This place makes you feel like the most important customer every time. Attention to detail, looks for the best deal, treats your package like it is going to their family! Always a friendly greeting here. they check three different shipping services (including the Post Office) to see which is least expensive and explain the options. When I lost my tracking number, I called them and they looked it up and gave it to me. So much better than A & M Center which is closer to me. Never feel welcomed there and it always seems like they find reasons to charge me more money. I highly recommend AIM Mail center.

I refuse to go to the ups store or FedEx, or anywhere else. This is the best mailing center by far. They are so accommodating and helpful.I actually moved to Antelope and still drive all the way here because of how great they are!

I called today and told the guy that the fingerprints that he took did not go through. And he said our system will be done for 1 week. I said forget it. I went to Mail Biz in Loomis, Excellent service there. Dont recommend this place.

I have had a box there for years and always got Saturday delivery. For some reason this new owner will not post the Saturday mail. I venture to guess the mail does not get delivered in Lebanon.

The customer services in this place is by far one of the best! They treat you like family. John and Adele are super nice and helpful people.

Great place to send packages. The customer service is top notch. You dont have many places where the workers know you and will go the extra mile! I highly recommend skipping the post office and heading over AIM!

I have been going to AIM for a few years and have had nothing but amazing and friendly service from them every single time. I have a home based internet business and ship multiple packages every day. The bottom line is that I could not run my small home based business without them. The service is ALWAYS top notch, friendly and helpful. The new owners and all the staff are super nice, welcoming, friendly and always have a smile on their face.

My experience with this Aim Mail Center Location store was really good! John helped me ship a package to a different country and he made it a very smooth process. The package was received so thank you very much John!

Friendly service, beware though all shipping services are upcharged. And for what shipped USPS priority at 1pm and it was not processed and shipped out until the next day. Reason given the mail only picks up once a day at 12:30.

Had a huge package and I was having a very hard time finding someone who could accommodate me in getting it shipped. He was extremely helpful and patient. I will be sending all of my business there. Also found out they are now fixing cracked iPads and iPhones

I shop via Amazon and other online retailers pretty constantly and I take all of my returns here. Theyve never once dropped the ball for me, I cant speak highly enough of them. Ive definitely thrown them some curveballs too ^.^ 5/5, no question.

These guys are great! I work from home so this is where i do all my printing, copying, and shipping. PV and Kitty are super friendly and always take care of whatever I need.

We have used this business for many years. They have now changed ownership and the service sucks! we shipped a package with them and the package didnt ever get to FEDX. The attitude of the business is oh well!! I will never use this business again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
