My car had a flat tire, so I had it towed to Les Schwab in Rocklin. I got a call telling me they found 3 screws in my tire. They patched all 3 holes and adjusted the air in all 4 tires. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was treated very courteously and professionally and was told there would be no charge and I hadn’t even bought my tires from them! I’m very impressed that they didn’t even try to sell me a tire I didn’t need. I will definitely return when I need new tires and will highly recommend them.

I work on my own vehicles, and knew my suspension was ready for a alignment. After trying to upsell me on control arms, they decided to not give me an alignment. I had gone out of my way to get this done and it wasted much of my time and energy having to go and check my control arms after to find that they were fine. I get that this is a corporate business but come on man. Ive already gotten my car alignment elsewhere and was just told it was ready to go and the work is complete.
Not my usual great experience at this Rocklin Les Schwab. Luckily I left this one and went to my favorite Les Schwab location and they were able to take care of me and perform the work that the other Rocklin location was not able to. I will continue to use Les Schwab but I wont return to Rocklin location...
I had a tractor tire go flat was around 45 minutes before they close. They go right on it and I am able to do more tractor work this weekend because I was able to wait for it to be done. This location has always been good to me as a returning customer
Ive always received great service and products from Les Schwab. You get what you pay for, now more than ever. I expect good things and great service and Les Schwab has always exceeded my expectations.
My old truck ate brake pads often, so I’ve been a frequent customer. Good service with reasonable wait times. My new truck hasn’t needed anything, but I will return here for tires & brakes when needed.Update: They did a great job servicing my horse trailer tires. Try fast and affordable!
Lied to over the phone again. Would not recommend. They give you a price over the phone then tell you something different when you get there. Third time happening to me.In response to your response. I spoke with the manager that day he was no help he said the price was the price. Honestly with all the issues I have had over the years I will never return to this store again. Already found a shop in Loomis to do it for me. Also Americas tire also said they would do it for me for less than I was originally quoted over the phone.

I scheduled an appointment on Thursday for Saturday at 9:00. I rolled in-store about 9:04 and was helped by 9:07. I was told that my appointment was confirmed and that they would perform the service. Alignment, Id guess less than an hour to perform.At 10:19 I noticed that my vehicle had not been pulled into the garage for service. No one had done anything at all to the vehicle. I approached the desk and explained that I need my vehicle back because its been an hour and a half. The clerk explained that she thought it was only an hour and fifteen. Like I really care about the fifteen.. because it was supposed to get started at 9:00am.I dont comprehend an entity that overbooks itself and proceeds to pretend everything is going according to plan.It is explained to me that the last vehicle had a holdup. My thinking is that at some point I should have been informed about said holdup; preferably before I have waited over an hour & 1/4 past an appointment time.All this amounts to a culture that not only doesnt know how to manage a schedule, but doesnt value a customers time. Probably have no clue how much time and energy I have invested this appointment plus the plans I have made around it. I spent 3 weeks making these repairs on my vehicle, and all I need to drive safely is an alignment. I was relying on this Les Schwab location to get it done; they failed completely and miserably; even going as far as to let me know that I dont understand how to calculate time.tl;dr? Dont rely on appointments, scheduling, or time estimates at this shop.
They are the nicest, courteous, helpful people. I had a tire that was going flat and was late for workI asked them to just give me a new tire. (The spare wasnt that good) a little while later the young man can and saint he tested the tire and fixed the leak. At NO CHARGE!Ive had good service there before. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They Dont Honor their Warranty! I made an appointment for brake service. After inspecting the brakes (3 hours after the promised response time). I was informed that they were not going to honor the warranty because of excess towing. I told them I tow twice a year and I was never informed of this. Instead of honoring their warranty they tried to change me $800 for front brake service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. This is not customer service. I recommend you find another shop. Dont go here.

I have been here for two of my vehicles and every time I have gone, they have exceeded my expectations. They will bring me back to the shop on most visits to show me the car and explain in great detail the shape and wear everything is in. I would go in for a free brake check on my old car and they would give me honest feedback and good recommendations. On my new car, I got new rims and tires and they communicated diligently with me to get the job done. After a bit, I got a nail stuck in my tire and all I had to do was drive it over and they patched it all up! Really professional and nice staff. These guys and gals will sell you what you need and get the job done. Worth the wait, I do recommend this shop for all tire needs.

This all happened in Vacaville sorry to post here i can only edit the review it will not let me delete it rocklin is great My mother brought her vehicle in for a tpms light they pulled her vehicle in and then brought the vehicle back out and proceeded to tell her it was the passenger rear that was low and to bring it back if it comes back on and they will look at the tire, the light came back on an hour later and she brought it to me I looked and within a second saw a nail. It wouldve taken them 2 seconds to look for a nail instead of sending people back out with the possibility of being stranded truly dismal and unsafe practice. I understand if all 4 tires are slightly low due to weather but one single tire being low points to an issue.

