AMPM has been one of my greatest experiences and I myself worked in the automotive industry for 17 years. Yea, its pathetic!!! My first drop off was for the cooling system (radiator, lines, hoses) along with other multiple repairs. My car feels amazing!!! The second time was for suspension work (replaced all springs and shocks) and yet again, drives like new!!! Adam has made every experience so welcoming but most importantly has always put my mind at ease when I explained an issue and how worried I was, not because of them, but the vehicle itself. Every single matter discussed was taken care of, again with ease. I also had my Jeep appraised for repairs and even though Im unable to take care of it now, I will not hesitate to take it back to AMPM. As for the mechanic, he too has been great!!! I was recommended this place by a friend that races cars and can I just say....I am blown away with how friendly the staff is, how time-efficient they are with providing services, and importantly, I was charged fairly (not overcharged). I had gotten an estimate for my 2003 Chevy Tahoe before I even arrived and the estimate was spot on. I ended up dropping my car off after their hours and it was finished the following day by noon (I had all shocks replaced and a realignment). When I was able to call about the car, I was greeted with such friendliness. I got a run-down of my entire car, not just the parts they worked on. They are great with coordinating hours outside of their 8-5 hours if you work past 5. Super professional and the most important thing of all.... my car is WORLDS better and I am not exaggerating. Thank you so much! Totally recommending to anyone who needs repairs.

I broke down on 495 did not know where to go . I Googled a shop and they took me in and helped me, I was very satisfied.

I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants an honest look at their car and great service. They fit me in last minute and worked late to fix my car that day, not to mention save me a hell of a lot of money. Kudos to the whole team and Adam for guiding me through whole process and being up front about everything.

I went for inspection, while there was no problem with the wipers, they failed the certificate to charge for a new one.

I highly recommend AMPM Automotive! They are very professional and the quality of work is excellent. They did an MD inspection, installed new tires, and a wheel alignment. Everything was done in a timely manor allowing me to get my car back fast. Shout out Adam at the front desk for making the entire process stress free.

AMPM automotive is really professional and extremely thorough. They diagnosed a problem with my car that shops before hadn’t caught, fixed the problem, and gave me good recommendations for other work that was needed. I got new tires, aligned, and an aftermarket tow hitch installed on my Tesla Model 3. Everything was done very well and the labor was reasonably priced. Its hard to find places that will work on a Tesla, so Im glad that I found a place that does it so well. I will definitely go here in the future.

Very pleasant experience. No waiting with appointment. I was told I could use some expensive servicing, but that it wasnt necessary for my 11 year old car. I appreciated the honesty and not being upsold. They ended up just topping off the fluids for a nominal amount, and I was on my way.

I went here today to have my tires rotated, brakes and suspension. I was greeted by Adam who was really cool and professional. He took my info and was my point of contact.When I called to check on the car, he informed me the brakes were fine and had them rotate the tires. He also said they couldnt hear the sound.I felt that he was sincere in his approach and that the shop was honest in its. They could have said a bunch of things were wrong and they didnt. I have an appreciation for dealing with honest businesses and this is one. I will definitely return for our families cars.

New to area. Dealer quoted price of over $400 for front brakes so we looked around. Good customer service and fair price.Fixed promptly for about $280. The man showed me the brake pad afterward and why it needed replacement.A bit hard to find, they need better signage.Otherwise, very happy!

AMPM Towing was very quick to respond when I called needing help. My car wouldnt even start, but they quickly managed to get it on the tow truck anyway and were very nice on the drive to the repair shop.AMPM Automotive then was quick to repair my car. They were working late on another project anyway, so I was even able to pick my car up a little bit later than their normal hours. Everyone was really friendly, even though I was a bit distracted as I had a presentation at work I really needed to get to. I will remember them for future repair needs!

Driver called within the time frame provided by my insurance roadside assistance program. He also showed up at the tine agreed and was able to move vehicle without any issues and stated they would handle all the paperwork with insurance carrier. I highly recommend their services. I called Friday afternoon and asked about state inspection. Alan was so nice to tell me that he can fit me in on early Saturday morning. I called so many places before this call. They all told me that they dont work during weekends. The inspection was done in about 1.5 hours. When I had couple questions about my special requests and questions, he was super nice to help me find answers and always get back to me soon. Definitely recommend AMPM automotive for my friends!

