payment plans, answered all questions, and I believe he is almost as excited as we are to have my friends hearing restored. Am so grateful for his amazing customer service in a world that seems to be sadly lacking in this area!The gal at the desk is very caring and supportive, too! Look forward to dealing with them in the future and will be taking my dad there for aids too after he has his ear doctor do wax removal so his hearing can be accurately checked. Andy does check to be sure wax blockage is not causing your hearing problem. I know my dad has narrow ear canals and needs them professionally cleaned a couple times a year. The last two times they were cleaned, he still couldnt hear well after, so am sure he will benefit from the Palmquists help at Lloyds,too. Looking forward to being able to have normal conversation with my two favorite guys without hollering! It has been very stressful for all of us. Ill end with saying, if you or a friend is struggling to hear, go to Lloyds on Alpine by Arbys. Youll be glad you did!
