A couple of months ago I bought an iPhone from this store and they were incredibly helpful. Fast forward to today, I needed assistance with changing the plan (to remove a mobile hotspot add-on) but unfortunately, the Verizon customer service line is completely useless and it was so frustrating. I decided to call the store directly to ask for help--from a live person--to make this simple change. Doug provided excellent customer service--walking me through this 1 minute process. I am so appreciative of his help and would highly recommend shopping at this location. Thank you Doug!

Adeel is super helpful in this store. He is really smart, quick, technical savvy, nice and caring. Before finding him, nobody either in other Verizon stores or Verizon customer service phone line, was able to sort out my issue, but he did it quickly. He is capable to take care of more than a customer at the same tome with the best quality.

The salesman at the store, think his name was Josh, he was new and definitely from Chicago. Dude was the sole reason I bought a new phone. His salesmanship was amazing; he didnt pretend to know everything, but knew a great deal and what he didnt he know he looked up. Verizon in Rockville Town Square is a convenient location when looking for a solution to your cellular phone plan options. I found the sales representative helpful and the process was not as complicated as another retailer whose company required more information. Im loving my new phone. Verizon Wireless did a good job of hooking me up quickly with an inexpensive phone that has all the same basic features. I can finally communicate locally and long distance again!!!!

Spent a bit of time with Adeel last week trying to upgrade my phone. Not only was he able to order/receive the one I wanted in 24 hours, but he also literally saved me almost 50% on my cell phone bill AND got me a better data plan in the process. He was professional and efficient, dealing w/ multiple customers at once but never missing a detail. Highly recommend!

The manager Riz was incredibly patient as he helped me work through a number of complex issues arising from my lost phone. Convenient location in Rockville Town Square. They validate garage parking. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest staff. Matt the store manager was extremely helpful and made the experience personal. He even gave his cell number to text him with questions or problems with the phone. Highly recommend!

Jacob misled us by saying there would be a “better promotion” on Black Friday and after thanksgiving, when in reality they largest discount was taking place beforehand. Whether the motivation was for me to trade in a like-new iPhone X, or drive black Friday sales, it was a pretty crumby sales tactic. And if his manager is reading this, he blamed it on bad info from his regional manager! Even if the promotions change to something I would consider, I won’t be buying our plans from this store.

Ahmad was able to discern quickly what the issue was and showed us how to troubleshoot for ourselves in the future. His and kabir attitude were most friendly and welcoming.

This review is for the Verizon Wireless shop at 20 Maryland Ave in Rockville. They have recently changed managers and I was helped by the new manager, Adeel and his assistant Karina. I have never before had such a positive experience at a Verizon wireless shop. I went in with a problem with my new phone that I had purchased elsewhere. It took a long time (which was not their fault!) but finally Adeel helped me resolve my issue and then asked if he could help me in any other way. Adeel looked into my Verizon cell plan and found ways to save me money that had never been mentioned to me before. He also took the time to look into my Fios internet plan to find ways for me to save. Adeel and Karina are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time needed to make sure the customer is happy. The service at this shop is extraordinary and I cant recommend them enough! They have good deals on phones and accessories, making me want to purchase from them in the future! Thank you Adeel and Karina for making this customer very happy!!

After 10 years with AT&T and recently experiencing terrible customer service at 3 stores and the national call center, I decided to change carriers. I presented to this store and was met by very knowledgable staff who provided excellent service. A manager, Matt, discussed many options available to me based on my needs and usage. He definitely made me feel like he was there to help me rather than up sell me or just simply get me out of the store as quick as possible. Most notably he did not try to up sell me, he made sure all of my questions were answered, and really provided a friendly envirnoment which I have found is greatly lacking with most companies these days. He definitely made a great impression for this company. I highly recommend this store and Verizon services.
