Overall bad experience with Michael Guiterrez. I am a small business owner. My team forgot the following items pictured here inside of the truck and we were charged $150 dollars. We brought the truck back because the tags expired in two days and we have an ongoing weekly rental. We forgot to fill the gas and they charged us $230 for gas. This was our 9th week of consistent renting from them. Penske is a rip off. Just get a Uhual, Budget or Ryder.

I was passionate for too long. This place in completely unprofessional. No personal question to the current guy who was helping me this morning. Def not his fault. This is the nearest location to my place, so I choose it for renting trucks and vans. 8 of 10 times I Got in troubles with their vehicles. I was switching it in New York state because of brakes problems, I was reloading 26ft truck to another because of wheels trouble on the way to Pittsburgh, they we’re giving me truck with no plates for long distance move while having bunch of available vehicles. And I also reloaded it to another one. And this time none of the vans are available. They are (attention!) broken. Both of them. Of course nobody told me about that. They called 3-4 days before every time to confirm the reservation but don’t give a chance to warn about such a troubles. Yes I got 10ft for the replacement. But it doesn’t change anything at the moment. I just got lucky the had replacement. This is not a big deal at once, but you guys do it systematically to me or my company. Because yes, I rent your vehicles to do my business and that is not funny at all to get there in the morning with thoughts about what issue I will get head to head this time. Old, small parking lot, but the staff were all terrific! Got my Rental truck and got going.

Surprising to me, they had the best prices in town for long distance moving. Went from (North Bethesda to central Fl) They also had better size options for us (2/2 condo) No attic like Uhaul gives more intertior packing space. Yes the truck is longer that way but that small space makes a difference. If youre debating between companies look at HOW THEY MEASURE the truck space! Youd be surprised 25 one place isnt the same as 25 at another. If youre debating sizes, go up. I know you dont want to spend the extra but worse is having to unpack a truck get a bigger one and then have to still leave things behind since its still too small......yeah might have done that before. The truck, as far as trucks go, was comfortable. A/c very cold, 2 charging outlets and Im pretty sure I remember a USB auxiliary. Lots of floor space, multiple large deep cupholders, 3 seat belts, small space behind the seats and plenty of foot room. Exterior and interior both were immaculate. Truck ran smoothly. Trip in and out was very fast unlike some of my other moves. Great experience, def recommend

I made a reservation. I got the truck quickly when I arrived. The truck was remarkably clean. Returning the truck was quick and easy. All good.

We had a truck reserved at another company and we went there but they didn’t have a truck. Luckily, we called Penske and they were able to bring in a truck from another location to help us in our time of need. I will never go to another place again for a truck. They made our move less stressful with a quick checkout and nice truck!

The place has many truck options (with and without lift gates) and their staff is fantastic. I was in and out in less than 20 mins and that is including the fact that I was #3 in line. I had to extend my rental for an additional day and did so without a single issue nor any extra fees. There is a 150 deposit which is completely expected and its money back guaranteed as long as you dont mess up anything in the truck and return the vehicle topped of gas/diesel. I always recommend to purchase full insurance just in case things go south.

Had reservation with uhaul but not confident they would have a truck for me at 7 am on a Monday morning as their policy is subject to availability with no guarantee. So, hit Penske Rockville on Sunday morning and made guaranteed reservation with Ryan. He had me out the door by 7:15 Monday morning. If I owned a company of any kind I would make Ryan a Vice President - super friendly, efficient and just an all-around professional.

Reserved a truck, it was there when I went to pick it up. The process was quick and painless. When I returned the truck, the office was closed. Didnt see a place, like a box or a slot in the door to return the key, so I locked it in the truck. Figured they had spare keys in case a customer lost a set. Turned out, they did not, but they didnt make a fuss about it, and managed to get into the truck. Cost was about the same as other truck rental places, but staff was top of the line. The truck had 75,000 miles on it but waa clean inside and out and ran just fine.

What can you say when you get great service and the trucks are exceptionally clean. The customer service is outstanding and professional. Good buy uhaul.

Fast checkout. Condition of the truck is really good, a lot better than uHaul. But little bit pricey.

Called and placed a reservation a day before. Truck was there when arrived, checked out and on the road in 10 minutes. Return was easy, with a drop box after hours. Called the next day to make sure all was ok, and it was. Would use them again!

One of the best places to rent a truck from in a short period of time. The customer service is awesome and should be checked out if you are in the neighborhood and in need of a rental.

Never rent a truck from this place!! Rented a truck for one day, returned it that same night and put the key in the after hours box with all the paperwork in the truck, but got charged for 3 days! After several calls to the Penske number, two weeks later they havent processed a refund, using ridiculous excuses... dont get your money stolen here!

This place was a rip off. They over charged me and gave me a hard time trying to get the money back. Gave me a truck that was too big for the job I was doing, over charged, charged a $150 deposit that I am NOT getting back. Could have gone to a different place for less than half the price. I was new to the experience and they took advantage of that situation.

We do business with them past two years, besides some hiccups they are ok. Make sure you check the trucks thoroughly before sign off

Truly a great experience.

I dont recommend renting from them. They are too expensive and gave me an old kitchen chair to use in the truck cab when I had two passengers. Not good.
