I had old hearing aids from 15 years ago. The new ones are so much better. And the care I received from the audiologist was terrific. MDe sure everything was done right. Really took the time to match the hearing aids to my needs. Terrific. The whole team was great.

I contacted Hear.com to see if I was in need hearing aids. Victoria interviewed me about my hearing issues. She contacted my medical insurances and gave me an appointment close to my home. The audiologist was fantastic, explaining about the exam, including seeing my ear cavities on his computer, pointing out where everything is. At the end, it turns out that I do not need hearing aids at this time. I will definitely contact Daniel Eisenberg in 1-2 years to follow up.

My recent contacts with Allison Carman, George Modreck and Dr. Daniel Eisenberg were excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, attentive and polite. Allison Carman responded immediately to my request to speak with a technician, who was Mr. Modreck. He also responded immediately. Mr. Modreck spoke very slowly and clearly while addressing my questions and giving me instructions. This conversation was over the telephone.I met with Dr. Eisenberg in his office. His delivery of the workings of the hearing aid and what my responsibilities in maintaining the aids was excellent. Very clear and and accurate.All three parties were easy to deal with and make a five-star team. I appreciate all that they did to introduce me to the hearing aids.
