I highly recommend this repair store.Awesome customer service and best price-quality.My Motorola One Zoom was unrecognizable (infinitely broken screen) and they fixed it very quickly (a few hours) and effectively. My phone is brand new.Moreover, the manager of CPR Rockville is a welcoming, responsive, and very helpful man. The communication with the store was easy, and transparent regarding the prices and services.

They replaced the screen on my Galaxy S8+ but failed to install the back cover properly. I pointed this out and was assured that if I return in 2 hours they will address the issue. After returning the same issue was there, I could stick my nail under the back glass and lift it because it was improperly aligned. I spoke to the tech and was told that it would cost extra if I wanted them to install the back properly. This phone was under warranty and I expected it to retain IP68 waterproof rating after being repaired which this store failed to provide.

I dropped my Galaxy A51 phone. The screen cracked and stopped working completely. I took it to CPR and a day later it was good as new. They ordered a new screen, installed it and tested it for a good price.

I got two phones fixed here the first phone the camera stopped working two days after getting it repaired. I went to the store explained that this is a typical problem when the phone screen is not properly replaced he said the screen had nothing to do with the camera. Fast forward a month later my phones battery is draining and today I go to my email and I find a coupon from this store for a battery replacement. Starting to think this is part of their business plan. I’ve had phones fixed by friends and small business and this has never happened. He didn’t even offer to look at the phone or here what I had to say all he wanted was me to spend more money at his store. The only thing I can say is they have a sturdy replacement screen except the touch is so laggy at times.

Wow! My Moto phones screen was SMASHED but they were able to make it like new with same day service and reasonable price. In fact I think it is better than new. Even the under-screen fingerprint reader is working, and those are really tricky to deal with.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy phone and the screen became black and unresponsive. I took it to CPR and the manager fixed it quickly at a great price with no hassles.A++++++ experience!!

My chromebook was not holding charge. So I had CPR take a look at it. The determined that one of the USB-C ports was faulty and if I simply used the other port to charge, it would work perfectly. They didnt charge me a dime for this excellent service.I was ready to drop $300 on a new chromebook, and they saved me from having to do so.

I love love love this place! The prices are reasonable and i like that they always keep a few items in stock i know that they cant keep everything in stock all the time which is understandable but both times Ive been there they had what i needed and got my phone that same day. Wonderful customer service too.

I definitely recommend this repair shop for iphones! My screen was cracked in April and since then the screen would type on its own or select apps on its own and it was really freaking me out so I finally decided to get it fixed and this place had one of the cheapest quotes I could find!I made my appointment online which was super easy and simple and the website looked professional too. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very nice man that asked me a few questions about my phone and let me know the price which was very close to the quote, only $4 more (I was surprised since most stores tax way more than their online quote), he also offered to let me pay then or pay after I got my phone back which I thought was nice and professional.I asked how long it would take and online I read that it could take up to 4 hours but he got it done for me in about 2-2.5 hours which was great since were all glued to our phones lol anyway he also offered me a screen protector and offered a discount too!He also mentioned that he was trying to get the word out about the shop since its kind of hidden away so I def recommend giving them your business! I also recommended a friend who needed a mac screen repair because I loved the service so much. Also, my phone has stopped glitching since then! Told me my phone was broken after dropped in pool I fixed it myself a few months later for the same price they charged me to look at it. it just needed a new screen nothing more and he told me it was totally corroded. If it was corroded what would I be writing this review on?

Competitive prices, quick service (~1 hour same day service for a screen replacement), knowledgeable / helpful staff, clear COVID safety guidance.Store has a dedicated outside entrance and there is ample street parking in front of the store, with additional parking a block in each direction as it is a built up shopping area.

I was so pleased with the quick, expert job by the friendly folks at CPR that I have already recommend them. It was even worth the 180 mile round trip from the Eastern Shore to have my phone in perfect condition the same day.

Having had a bad experience with another cell phone repair company, I was relieved to find Arthur at CPR Cell Phone Repair. Arthur repaired my Blackberry well, and with honesty and professionalism.

So I took my son’s gaming device in to CPR about a week ago. It was going through hardware issues of shutting off, the “blue screen of death”. Upon coming in, my children and I met Arthur and who was very friendly. There was another gentlemen working hard in the background; I later found out that his name is Parris. Arthur and I actually had a good conversation. Anyways they were able to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimated time of when it would be ready which was in a couple of days. Upon picking it up I met Parris(not sure how to spell his name), and he told me exactly what the problem was and what he did to fix it. The price was pretty fair. They tested it in front of us, reassuring that the job was done. Personally they were both professional, quick, and did a great job! Made my son’s day. The smile on his face put a smile on mine.Thank you Arthur and Parris!

Hired to do multiple phone repairs for a construction company. Repairs were efficient and effective.

I called on a Saturday,and the person was sounded quite knowledgeable and polite. At the store on Monday, the person out front was attentive although not overly sociable in terms of smiling and friendly, but polite and competent. The tech in the back room did my battery replacement within an hour and it was ready when I returned as promised. I also noticed COVID-19 safety protocols were in place and being properly followed. They took 3months to fix my stuff then lost it twice. They baught me a new system then still had the nerve to charge me for what they lost. Worse place to get your stuff repaired. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