I was at Giant Food (on a Sunday) and went to get into my car and lo and behold my car would not start. I knew it being a Sunday would be difficult to get towing service but I found AMPM Towing and called and right away someone answered and I was able to get someone right away to assist me. My experience at this auto shop has been great! They are honest, very skilled and the prices are good. Its better to go to a trusted mechanic such as this establishment.

They were fantastic! They said they would be there within 45 min, and were there in 40! They were quick, efficient, and most definitely reliable. They also charged me less than was quoted to me from other companies in the area. Will definitely use them again if needed.

They arrived quickly and I was back on the road in 15 minutes.

They called to let me know when they were coming. He was only supposed to tow the car, but he took the time to look at the car and determined that a jump was needed. After the car was running, he asked if I still wanted to have my car towed to the mechanic but I just drove. Driver was nice and efficient.

Broke down in the late afternoon while out of town. Searched for a highly rated tow and repair company, and found AMPM on the net. The tow truck arrived earlier than expected (about 20 minutes instead of the estimated 45), and the driver was very professional and courteous. Once in the shop, they contacted me regularly about the status of my car, and had it repaired and ready to go by the next morning, all at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them.

So far my experience with them has been great. I needed them for a tow and they fixed my car. Price was very good! Im taking my car back again to get some more work done, hopefully it will be another good experience.They did some other work for me this past weekend as well (2nd time using them) and everything went well. I had a problem with my car in the area so they towed it to their shop, inspected the car, and gave me the best option for my car for the price. I told them Im a student and didnt have much money and they worked something out for me that made sense for a car this old. The problem came back a few days later and they took into their shop and looked at it no problem. The staff was always very nice and courteous, and service was prompt. Id definitely come back to this shop!

The driver was amazing. He was really kind and considerate. I actually was working at the address he came to. He understood and waited 5-10 minutes while I served dinner. He was so kind hearted and I really appreciated his smile in an otherwise stressful time.

They checked on my Jeep early Monday morning after having it brought in Saturday afternoon. They found the problems, and gave me a fair estimate. They gave me a call, and I took a fair while to get back and give the go ahead with the job.Regardless, they had it ready the next morning, and I had no problems at all bringing my Jeep home back driving on I-495. Im sure if I didnt delay in my response, it wouldve been ready the same day.In either case, job well done, they have my business for any future repairs!

Great job! The towing was fast and they repaired my car well while I was on vacation. I have a classic car and was really happy that they stored it inside the entire week I was traveling.

My car broke down due to alternator going completely bad on my 2006 Honda Pilot. Called GEICO and they hooked me with AMPM. It was a young Russian guy who was very knowledgeable in how to tow my completely dead car in a very narrow road. He was very nice, he got there quick, and got my car and I home safely! I hope he assists me again me with a tow again!

I was on my way to the grocery store to buy & make a special dinner for my husband on our wedding anniversary when my truck broke down. It took me longer to place the service call to our insurance company (for roadside assistance) than it took for AMPM to respond. The tow driver was very polite and professional, his truck clean and I was home within 25 to 30 minutes of his arrival. I would definitely recommend and use AMPM again if I have a option.

Only bump I had with them is the price of the parts which can run you 2 or 3 times the cost from OEM/other retailers. Other than that they are one of the most honest mechanics youll meet in Rockville.

Avoid this place. Horrible. I left my car there and they told me that they will look it next day. I came next day and they told me come after weekend. I called them on Monday and they said we didnt have a time to look it and probably we will do it tomorrow. I walked in on Tue and that guy said that they check it but it will cost me more $1,000 because it will take 7 hours of labor.Then, they tried to sell me some of thresh cars that have on their parking lot.I stopped, and I realized that they didnt look it at all because when I had asked them what was wrong and do I need to replace whole engine they didnt know to expain.I took my car and fixed it at other shop and it cost me $420 with all parts.So, avoid this place. The worst shop I have ever been.

My car broke down and my insurance company scheduled AMPM Towing to tow my car. AMPM towing called me two times and was prompt in arriving on site where I was broke down. I was towed back to AMPM Automotive for repairs. AMPM Automotive put my car in the shop immediately and gave me an appraisal within 10 minutes. The repair cost was comparable to surrounding businesses and Internet searches. The front desk, customer’s waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. The owner and shop engineers were very hospitable, asking me several times if I wanted or needed anything and offered me the remote controls to the TV to watch anything that I wanted. I recommend AMPM Towing and Automotive and I will use their services again if in need of towing and/or repairs.
