Package address was printed incorrectly. Really nice guy first call. Second call was horrible. Wanted $18.00 for address. This is crazy then I have to drive 1/2 hour to get it. Will use only ups from now on. Poor service.

The young lady at the Ship Center was great! Helpful, polite. BUT: .....VERY disappointed with FedEx, in general. We ordered a VERY important item for our business. We paid EXTRA to have it delivered today before 12. We were waiting....we got a notification, a little after 12, that our delivery couldnt be made because no one was home to accept delivery...BS! There were 6 people there! The driver didnt try to contact us when (if) he had difficulty...apparently, when he didnt SEE anyone, he just left! No call...no push the call button at the gate...NOTHING! Amazon can deliver, UPS has no trouble...Ultimately, I had to drive to the center myself and pick it up....disappointing!

Easy access to the front door which is around to the left of the driveway entrance. I was in and out rather quickly. I did not need the little tag they left at the door, I need my shipping number and my ID.

Avoid FedEx Express. Use UPS, or anybody else!! I paid for 2 day freight, and after mistakenly believing their tracking website, had to pickup half my shipment 25 miles away, at their depot. The other half, I still have not received, after 7 days. The manager even lied to me about when they picked it up, to cover their hineys. I wish I could give them negative stars. Still waiting for my box.

My office is right next to my front door. The Fedex driver left a note on my front door saying they tried to deliver. I was definitely ready at the time they said they tried to deliver. But they definitely didnt ring the door bell or anything.

This is where packages go to never be seen again or delivered. I have THREE packages stuck here that all say delivery exception, delivery delayed. They were all supposed to be delivered several days prior and still no package has been delivered. Dont ever ever use FedEx

They are pretty bad. I was supposed to be able to pick up my package at 5:00 and I was here at 5:00. I waited for entire hour for the FedEx guy to get back and he never showed up to get my package. Everyone said he should have been here at 5:00 if not before.

Saturday, delivery person lied and claimed my address was incorrect however I’ve confirmed with shipper address label is correct!Clearly UPS and Amazon on now dominating the industry with their exceptional customer service and delivery staff.

Wife waiting for a package that says its out on delivery for a week. Was in there warehouse Wednesday and out for delivery the next day. Monday the package still has not been delivered. Customer service was not much better. Very hard to understand when I call. The manager I spoke to could not even get through to warehouse. Says he will call me back within an hour. That doesnt happen. Why does anybody ship with them anymore. What a waste of time. Hope they didnt lose my wifes package.

Never using fedex again. The driver from this facility made no attempt to actually deliver the package to our home as we were home at the time of delivery and had they actually knocked we would have answered and received the package instead of having to go to this facility where they clearly do not take the spread of COVID19 seriously. While I was there I saw two employees not wearing masks and when another customer walked in without a mask who also did not abide by the courtesy spacing markings on the floor the guy behind the counter serving me did not request the simple courtesy and now mandate, for which signs were displayed but again not enforced, to put on a mask and practice social distancing. Based on other reviews I can see this fedex facility has always been particularly lacking in service but to not enforce the incredibly simple, though I guess not for some folks clearly touched in the head, mandate of wearing a mask during this pandemic tells me they really dont care about me or the health and safety of my family.

My package arrived at the location 5 days ago and even attempted to make a delivery on thursday, it was on the truck, and 10 hours later it says it was rescheduled till Friday, so then I waited all day for it just say that the package is on the freaking truck and nothing. At 1p.m. that Friday I got another message saying it was rescheduled till Monday, it now monday and I can even go and pick it up because my package has to be delivered to the address of the recipient. Its a 10 minute drive to the location Im tired of waiting on poor service. If I could, yall would get 0 stars.

Worst shipping company in US. Personally I would newer use Fedex, unfortunately some online sellers use Fedex to shipp your order. In most cases they are late, constantly changing scheduled delivery date to next day, you check next day.... surprise, your delivery rescheduled for next day again....

Fedex attempted to deliver while we were at work. Indicated on Fedex Delivery Manager what time to come. Fedex unable to get it together. I phoned, they said no problem, well drop it off at 1:30 on Saturday. They never showed up. Thoroughly awful experience with Fedex.

The package that was to be delivered today requires a signature. They attempted to deliver it at 1:22 pm. Both my wife and I work so no one was around to sign. I call FedEx and was told that they couldnt transfer me to the local delivery office to arrange something but would try to ask them to re-deliver it later in the afternoon. Two hours later I get an email saying that they would try again tomorrow. I call them back to ask if it was possible to pick it up at the hub and was told that I used the wrong version of FedEx for that option. If I had used FedEx Express instead of FedEx Ground, I would have been allowed to set that up. I asked if I could set up a delivery time so that I wouldnt have to burn a vacation or sick day at work and was also originally told no because I didnt pay extra for the benefits of Express. After having to explain, again, about both of us working full time jobs he finally relented and allowed me to set up a time in the afternoon.And to tag onto someone elses frustrations, Ive also had them hold a package in the back of the delivery facility for 3 days because I bought something that shipped out from FedEx Ground from a city that is one hour to the south and even though it got to my delivery hub that same day, I didnt pay for overnight service so they intentionally held it in the back. When I showed up and said, hey, Im here to pick up my package, its been here awaiting delivery for two days. I was bluntly told that I didnt pay to get it any sooner and it would be delivered in two more days.To say the least I am not a fan of Fedexs policies or attitude.

