Working with Alana was a very constructive and pleasant experience. When I went to the store I was unsure of even changing from my former carrier to T Mobile. Alana patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions and after our long and detailed discussion, I was confident of my decision to switch to T Mobile. She also advised me about other T Mobile services, patiently and thoroughly explaining the key features and benefits of each compared with my existing plans. I was also confident in adapting this T Mobile device. Overall, Alana provided outstanding service, and was very pleasant to work with.

I went directly ready to buy a new phone. I told one of the employees that I was looking to buy a Google Pixel 4a 5g, but I was open to any suggestions. He just said that I can search online, which I have obviously done. Still, I was looking for some insight from their customers experience. When I told him if they have a case for the Pixel, he tried looking in all the racks, even in the ones label for Apple or Samsung, and he told me that he could find one. I went to the Electronic Store next door to find a case before buying a new phone. When I came back, another employee told me that he thought they didnt have the phone that he was going to look in the back. Then the manager came and asked me what I was looking for. I mentioned that someone was taking care of me. Still, I was buying a Pixel and ask him about the cases telling him that I thought they didnt have one, he again went to all the racks, unable to find one, and he said he was going to look in the back. Then the employee that was supposedly taking care of me came back. Without telling me anything, he started helping another employee that was stuck with another client without letting me know if they had the phone or not. I waited 5 minutes more. The manager never returned, and the other employee never told me anything about the Pixel, so I left.
Had a great experience here yesterday. The young woman who helped me was fun to talk to and she gave some very helpful guidance on a phone upgrade at a good price. Another young woman who I think was the manager was also very helpful. Thanks ladies. I left feeling great about my purchase 😊
I had an amazing experience at t-mobile, Rockville Pike. Almeta and Joel were so welcoming and kind, and Almeta went out of her way to help us. Truly above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone.
DeEmma helped us and she was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I will always go to this store. They have worked hard to have better service and judging by the newer reviews they’ve succeeded. DeEmma and Dalia have a charming rapport and create a relaxed vibe in the store.

Back in around Dec and Nov 2019, I went in to get the new sim card (coming from at&t) they charged me $60 for new application fee (which i agree they could charge me but not more than $20) and they also opened a apple watch line when I dont even have an apple watch. I had to call corporate to deal with getting my money back for apple watch line. Back then I was too tired to fight and report this scam. Be cautious of additional charges they hide.

I went there to activate my phone. I waited about 50 minutes before I was attended. When the associate looked at my phone, I was told it could not be activated on my network. I wish I didnt have to wait so long for them to tell me that they could not help me. Also, it is a very SMALL store. This makes it hard to social distance. BEWARE!

Reps were helpful in getting my account issues resolved. They took their time to explain different options I had to improve productivity of my business by staying up to date with technology without high monthly obligation. The wait was not bad, but there were not enough bench to sit in the wait area.

Just bought my new phone from this store on Saturday. I believe the person who helped me was the manager of the store and he was extremely helpful and very patient! He gave great customer service to every customer that walked in and assisted me in timely manner. I recommend going to this store! I have had very bad service at the aspen hill location but this customer service at this store is outstanding compared to them!
This store is neither good nor bad. It depends who helps you there. Usually it does not have a lot of visitors which saves time. The quality of customer service varies from below average to pretty good. Dominique is very good. A combination of a friendly smile and very clear answers to your questions.
These guys are the best when it comes to good customer service. The last time I was here it only took me like ten minutes to get a good phone and leave the place. They have really nice stuff. You guys should really try this place out.

Great service from Liva!!! We were just at the store this evening and Liva helped us solve a difficult problem involving a forgotten PIN number that we needed in order to transfer our phone number from a different carrier. She was very very creative in her ability to solve problems! Totally impressed. To top it off, Liva gave me and my wife a tutorial and a top 10 tips tour for iPhone noobs. What more can you ask for?
Have been a few times and theres always something with them if they arent making a sale. They wont help unless youre buying something. Something simple as returning a device.. They wont do.. Well, the store in pike and rose got the sale of me buying a new phone after I returned the other phone with them.
This store is amazing. The retail associates are so helpful. The retail manage was great, clarified everything going on in our account and was very helpful. I totally recommend going to this store than choosing the one in aspen hill.
I went to this store in September 2016 to upgrade three phones. During that time, they were running a tablet promotion, where you get a free tablet with the purchase of a phone...all I had to do was pay for the data for one year. Since I bought three phones, I received three tablets. I was informed that I would see the credit for the tablets on my second or third billing cycle. Long story short, after months of the run-around and contacting Customer Care AND the store, I have YET to receive my credit for these three tablets (even though I was informed on several occasions that it will be taken care of). The first moment I get, I will be dumping T-Mobile!!!