Customer service was great! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an alignment after taking in my Duramax in after installing new Tie Rods/Ball joints. Gotta say Nick did a great job getting her dialed in and also explained to me every detail he was able to do to get my truck straight as possible.

Friendly staff. Came for a tire repair and they offered patch it for free with a wait time of 90 minutes. But mechanic got my vehicle checked within an hour and told me that tire had nail by the side which cant be patched and suggested to change tires. Offered a quote and I will go back if I dont get a better deal within a week.
I had a flat tire & took it to Les Schwab to get it repaired. I couldnt believe it when they fixed it FREE of charge! I was stunned! Nobody does that! What great customer service.
Always really helpful employees. Thats where the praise ends though. The only problem is they are double or triple the price for tires and parts than anywhere else. Americas Tires is where its at, half the price and just as knowledgable employees.
We have been doing business with Les Schwab for years. Tires for cars, trailers, trucks and RVs, they are always our first go to. They have always provided great products and service. Most important they have always been there for us when weve had an emergency. Highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation. I was in and out within an hour. The staff was friendly. The staff wore masks while they were speaking to customers, but took them off when they werent. I was uncomfortable sitting in an enclosed space for an hour with people not wearing masks, so I finally went outside to wait for my car.
I bought tires from this Les Schwab about four years ago. The tires ended up wearing quicker than they should have. The manager prorated the tires and even adjusted the alignment slightly. Great customer service by the manager. Well done.
Thank you to salesperson, Jeffrey LR. I was due for my tire rotation but was in a different city from which I purchased my Les Schwab tires. The woman who initially took my request and information told me that I had to pay $29.00 for a simple rotation but $49.00 for a rotation and balance. I told her I bought my tires at their company, but she told me I would have to get my service at my original place of purchase in order to not have to pay. I believed her and asked for the rotation and balance $49.00. Fortunately after my car was serviced the gentleman who brought out my car asked me if I purchased my tires from Les Schwab and I said yes, he asked why was I being charged I looked over at the woman who misinformed me. She didnt say anything to me. But thankfully Jeffrey did. I am grateful
My boyfriend changed my tire and we needed them to check the lug nuts with their fancy tool. I probably wasnt there for more than 10 minutes. Great and friendly staff. Quick and happy service. 👍
Had brakes checked. Walked in without an appt and was told 1 hour and sure enough, they finished on time! Got a very detailed breakdown of condition of my brakes and had a few questions answered. Always take all my cars to Les Schwab for tires and brake work. Always get great service at a reasonable price.

Great place! I rushed in with a flat tire, late for an appointment, and they got a new tire on within 20 minutes. They would have even driven me to my appointment if their truck hadnt been out on business.
Saved me $300 after a dealership wanted me to buy 2 new tires because they had nails in them. Less Schwab pointed out the tread was still good and the nails were too small to cause leaks and didnt even need patches! Great people!

Les Schwab is the best. I bought my tires there, and I get free tire rotations at any Les Schwab in the country.It only took about 15 min while I relaxed, ate some popcorn, and watched TV.
Been here twice in the past month. The first was for two new tires due to a bubble in the sidewall. When dismounting the tire they managed to put a nice two inch gash in my wheel. I came back here today to get a leaking tire repaired and the same thing happened. I now have a nice white scar across half of one of my black wheels.

I went in for a flat repair, knowing it was a valve stem. I was quoted $14, which I thought was reasonable. However, they didnt charge me at all. Free flat repair. I was quite surprised and pleased.

Asked to check front drivers tire, the inside,as I drove up on a curb,and scraped the inside do felt there may be a slow leak, so instead of taking g the tire off, the spun it around, side it looks good put air in the tires and said alls good, lazy workers, too busy eating some kind of cake,to tell me everything was good, yet they did have to put air in the tires?, My husband may return to that tire place but they will not get any good reviews from this customer!

I had a tire that was low. They checked each of my tires and told me that one tire was falling apart. If they had not checked all the tires I would have done some serious damage to my boat trailer. Rich helped me get back on the road and sold me four great tires. I can not thank them enough.

