Got ice cream here with my kids. We were eating in the car when I bit into something that didn’t feel like the texture of any of the toppings that I put on top. I examined what I had bit into and found a sharp piece of plastic. Thank god I spit it out because I’m afraid to think of what could have happened if I had swallowed it. On the other hand, my kids enjoyed their ice cream without the foreign objects.

This location is disgusting and disappointing. Forever Rely on God ... Thats what the franchise location stands for... Frog... let me tell you... God has left this building.... The owners clearly dont care. Why would anyone give them business with such a disgusting and blatant lack of effort for a business. I hope their Franchise owner sees this or even the Franchise because this location shouldnt be up and running. I too have found plastic in my yogurt... If you have kids... do not risk it. Terrible Terrible Terrible... I know the owner wont even bother to respond or look at his based on the prior reviews and their care to respond... Go elsewhere my community of Rockville.

Obviously with over half the machines out and the toppings kow and a cashier that does not care that you are going to post a compliant online and not coming back because things are so degraded that maybe it is time this store closes. too bad

The flavors were good, but not enough light fruit flavors.

Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned for years. Rotting window molding, sticky floors and counters, dirty toppings area, and the person working behind the counter just sat on their cell phone while customers were lining up to pay. Assuming this location will go out of business any day now.

Zero stars if applicable. Place is disgusting. So many flavors out. Cashier Marlettia (sp?) on the phone with her AirPods talking the entire time while store was in disarray. You would lose your appetite coming here. Even had to ask for spoon and napkins since she can’t even replenish the items that’s infront of her. Disappointing and disgusting. Never coming back

They provide gloves do that you can serve your own toppings!

They dont have many flavors anymore. It smells so bad, the place smells like a bathroom it’s disgusting. It looks like they havent cleaned it in a while.

Everything out of order. Counter super dirty, and it says Sundays its open until 9p and i went around 7 and it was locked, i was nearby so i tried again in 30 minutes and it was open. Anyways, i will never return here.

Your average fro-yo place. Really wide array of toppings that were really tasty, good amount of flavors, with the option to swirl two similar ones together (raspberry + coconut, coffee + caramel). Staff were pleasant but didnt really interact with you, as the one guy who was running the location disappeared into the back and didnt come back out for the entirety of our 20 minute visit. I would come back again though, even if it doesnt compare to the overall vibe of Menchies.

I’ve tried to give this particular location a chance a few times, but it just does not hit the standard of the other Sweet Frog locations I have been to. The toppings are always stale and never fresh. There is a weird unpleasant odor that hits you as soon as you walk in, and the plastic spoons are cheap. They bend while you’re scooping from your cup. Just awful, so moving forward I will drive a little further to better locations. Two stars for the staff that is always pleasant.

Soft serve frozen yogurt is delightful and refreshing. Not the cheapest option for ice cream. Ambiance is pretty sterile/plain. Store could use more comfortable seating and something to jazz it up. However, it is just an ice cream store. Probably could use drinks ( maybe even coffee or cookie frozen yogurt sandwiches). Something is missing.

This is a perfect place to take your grandchildren and the prices are a bit High, but for me its worth every penny. The toppings are amazing and plentiful the frozen yogurt is tasty. Service is very helpful.

This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. There is a terrible odor from time to time. Otherwise its great!

The first thing that hits you when you walk into this place is the overpowering stench of bleach. Others have made note of this as well. While I completely appreciate the desire to keep the place clean, other restaurants and food establishments dont have this toxic smell. I gave 3 stars because the yogurt is fairly good and they have a nice amount of available toppings, but Im being generous by only removing two starts due to the smell. Its tough to enjoy food with such an unappetizing burning smell in the air.

The Manager better wake up! The new co-worker in there smells like marijuana and she doesnt know how to process coupons and over charged me. The past two years this place has been great but not anymore

They have the best frozen yogurt in the world. I dont mean to exaggerate. I am a big fan of yogurts, frozen or otherwise, and I can definitely say that no other yogurt place is as good

Seems over priced, almost 11 dollars for a half full medium cup... wouldnt come again.

I though the yogurt was good, but the toppings were not fresh. My wife said the yogurt should be served colder. Will not return.

The worst yogurt ever so slushy and heavy with no flavor. 3 cups cost me almost 19 bucks. Dont go.

Went to use the bathroom it was dirty, pee all over the toilet and floor. The hand soap machine and paper towel machine were bith broken.

My kids love it. There are a few flavor that I like. Expensive for what you get.

Manager please pay more attention to the personal working in here today 7/17/2019 at 2:20 I stopped by with my kids and the lady started screaming at my kids my Dauther she was pointing the things she wanted on her ice cream and she was sooo rude saying don’t touch there was more costumers she also screamed at my mother this is very serious please pay more attention and take them to train

I have been in several of this chain because I like it a lot but I do not recommend it. A small establishment, the toppings did not fill, some empty, others looked sticky and damp. They did not have any kind of chocolate syrup, used without a mask and did not even apologize when we asked, making a face of indifference. The empty hydroalcoholic gel jars. A mess of place.