MobileLizard came highly recommended by friends of friends via social media; I normally don’t post reviews but I’ve got to let you know that this place is worth it. After wasting money with online providers, I decided to give it a try. The customer service here is exceptional.. I felt welcomed from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail & Lisa was very patient (phone needed to be updated prior to service) and informative. Within an hour walked I out with my phone up n running perfectly. 😍😍👌🏽 She definitely gained a new customer!!
We were waiting for service as the only employee was helping someone for about 15 min before a second employee came in. He asked if the one employee needed help and she said no she had it under control so he went into the back. We waited another 10 min and decided to leave since Tmobile didn’t seem to want our business.
This T-Mobile location is amazing. The staff went above and beyond to get my husband and I set up with two new phones. I had the pleasure to work with Najah and Jorge, who were so helpful with getting everything set up and helping me after I made a huge mistake picking the wrong phone! I dont know why so many bad experiences from the people down here. My experience was great, sales rep Rony was really clear and nice. Got 2 upgrades and a few accessories. Good service was provided, if you go make sure you visit him.
Friendly staff and assisted with my service issue to the best of their ability. I found out that the local stores are all pretty much sales centers. Not much they can do other than calling internal support. Still, I appreciated the help.I will only go in the store next time I get a phone. The phone sales people messed up on my iPhone trade in deal big time.
Horrible horrible horrible. These people have no customer service skills and would rather be on their own personal phones and headsets than tending to potential sales and new customers. Went in twice to make a simple upgrade, each time I was told not to come in the store and to do it online or over the phone. I dont get it, the sales location is 2 blocks from my place why would I have a phone delivered? I just want to upgrade man =[

I came to this store to buy a SIM card with a plan. After waiting an hour the store manager Thomas was helping me. I wasn’t able to sign up for the plan in store due to a “global issue” that was going on. The store associate called the help line to complete my transaction over the phone. I was unable to get my SIM card activated after paying for it over the phone. According to the manager I am not able to get a refund “because a receipt was not generated” and left me with no options to get a refund. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service I recieved. After this billing cycle I will choose a different service provider.
Najah was very helpful and patient in explaining how to fix my phone by setting its volume to the highest level and fixing the device from jumping on one screen to the next. Will be back at this location for my next upgrade. -customer Ms.Parisi

Was disrespectful that the manager was instead of listening to the customer to quickly solve a small issue was just flirting with his employee, saying inappropriate things that shouldn’t be said at all and especially not In front of customers. Atleast say what you had to say about your relationship in private and not for others to hear cause that’s extremely unprofessional. All I needed were my questioned answered so I can make my purchases for my family and I but honestly after hearing that I will not be returning at all and prefer to go somewhere else we’re it’s respected and where I will be heard and Atleast taken care of. My father was not pleased at all but hopefully the manager gets his act together to keep his business going. Best of luck to you guys 👍

Terrible service, they have one person working at a time, they always playing the most ratchet music possible AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF ITEMS ARE IN STOCK THERE BEFORE I MAKE MY WAY THERE IF NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE?ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT THIS IS MY HOME STORE. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Impolite and unprofessional salesperson. He was helping A costumer when we got there. We waited fro 15 minutes without him even asking how can he help us or Sorry for the wait or I will be with you soon or something. There were only me and the salesperson and the other costumer in the store. After waiting for 15 minutes we asked him if someone else is there to help us and he said NO and I will be busy for another 10 minutes or so. He could have talked to us or tell us something!! So irresponsible and unprofessional. 25 minutes or maybe longer wait time for a small store with only 2 costumer in it. Really !!

NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO THIS T MOBILE STORE. I WENT IN KNOWING WHAT I WANTED TO BUY, BUT THE SALES ASSOCIATE KEPT INSISTING THAT I GET THE GALAXY S7 EDGE I REFUSED SO MANY TIMES BUT HE WOULDNT LET ME GET THE PHONE I WANTED HE TOLD ME THE CONS OF THIS PHONE WHICH I HONESTLY DISLIKE SO MUCH. THIS PHONE OVER HEATS ALL THE TIME. MY MESSAGES CRASH. MY SIGNAL IS NEVER WORKING AND I LITERALLY JUST GOT THIS PHONE A MONTH AGO. I ONLY GOT IT BECAUSE THE SALES ASSOCIATE WOULDNT LET ME GET THE PHONE I WANTED I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE, HE WAS BEING REALLY RUDE AND MADE JOKES I DIDNT THINK WERE FUNNY MORE OFFENSIVE ON MY SIDE. I CAVED IN AND GOT THE PHONE BECAUSE HE KEPT REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE ONE I WANTED.
Staff are very rude and unprofessional and can not help the problem asking them....only tell you to go on line and ask customer service!!???I visited the store to get additional sim card....the staff with his headphone on while listening to his music asked what I need!., a good sign to start!..and refuse to show me how to install the new sim card. ..asked him his name or b.card; again refused ....he said his name is Octtavia, no last name?!!.....can not believe such people are hired with no respectNeed to have descent staff to help rather than ignore.if no action taken definitely switch to another service provider.