I went in to ask about new wheels and tires and find some options. I heard they had a computer where you could see what the wheels and tires will look like on your vehicle. So I went in, and talked to the lady at the front desk and said I was interested in finding out information about wheels and tires. She said ok someone will be right with you, Ill go get them. I said ok, and waited. I tried to look around while I was waiting and I was going to try and find the machine to look at my vehicle. When I saw the machine, it was right behind the table and chairs where several people were waiting for their cars to finish. Kind of a weird place to put it, where no one can get to it. So I decided to just look around, I also brought my kid with me, because I thought it wouldnt be that long of a process just to talk with someone. Well after 39 mins of waiting for someone to be right out to help me and not to mention the lady who helped me was sitting there reading a magazine, and 2 other people came in and just got on their computers for a bit, then sat there, then talked to each other for half the time. So no one ever helped me and 39 mins later, when my kid got restless, I left. No one even looked in my direction they just continued to joke with each other. They lost some good business, since I was ready to spend several thousand dollars. Oh well. I found a better place that treated me great and gave them my business for an incredible price.
Went in with a decent amount of brake noise and was told my front brakes were at 80% and my rear rotors, pads and calipers needed to be replaced.I told them the calipers were fine and they insisted that auto parts stores only sell the pads attached to the caliper and it is the only way they are sold2 weeks later my front brakes that they told me were 80% started to go metal to metal and I decided to do them myself. When I went to the auto parts store I found out I was lied to and bought the pads for 50 dollars and replaced them in my driveway in 10 minutes..They lie and replace parts that dont need replacement. Later on I found out it is their store policy to change the caliper every time either it is bad or not.. It added about 500 dollars to my bill when they did it to me.I would definitely try another shop that is capable of changing just the pads if that is all that needs to be changed. You will save a ton of money.
Strange, they refused to rotate my tires because two of them were too worn. they said i needed to get new tires, period. got frustrated. so i went to West Coast Tire right next door, they happily checked my wheels out, saying that the steelies were bent but not worth replacing, then rotated my tires like it was nothing and said there is plenty of life on them. Les Scwhab got stuck in process and couldnt give me the detail attention that i was needing.
I brought my car in with a flat tire. Les Schwab replace my tire and even though it wasnt under warranty they provided me a tire to get me back on the road. Thank you Les Schwab!
Today i had very bad experience at this place I took my car to relearn my tpms on my new rims they guys they quote me 22$ to do so and then i asked them to balancing my front tier they did my balancing and after they finsh the guy told me he couldn’t relearn my tpms sensor and he told me i have to replace my tpms sensor and after that i have to redo my balancing again and they charged 50$ 22$ for relearning which they did not do and 22$ for balancing which i have do them again tomorrowThis place is just wasting your money and time

Getting my car loaded up with visiting cousins to take to SAC airport when I realized I had a flat. I was able to take them in my moms car and get them to the airport on time, going to JFK. When I returned to exchange cars, my nephews had changed the flat and put on the spare and told me there was a large nail puncture. So Wednesday, 8/30/17, I went to the Les Schwab in Roseville, left my car and and waited for the phone call from them to let me know when they had it repaired. I was thrilled that there would be no charge. Approximately 45 minutes later I was called to return. The young man, Daniel, informed me that there were two nail punctures and that it could not be repaired because they were too close together. He gave me 4 options available, a set of Cooper tires for $301.77, Federal tires for $227.23, Toyo for $309.26 and another for $344.65. I told the man that it was a terrible time financially, I wasnt prepared for this expense and was he sure it couldnt be patched. He told me that it was impossible and these were my choices. After speaking to my husband on the phone he suggested we could probably get a better price elsewhere and to come home and wed figure out what to do later. The cost wasnt as much of the problem, but the tires were otherwise a very high quality and still had miles to go. Right before I was ready to leave, I mean I was literally walking out the door, Daniel went on the computer and mentioned that the Les Schwab in Rocklin had another option, I could get a set of Eclipse tires for $175.29. I got in the car and called my husband again, he said to go over there and just be done with it.Daniel told me there was a 2 hour wait over there. I went directly over, its now about 3:45 pm. When I get there Im told there is about an hour 1/2 wait, I waited, they replaced the 2 tires, and then went to check out. The young man, a very nice young man I think his name was Robert, and I were talking, I thanked him for getting it done so quickly and said it was too bad it couldnt have been repaired, he looked up at me and asked me who said it couldnt be repaired. He told me that they were NOT too close, and especially when I wasnt prepared for the expense right away that I had miles more I could have driven them. I couldnt believe it! I could have waited until a more convenient time and gotten a better tire had I known that. My car only has 62,000 miles on it. I am furious with the Roseville store and furious with myself for not asking at the Rocklin store if it could be repaired. I feel cheated, but not by the Rocklin store. I thanked him for his honesty, he really seemed surprised that I was told it couldnt be repaired. I will never go to the Roseville store again, but Rocklin will get my business in the future again.With all of the testimonials you advertise, I wanted to give you my 2 cents. Horrible communication... said the could work on my truck drop it off to get an estimate and 2 hrs later get a call no we cant work on it but gave me a list of this wrong with it even though another les swabb location has been working on it and said nothing was wrong with it. After i leave i now have a crunch noise in the front end... weird when i called upper management noone seemed to care just guarenteed my truck was safe to drive. Idk what the crunch is but it didnt do that before they had it. Will never go there again.
