We recently contacted BoxDrop looking for a mattress after seeing a sale offer on Facebook and they were incredibly helpful. It’s a family-owned business with the same products you’d find at big stores like Gustafson’s but better prices. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt like part of the family. Blake and Kim were so friendly and easy to chat with! The building is clean and full of inventory to look at. We will 10000% do business with them again!

We’d been to BoxDrop 3 times. Bought 2 mattresses and a living room set. We got the living room set delivered and found it very uncomfortable. While their policy says no exchanges, Kim offered to swap out the furniture. Less than an hour later, she called back and said her husband said no. Why were we told it could be swapped if you’re just going to change your mind? It’s fine that the policy states nothing could be done but it’s kind of shady that we were told yes and the answer changed. We won’t be back.

I was skeptical about this place when I saw it on the FB marketplace, but I was in dire need of a new mattress, at a lower cost. I still wanted quality, but had no idea what I could get with only a few hundred dollars. Mitch met me at our agreed upon time and was awesome, a very likeable guy! He was informative and super patient. I felt no pressure at all. I had no idea what I was even looking for, as Ive never shopped for mattresses before, but he helped me find the most PERFECT one. He let me wander and try things out and ask a zillion questions. He loaded it up into my truck for me and the whole process was super quick, seamless, and easy. I highly, highly recommend, Mitch, Kim, and their family at BoxDrop! You WILL find something you want, in your price range and they will support you through the whole process. Kim at BoxDrop truly cares about helping her customers. I was a little skeptical at first, because the prices were so low and the online photos didnt show much; but the experience was first class. Ive been into the common mattress stores before and there is always so much pressure to buy and the prices can be astronomical. This experience was the polar opposite. Kim was more interested in my needs than selling me something, there was no pressure to buy, the prices were about half of what youd pay at a big mattress store, and the quality has upheld for months now. I actually waited a few months to write this review intentionally so as to experience the quality myself before prematurely reviewing; and I am thoroughly impressed. We bought the Opal Queen Set and are very pleased!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Absolutely NOT a scam; nor have I ever met the owners until I stepped into their warehouse today. Dont think Ive ever felt compelled to review a business here before.Been searching for a mattress for almost a year. Visited every store in Rockford and online and even with these corporate places going out of business/ holiday sales couldnt find anything I deemed reasonable for a King set. I honestly stumbled across their local add on Facebook Marketplace... Believe me, I was skeptical; I was wrong!Local family owning and operating their business which happens to have a quality product, decent selection, and great prices... Even better service.
