I cant say I am happy with the ipad screen replacement. My ipad was scattered then I stopped using it. The owner later said the home button was broken when I sent the ipad over, which I cant convince myself of..since it is a typical issue when replacing screens. So here I am, paid $150 and a broken home button.

Sean is amazing! He is kind, honest, fair, prompt, and professional. I had been ignoring the cracked phone screen on my iPhone 6+ for over a year. Sean’s quote to repair it at $60 was more than enough to get me to move forward with the repair. He was able to replace my screen in less than 40 minutes and guess what, he even charged it to 100%!I brought along a screen protector with me at pick-up and Sean installed it immaculately, without an extra charge!There is free parking outside of his shop and he even has a Kurig coffee maker for customers. Sean also keeps his restroom clean :)Update: I stopped by more than a year later since my last visit to get new screen protectors installed on both my phone and my husband’s. Sean yet again delivered by replacing both screen protectors free of cost. That’s great customer service and preventative care. Thanks for all you do, Sean!

Very efficiently replaced the battery in my cell phone and it now works well. Prior to my deciding to have it replaced, they cautioned me that often battery replacements in Droid phones are not effective. I appreciated the candor.

I have a Galaxy S3 that had a cracked screen and a very damaged charging port. The phone wouldnt charge unless the cord was positioned just right. I took it here and they made it like brand new. Very professional and did both fixes in an hour. The price was very reasonable and saved me from getting a brand new phone. I would highly recommend this to anyone with android or apple devices.

I told him that my iPhone screen was black and cracked. He said hed have it fixed in a half hour.I admit that I was a bit skeptical.I went out to get a bite to eat and came back to him relaxing. I thought he was going to tell me my phone was not reparable. Instead he handed me my phone back and rang up my bill for $60.00+ tax. No one likes to spend money, but that was money very well spent with 2,300 contacts, some of which hadnt been backed up yet do to iCloud issues.

Got a half-assed excuse about the phone not being repairable based on uneducated guesses. Would not even open it up to take a look. I got a second opinion from a different shop who did a much better job diagnosing the problem with my phone.

Needed a screen replacement for a Galaxy S4. They only had a white one (I have a black phone), but they did a great job at the quoted price (reasonable) in only a couple hours!

The manager was very unprofessional and basically schemed my friend. He was supposed to fix the phone and ended up messing up the phone even more as when my friend received his phone it had a white line on the screen that was not there when he first gave him the phone. And the owner is refusing to fix the phone or give a refund when clearly on the receipt it says that you are given a 90 day warranty for any defective issue. This is very unprofessional I do not recommend you coming here

They replaced the charging port on my iPhone in about 45 minutes for $60. Great value and super easy to drop your phone off while you’re out.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had to call 5 times before I got an answer and they had just opened. The man answered with attitude when I asked if they are busy and he sounded like he had just crawled out of bed. Acted like he didnt want a customer at all and proceeded to argue with me over the phone when I was trying to ask him simple questions. They clearly dont want your business. Just take the extra drive to gadjet fix.

I dont know who did everyone elses phone but my phone was all types of messed up after I got it fixed. And when I went back to see if it could be fixed I got an attitude so basically now I need a new phone. I do not recommend it.

I went here to get my phone screen fixed and they changed the screen but it had a white line through the middle of the screen . They would not want to fix what they had done to my phone . Wanted me to pay them extra for them to fix something they had done in the first place. Such bad customer service . If I could give them negative stars I would .

I went to fix my cells lens totally regret it! Couple weeks later I am seeing dust in my camera lens area. And the guy that works there is so rude!!! Wants to charge me another $41 to clean my lens ??? What a RIP OFF.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place doesnt stand by its work. Three days ago, I brought my iPad Air in for a screen repair (it had a tiny crack). When I picked up the iPad, the repairman told me for the first time that his 90-day warranty covered only touching problems (i.e., failure of the screen to respond to touch). I handled my iPad with great care in the three days since, but today noticed huge cracks along the left side of the screen.I called the repairman today, and he initially said he would replace his faulty screen at a discounted rate. When I told him how ridiculous that was, he said hed do it for free, but would not give me his 90-day warranty for touching problems. Clearly, hes not willing to stand by his work. Go elsewhere.

I first came in with a standard broken screen, the owner got next day shipping for my OnePlus part and had it ready for me that day.These replacement parts are notorious for being shoddy and when my screen cracked two days later, he went above and beyond to help me retrieve all my data at no extra cost. He really put the customer first.

Came to fix my phone and not even 10 minutes of having my phone my LCD was having problems and went back and he said “anything that happens outside the store is not my problem” and reciept says i have a 90 day warranty for any defective issues and also went to other repair stores and they said that he is scamming me including apple
