Wilbur was absolutely great. Right from his knowledge on cell phones, to Cricket plans, to customer service. Displayed poise, patience and above all a smile. Despite being the sole representative working at the store and a small queue behind me, he made sure i was serviced properly. A side note, I called and made sure to reserve a spot and indicated i would be buying a cellphone which helps the store representative in allocating time and providing a good service

Another new phone and another good experience with Cricket. Wilbur got the new phone set up for me and was very patient and nice about answering my questions since I have not switched phones too often. Cricket service is great too and affordable! Recommend this location when you need in person help.

The only word you need to know when you walk into this Cicket store is WILBER.He knows everything. I was transfering from my android phone to an Apple phone. I had questions about Apple including, set-up, price, contract, etc.Wilbur patiently answered my far ranging questions and did so in a most courteous way.When I walked out of the store, my phone was fully functional. It was never this painless to transfer my phone service!Check out the other reviews--they are very similar to this one. People like Wilber are rare finds these days.

Just switch my other line to cricket from boots mobile, I love cricket service and also affordable prices. Love coming to this location.

The guy working at the store is really nice and patient. He answered all my questions and helped me access the old number and activate the new number. I highly recommend this spot for the cricket service.
