This was my first time visiting Hearing Healthcare Inc. I made an appointment with Alexi and she was very pleasant and accommodating. She sent me a couple of forms that I completed at home and it made the process when I went to the office much easier. I met with Dr. Deak who I found to be very personable and professional. The purpose of my visit was to see if it was possible to fix the wire that is attached to the hearing aidr. I was very happy that she was able to fix it on site. We had a brief discussion about my hearing and the different types of hearing aids. While I was with her I scheduled an office for a hearing test. She also checked my ears to determine if they needed be cleaned due to wax buildup and she said I should see someone.

Professional staff very detailed orientated. “Cali” did a great job running my tests, answered my questions and took the time to make sure everything was covered. “Kudos!” They evened laughed at my lame jokes! Would highly recommend them for all your hearing needs.

This place is amazing. They were so nice and accommodating for me and my 3 month old. She was hungry and needed to eat so they let me breastfeed privately and since my girl takes a long time and was not in a good mood they even did the test as she continued to eat. Then even better they offered to let us stay until she was done and ready. It was such an amazing experience and it was obvious how much they really care about the clients.

Today I had a hearing check up with Chris who was very professional, patient, and caring. She made a recommendation for a new hearing aid system used when one ear has good hearing and one doesnt with the bad ear being unaidable by a hearing aid in it alone. She explained the system in a low pressure manner. Having had no luck with the current aid, I said Id think about the new system. She changed the microphone on the current hearing aid to see if it might provide some hearing in the bad ear. Well see but its worth a try. I highly recommend her group of PhDs in audiology to anyone with a hearing loss.

Dr Kristina Deak does a wonderful job helping people hear better. My mom is 90 years old, and Dr Deak was so patient and understanding when helping my mom complete a hearing test. I was very impressed. Also, her receptionist was very kind and even got my mom a drink of water when she overheard my mom tell me she was thirsty. I would highly recommend Dr Deak to anyone struggling with hearing loss.

I play music in a Rock Band and have been worried that I am ruining my hearing. Wearing earplugs had not been an option because I also sing. Thank goodness for Dr. Williams! She suggested I get the kind of ear plugs that reduce the decibel level across the entire spectrum so that Im protecting my ears while still hearing what I need to.She was kind, efficient, tested my hearing (which is much better than I feared!) and fitted me for the plugs. Shes also super nice.I highly recommend Hearing Healthcare!

Nevertheless, she did go above and beyond to make sure I walked away happy. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and will continue to do so :) .

First, Iwent to Costco and tried a pair on, but the person working the desk was not an audiologist and really couldn’t fit me properly because she said I had wax in my ears, and didn’t even try to rectify the situation even though I saw that she had the equipment to do it. They were much less costly than the ones I am trying now from HHC and for good reason!!!They didn’t have all the features I wanted, and while i heard clearly, there was just something off about them that I just couldn’t put my finger on.The aids I have been trying now for a week are much more superior. The batteries are rechargeable, and the aids themselves are very unobtrusive, although I’m not one to really be so vain that it would bother me that people saw that I am wearing hearing aids. While not cheap, I believe that you get what you pay for. If you buy $1,600.00 hearing aids vs a pair costing 3 times that much, you are going to get what you pay for!! So far with these hearing aids, I am having a great experience!!!!

Some 10 years ago I bought my first pair of hearing aids. About 3 years later an audiologist fitted me with hearing aids with upgraded capabilities. 2 years ago I consulted Dr. Kristina Deak who fitted me with Resound LINX QUATRO hearing aids and a TV streamer.Thanks to Dr. Deak my life is changed. I can hear and understand people. Bluetooth streaming from my Android phone and TV provide excellent clarity.The service, care and attention provided by Dr. Deak has been fantastic. She has made periodic adjustments to deal with changes in my hearing. Dr. Deak is always responsive and highly professional. Shes also very nice.

Friendly and very professional staff. My 2 year old son is not very cooperative nor very trusting when it comes to medical proceedures. The staff was able to keep him calm and not press him when he refused one of the tests. The office is also very accomidating for small children.

I have been a hearing aide wearer for 7 years (I am almost 53). Most hearing aide wearers know that you dont just receive an aide and then make your annual appointment. The end. It is just the opposite. There are sometimes lots of fittings, questions, problems with the bluetooth, etc. and the hearing aide wearer needs to learn all the tricks. Hearing aides are complex little machines now and I have found that every audiologist is so helpful at Hearing HealthCare-- and wants to make sure they are meeting your needs for each appointment. My only wish is that there was one evening a week they were open and/or week-end hours (even once a month). It seems like hearing aide problems occur on the week-ends and evenings too. I work the same hours as they do so it is difficult to get a sub and leave work for appointments.
