Our 100+ year old fathers hearing was failing so we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Anzola whos practice was rated as 5 Star.Dr. Anzola was everything the on-line reviews suggested, knowledgeable, personable and professional.What serendipity to be introduced to Dr. Martineau during our first visit. Over several visits Dr. Martineau became the primary care giver to our father.It is not over-reach to describe Dr. Martineau as A TERRIFIC, CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL. She is well versed in the latest audiology technology and demonstrates facility using her practices extensive tools to work with our father.Dr. Martineau is patient, articulates well, speaks slowly and loudly so that our Dad understands test purpose and results. She tends to his hearing aids in a calm and instructive manner. And, she is warm, welcoming and personable to boot!As a result our 100+ year old father has adjusted to his hearing aids, uses them daily and, along with an updated speaker phone with volume assist, is once again communicating well. He has remarked on several occasions how professional and competent Dr. Martineau is.She seems to have become the principal audiologist at the Rockville office which makes the officer easily accessible to us!She is a gem and we recommend her practice without reservation and with full endorsement.

Christine Cubelo, hearing aid specialist, is a wonderful, caring, and efficient practitioner. I recently lost one of my hearing aids, and she and her office staff (receptionist: Teresa) took excellent care of me. They followed all safety standards, and even gave me a birthday gift! I was very pleased with the service.

I had an annual hearing exam today. ChristineCubelo performed the exam. Christine was excellent. She took th time to revie the results and compared to previous tests. She mad all of the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids (also included cleaning etc, replacing the tip cones to give better receiving. While there I was offered to takeaway cognitive ability test, which I did. This test was thoroughly explained and reviewed. I was also given activities to practice and home available on my iPad and the activities were free! Christine Cubelo was very professional, along with other staff member (Stephanie) who set up/explained the test to me. I also was given printouts of my hearing and cognitive ability tests to share with my coordinating doctors. I’m very pleased with the services and reasonable costs.

This place was wonderful! the doctor answered all my questions and showed me the visual condition of my ear. I recommend this doctors office for the experience I had.

Dr. Schwartz is excellent. She was a referral from our internist. She has lots of experience, knows what she is doing and is such a nice, wonderful person to work with -- she is so helpful and kind.

I have been a patient of Ascent Audiology & Hearing (Marci Smith) for years. She is always the most accommodating, whether I have a need for an adjustment, batteries, advice and training on cleaning my aids, etc... She brings me up to date on the latest technologies available and coordinates with my insurance for eligibility as well. Marci and her staff are always personable and provide and a most pleasant office visit.

She set the table for a wonderful experience with Marci Smith who took her time in doing the various Audiological tests and then took the time to explain the many options. She made my visit a wonderful experience. The team of Christiina and Marci made my visit comfortable and I left a very satisfied patient.
