Most over priced place to buy a battery, and they are rude. I have tried twice to give my business to this place to support brick and mortars, but when they literally charge 400% more than Amazon I just can’t ignore that. I almost always pay more to a brick and mortar just so that I can support local jobs and tax dollars, but that is just greed at that point.

The gentleman working was very helpful and actually taught me a lot about light bulbs! We had a bulb in a ceiling fan and I could not figure out what size it was. I brought it in and he knew immediately what size it was and found the replacement for me in the store.My husband also uses this store for hard to find camera batteries. I have been here many different times and every time they impress me with their kindness and work ethic. They truly know what they are doing and will always make sure the customer is happy. They never take too long on doing any kind of repairs, and they are not overly expensive. They are always honest on the work and the repair that actually needs to be done and always keeps the customs budget in mind, rather than overselling or overpricing on simple repairs.

I searched and found the best battery for my vehicle, which was recommended on a vehicle forum. It had the best value for the specs and warranty. Ordered it online, and the store called me right away to give me an ETA (it was a special order item). Their ETA was right on. They called me to let me know it was in, and helped load it into my vehicle (it’s quite heavy). Everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous, and the store was very organized with a good selection of products. Highly recommend.

Overall helpful and knowledgeable. They replaced my battery 9 months ago, and due to heavy usage the battery died rather quickly again so they replaced it under warranty even. I definitely suggest heading here first when you have a battery problem.

Terrible, HORRIBLE service. I went in and bought a battery for my ATV which is not parked nearby. I told them exactly the type of machine I have and they told me the battery I needed. I went to install it a couple weeks later and before I did I checked the charge and the battery was almost dead. Brought it back in and the owner, who has serious attitude problems, said that it should have been installed right away. It was now about 4 weeks after I bought it. Said that I needed to pull the battery if I wasn’t running my machine regularly. I’ve had my ATV for 6 years and NEVER been told or have had to charge it between uses. I’ve had it sit for 4 months and it’s started right up. They recharged, I picked it up the next day and went back to put it in about a week later. It was THE WRONG BATTERY! The battery is the same size as my old one but the poles are reversed and there is no simple way to make it work without changing the cables. I went to return it and was refused (politely by the young man working there) that I was past the TWO WEEK RETURN POLICY! TWO WEEKS! THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG BATTERY, I have the box and the receipt and I WAS REFUSED A REFUND! UNBELIEVABLE!

The car battery I needed and the customer service I appreciated.

Brought my phone in with a broken screen. They replaced my screen but now the ear piece doesn’t work. Brought the phone back up to the store and now they are saying that it didn’t work when I brought it to them yet they have it marked that they were not able to test it. They aren’t willing to do anything to honor their warranty so I would stay away.

Although the salesperson I dealt with was extremely friendly the manager came out with an attitude right off the back. He seemed to be overjoyed that corporate came up with a reason to decline my warranty. I was told that the battery had been abused. How do you abuse a battery that is installed in a car. I am an ASE certified master technician with 25 years of experience. I have experienced the problem I had with this battery about a dozen times and all on GM vehicles. The problem is that GM charging systems will produce as much as 14.6 volts. Most car companies max out at 13.8. This is the nature of the beast. If you are going to offer a battery by make and model be sure your product can stand the test of what you are selling it for. I cant state facts about the other products in this store but I would stay away from their car batteries. They simply wont stand behind them!

Today I had Mgr. Art and Assistant Mason install 4 Golf cart batteries and 2 chassis batteries in my 2003 Tiffin Phaeton Motor Home. The price of the batteries was very reasonable and likewise the small installation charge. Couple nice guys running a great business. Ill be back in the future. Recommend them highly.

The associated did not know how to install this battery unit for my car (a very common-seen model). It took him a long time to get the battery holder off, then when he put the new unit in, he tried to force the holder back on without loosening up the screws. I told him that would not work and he did not listen. At the end I had to loosen up the screws a bit to get the holder to fit the new battery. It is just ironic that even though this purchase said it would come with free installation, I had to do it myself while the associate was watching. I asked if he could clean the battery connectors since there was a bit of corrosion, and he said hed charge me $5 with all that happened (the fact that I had to install the battery myself made me think he should at least clean the connectors for free). I probably would not come back to Batteries Plus Bulbs for my next battery replacement, at least not this location.

So....after comparing prices with WalMart and WalMart not having the higher amp battery in stock (like they said they did and told us to call other Wal-Marts since they didnt have access) I found Batteries Plus Bulbs.Our original cheap battery in our 2013 Mazda 3 completely died.Art was very helpful on the phone and when my wife and daughter stopped by, he explained alot about the old battery as well as the new. He also gave us the 10 dollar rebate in person so we didnt have to deal with the mail in.Overall, we paid $103.00 plus tax for a Duracell with the same warranty as the WalMart (3yr replacement plus 2 yr prorated), which was only about 6 dollars more. But...we received a 640 cca. vs. 540 cha. battery with similar amp hoursAnd......the battery was installed promptly, np lime or waiting.Batteries Plus Bulbs is our new first choice for batteries and hopefully bulbs as well.

There was only one person there and we came in with 30 mins. Left until they closed all we wanted to do was ask for a quote on a cracked screen when we walked in no one was at the desk we saw someone poke there head out around the corner of another desk he never said welcome or how he could help us or asked what we needed..