I recommend coming here for mailing packages versus the FedEx Office on Lonetree. Theres not a wait here and the people are great. It takes a few minutes longer to drive over here, but its worth it when mailing packages.

This location is the greatest breath of fresh air. I tried using the FedEx office store on Lonetree Blvd and was getting nickeled and dimed for everything. I came here and was treated extremely nicely by the sweetest lady. If you need to ship something and you want good customer service come here.

Person at the front desk admitted she was the one that was supposed to deliver my package but “ couldn’t find my apartment “. She never even made an attempt and when I tracked my package the note said that the customer was not available. Which is a lie, I was home the entire time! Very upsetting that I had to drive 30 minutes because she didn’t want to get off and make a delivery.

Did my best at being prepared to work smarter, not harder and called @FedEx 800#, since it was less than an hour until the Rocklin, CA location opened @9 AM. And where my phone (package) had been sitting for 2-days over this weekend. Its been 3-weeks now waiting for this 2nd replacement phone, since the 1st one 1.5 weeks ago was defective out of the box (Assurance Wireless SUX take 5-7 days to receive phone they use to send 2-DAY RUSH) So having it some hours early since it was due to be delivered 12/24/18 @8 PM.I was assured as I double & triple checked for certainty, and if a request to hold at the location would need to be given, the rep said nope its not going anywhere. I headed there from Sacramento and wanted to cover any question to avoid running into any snags or circumstances or it on a truck on the way to me once arrived.Heres a part I love it you know those situations usually with larger companies which happen FAR TOO OFTEN. Each place/department/calls made they present you with different realities, with most departments or procedures get lost in translation and can make the realities shift and changes. Once I arrived and went into the office to pick up my package, and so now this Rep informs me he CANT its not available for pickup or to hand over the counter, and CANNOT be located because its in one of the many trucks in their parking lot.But the part I truly love it, its like a favorite warm Christmas feeling also the delivery date just updated and showing the new delivery date of 12/26/18 @8 PM!SAYITH WHAT!?!Its interesting all these reps use a similar system with & scanned or otherwise recorded info to supply customers/clients. Cause most places ALWAYS say similar, WE dont do that here, thats THEM & what THEY do & we have nothing to do with EACH OTHER. Instantly Im thinking or saying (ex. Bank of America as an example), oh your talking and referring to this BofA department. From my perspective, youre both called BofA & each would typically have contacts at each-one to assist in facilitating the process, no we really dont have anything to do with them.Rolling my eyes, ah good, well, another larger company with the same name, its an internal branch, and the same establishment, but I do get now... Its a different DEPARTMENT on different PLANETS or dark side of the moon, yes that always makes perfect sense.SO I GOT SCREWED again & at their MERCY & by the time its delivered & receive it will have JUST inefficiently SAT IN ROCKLIN needlessly. With wasting my trip all for nada!Thanks to the combined contributions of Assurance Wireless & FedEx I dont have a much-needed phone replacement. Ill be clocking in at 3-weeks w/ no phone.Arrived in Sacramento on 12/22/18 @2:53 AM.Then it FLED to Rocklin, CA 12/22/18 @2:53 AM @8:27 AM. And stayed for the following time-scans. I think my phone lives there in Rocklin now & I live in Sac🤔:@12:21 PM@ 1:28 PM12/23/1812/24/18@ 6:05 AM@ 8:27 AM@10:28 PM@10:29 PMGiven these broken-link process, response & resolution, whether phone or emailing correspondence. Usually, documented evidence supplied with ALL details in more than theory would suffice & it all still goes wrong when its received. Its always jarring, in fact discovering only 25-45% of 100% info reference was absorbed then encapsulated in a response.With them asking I copy/paste entire missed sections. Cant I just volunteer to pound my head into a cement wall just in the interest of speeding this up? Ive even used twitter same confused fragmented reading, comprehension & retention of a complete info.Aside from now only hearing QUACK! QUACK! QUACK!An interpretation of inefficiency is like:If ya dont like it - its ok - you dont have towell still be sorry tomorrow too while yourestill waiting anyway living these impositions& wait some more.Oh yeah, the complaint forms are right thereon the wall abovethe SHREDDER.My needed phones been JUST SITTING there for 4-days now (took less time sent from IN.)& I was in same parking lot, SUX!

I am completely unhappy with fedex. My package is either damaged or like it is right now late. The package was supposed to come yesterday (3/6/15), and has yet to come today (3/7/15). I checked the tracking of the package this morning it appeared On FedEx vehicle for delivery at around 8 o clock a.m. As i was getting my hopes up that the package would finally make it, i checked again and it currently says At local FedEx facility @ 12:49 pm. That is five hours of out for delivery, then they bring it back to the facility. now because Fedex is closed on Sunday and they did not deliver my order on Saturday, only God knows when it will arrive. I really doubt Fedex can do their job correctly. Use Fedex if you like but expect to be disappointment with your service.
