I have been coming to this location for over 14 years and its one of the few places that is consistent with quality, service, and communication. The staff here is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. John and the team here were especially helpful and gave me great recommendations and advice.

This Location is the best they treat you like family. They go make sure your vehicle is in safe to drive . I drove up this morning without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly technician who got all of my information and directed me to the line that would be done the fastest. I was advised I could wait inside, outside, or even stay in my car. I opted to remain in my vehicle and did not have to wait long before they were directing me to pull through to work on my oil change. I spoke with several technicians and they were all friendly and professional. They asked if I wanted several things checked and topped off then happily accommodated. The service was very quick, well done, and a great value. Once they were done, I pulled forward and the cashier came out to take my payment so I never had to step foot outside of my vehicle. 5 stars, A+ service!

I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for all my vehicles since 2011. Great customer service and very efficient with wait time. Quality service. The last two times in brought my car in however, I had a negative experience. I posted a one star review and immediately heard back from the management who took action and corrected the issue. That is an outstanding company response and what we hope to see from companys who care about their patrons. My confidence is restored.

Good consistent service from Jiffy Lube, and I have been to multiple locations. On the recent visit, they were very busy, but they managed to get everyone through and gave sufficient updates for everyone waiting. I will be returning for future oil changes.

I met the manager or service writer outside the facility. He explained that they were understaffed and the wait could be as long a 1 1/2 hours. It was nice to know in advance what the potential wait time could have been. Turns out, the wait time wasnt even close to his estimate. The service I received was great. They did an excellent job with every aspect of the job. All the workers were professional and nice to talk to. Ill keep going back here. Great experience.

This was my first time here. I only came to this place because I needed an oil changed before I left town and they stated it was am hour wait. I got an oil changed, Tire rotation and a air filter replace here.The customer service here was kind of a bi polar thing. I felt like the mechanics was way more friendlier then the man working the cashier. It took quite a bit to get check in. Due too covid I had to sit in my car until I get check in. The guy that check me in and inform me about the car was very friendly. They were really informative and gave me a lot of information on my car. They showed me my air filter and suggest I get it changed. So I had them replaced. Everything was good until I checked out.While I was siting in the lounge waiting for my car. I watched how everyone was called when they car was ready. I saw from one customer after another, the cashier would ask them if they had a coupon. They then proceeded to walk the customer out and put the next oil change sticker in their car for them. When it came to my turn, I did not have the same experience. The cashier did not even ask if I had any coupons. He just told me the amount, I had to bring up the coupon myself to get it done.After that, he just gave me my next oil sticker and that was it. I do not know why but it really bothered me that I did not receive the same experience like everyone else.I also wanted to mention that when they came to tell me about my air filter they also stated that both my license plate lights were out and if I wanted to change them to. I figure it was easy enough, I can do it myself.The next day me and my husband tried to take out our lights ourselves to replace it. In the process, I just happen to open my trunk and the license plate lights came on. So we did a light test on everything and all my lights work. I did not need to change my license plate light. Now I do not know how Jiffy Lube test the light but I felt like I avoided from getting scam out of paying for something that was not broken.Also while driving, my service light came on. They did not reset my oil change light, In the end I will not be coming back here.

I always go here with my out-of-warranty vehicles and prefer it to the dealerships. They do a great job and dont take all day about it. Theres a decent waiting room but I often walk over to Starbucks or a pizza place.

Everything was done on time and to my satisfaction. I no problems and I waited maybe 4 minutes at the most, to be serviced. Thank you for that

Over the years I have gone to numerous non-dealer service facilities and can say that this Jiffy Lube is by far the best I’ve encountered. Very professional and knowledgeable, no pressure to add services or products, and courteous friendly staff. I recommend and will return as our cars need additional servicing.

Great service, the staff were very nice and helpful, however, I paid over $100 for just getting my oil changed which is pretty steep. Will probably just do it myself next time.

We’re from out of town and needed an oil change. First we went to a competitor. They were rude, we were misinformed and they couldn’t help us. So we came to Jiffy Lube on Stanford Ranch in Rocklin. We were helped right away from friendly staff. Even though we had to wait an hour, Jay made it all better. Super friendly and funny guy. Thank you for your kindness!

I have my oil changed, and during that process the technician over filled my Mercedes. Instead of removing the plug, they pumped oil out of the fill port and got a significant amount of oil all over the front passenger side of the engine, valve covers, and alternator. The Assistant manager, Michael, admitted to the overfilling only because I asked him what was taking so long.Subsequently, within days, the alternator failed due to oil residue getting into the alternator brushes. This left my wife stranded on HWY-99 and I had to incur costs for tow and repair, plus loss of productivity for my wifes business.I filed a complaint and claim, and of course, Jiffy Lube denied my claim because I didnt spend extra money out-of-pocket to have my car towed to their facility for their inspection. Instead, like most people, I needed to get my car back on the road because my family depends on it.I am out over $500, so choose carefully when selecting a company for your next oil change.

I own multiple cars Ive been taking to Jiffy Lube for 11 years. May never go back after today. I pulled in and sat and waited my turn. The guy walked right past my car and went to the car behind me and checked her in. I thought hes didnt see me but will realize and help me next. Nope. He proceeded to go to all the cars around me. When he walked up to the 5th car that had pulled in after me I was done. I got out of my car and asked to have the vehicle behind me moved so I could leave. Id rather drive a little farther than be completely ignored like that. The guy looked right at me more than once.

Got in quickly, vehicle was serviced very quick and was on my way.

The guys there great. We use them for all out cars. My tukon died in the stall and the jumped me and checked my battery. Very professional and great customer service.

Worst service ever! Changed my windshield wipers with some cheap hideous monstrosity that doesn’t even fit my car. When I tried to rectify the situation, some super rude “lady” wouldn’t stop belittling me, and talking over me. In the end, I was offered $12, which won’t even replace the disgrace they added to my car.I probably shouldn’t have come back after last issue… where they replaced oil filter, but left it loose enough for my oil to be almost bone dry within a few days… or the time one of the kids tried to check the antifreeze levels with the car running, and even resulted in them replacing a bunch of parts they had messed up.Unfortunately, the managers are good at schmoozing customers and I trusted that they rectified their situation. At this point, I want to send my worst enemy here

Nothing special. They did an oil change and were efficient. I was able to stay in the car while they worked, which I definitely prefer.

I thought it was ok. I noticed it that after Im left my brake fluid light went on saying no I to was low. I thought it they check all the fluids? They told me that I needed a transmission flush new dip stick and what goes in to check oil. I decided to go elsewhere to get the other things checked out second opinion

After waiting for two hours to get a basic oil change whoever drove my car sat in the Mercedes leather and ripped it with a key that was in the pocket, my lights were switched From the settings I had them in, don’t let these people in your car the fix on the leather seat is more expensive than any of the services at jiffy lube.

Not the best experience. oil change Service was somewhat quick but unfriendly. They never even bothered to discuss any of the diagnostics/inspection results for my vehicle with me that they noted on my receipt. $89.99 for a full synthetic oil change

Fast, efficient. Ray was extremely knowledgeable. Ensured that I was aware of the different benefits of doing business with JiffyLube like oil top off, complimentary visual inspection of engine, wiper fluid top off, tires, coupons/discounts etc.I didn’t get the meet any of the techs, but my engine is running nice and smooth! There is no pressure to go forward with any of their recommended services and they respect your choice if you decline. Look online for coupons and you might save a few bucks. Ive been needing an oil change for couple of weeks now, just short on time.. Today I was determined to cross it off my list, but by the time I googled the closet lube and oil place, it was 5:20pm. I noticed the closet place was Jiffy Lube and they close at 6pm. Really hoping for a miracle, I got there at 5:37pm and I was on my way home feeling accomplished by 5:58pm. Great job guys! They advised me of a lower bolt that was missing under my SUV by my oil shield cover and told me it wasn’t an emergency but if and when I got a new one that they would install it. I went immediately to the Ford dealership and purchased the bolt. I returned to their shop and they put it on for me. Wow was I impressed. Excellent service and all were very helpful. I’m returning. Brought my truck in for an oil change. Thought since it was first-come-first-served I would have a long wait. Not at all. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Very thorough, full vehicle inspection with a full explanation of what they found and did. Very comfortable with the service.

This is my regular Jiffy Lube location and they never cease to meet or exceed my expectations! They are quick, consistent and always professional. Went to go get an oil change and was surprised to hear that I would be charged $126 for an oil change and on top of that they didn’t secure my oil filter either so my car was leaking oil all week until I took it into another shop. Would not recommend getting an oil change here.

Jiffy Lube is great. They check my lights, fluids, and other things under the hood when Im only there for an oil change. The employees are always super nice and organized.

Went in for an oil change and to get my tire pressure right. They didn’t even reset the maintenance required light and my tire pressure is still off. Will not be coming back. Better off going to the dealer

Highly professional in this time of Pandemic. Only had contact with one person and they were masked for my protection. The actual service personnel were also masked and they covered the seat and steering wheel in an effort to stop the spread of the covid virus, as well as performing the requested service in their normal outstanding and professional manner.

I was kind of disappointed I tried to call and I had to leave a voicemail in the middle of the day and they never got back to me so Im assuming they were either too busy or they didnt hear the phone and I guess Ill have to try some other time.

Very easy oil change. No waiting

DOnt do business with this establishment. They attempted to charge me an excessive amount for an air filter that can be purchased at Auto Zone for $8 (same brand). Their technician measured the tread on my tires and then strongly advised me to replace two rear tires. Unbeknownst to him, I had just purchased a set of 4 tires from Les Schwab, less than a week prior to my oil change. When I pointed this out to him, the only explanation given to me was that he was improperly measuring the depth gauge of the tread. SO you tell me...dishonest or incompetent?

This was the second time I had used this station. On both times I have been impressed with the total outstanding customer service I received .The initial evaluation, the results and the the final results including the bill impressed me with the method they used. Even the capacity to forward my service itinerary to my email was impressive. Thanks for outstanding customer service

When I pulled up, they had room, told me which bay to pull into and then took me inside and walked me through everything, asking which services I want, but had a visual display of different options which was nice.I got done very quickly for an oil change and they also checked all fluids and my OBDII sensor last reading for me (due to recent check engine light). I went for my oil change and a tire rotation when I went to pay the bill thy asked if I would like to have the bill or send it to me email I said email would be fine.I also told them the tire pressure on my car is 35 pounds when I left I saw that one of my tires was at 25 pounds so I went back and that was when they told me I had a nail in 2 tires. you would think when I was being checked out that would have been the time to tell me. this is not the first time I have had a problem with them but it is the last.

Very slow, we were here over an hour for a simple oil change. Then they made us wait 20 min in our car waiting to pay. Very poorly ran operation

During this pandemic, this location was extremely efficient, friendly, professional and innovative. I remained in my vehicle during the entire service and saw and heard the entire process. Every employee was friendly and professional. I was done in mess than 30 minutes. What a great experience. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
