Fantastic battery store, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They have handled all of our battery business for 6 or 7 years.

The front counter workers were on point in regards to helping out with Majestic NWA needs today. As many times as Ive driven past, I finally stopped by for battery replacement. I was greeted as soon as as there was an available salesperson. I told them my problem and they had a resolution that benefits Majestic. Hopefully we wont need to use them again, but its good to know that respectable businesses (along employees) still exist.

We had a problem with our camper van LiFe battery. Even though we arrived minutes before closing, they helped us remove it, charged it for free, and the next morning helped us re-install it (we didnt have exactly the right wrench). They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and clear about what they could--and couldnt--do for us, including recommending another vendor in the area who was familiar with our setup. I would definitely return there in the future for battery purchase and/or service.

Bought a battery 2 months ago for my Harley went out and it was dead took it back in they said let them charge it and test it Got the battery back but not even the battery we took up there they did not want to warranty it out they said it failed the resistance test will not return

I had dropped off an item for a battery replacement, something they had done before while I waited and after 5 days on a Saturday still not done. Really dropped the ball on this one. Very poor experience.

Cheaply priced. But also cheaply made. Great for something you plan on just selling.

They somehow deleted my order and I have to wait an extra couple of weeks to get what I ordered before Christmas but they gave me a discount on what I wanted to begin with! They then finally found the order but ended up being too small and are currently trying to make it right.

Make sure you save up your old batteries and take them here to be disposed off. My first time here but I will be going back for all my battery needs.

Battery Outfitters really worked with me within my price range without trying to push a more expensive one, which was so nice. They were also really patient with my toddler while he was having a little meltdown. They fully installed my battery. I had fully painless experience here. First impressions when I pulled in was wow these guys are young! The location is in a tough spot to pull in and out of and the staff was really young I wasnt sure what to expect. 3 vehicles and 3 batteries later I can say that it was worth checking out. What brought me here first was our scooter. The battery in it was something from China so it was good for about a year. The scooter ran fine (or so we thought) as long as we kick started it but you could tell the battery was dying. When I brought the battery in they tested it and determined it was shot. Luckily they had the right size in stock and it came with a 2 year warranty. After installing the new battery the scooter had a stronger spark and is running better than it ever had before. Turns out the cheap battery was holding it back! About 1 month later 2 of our vehicles batteries went bad at the same time. I wanted to make sure it was the battery vs the alternator and it turns out thats something they can check too. They plugged their machine into each vehicle and found that the alternators were running fine and both batteries were on their way out. 1 of the batteries must have been like the scooter, a cheap one, as the car started running smoother after the new battery was installed. Battery Outfitters dont have the cheapest batteries around but from my experience so far they are very good quality and can even improve hiw your vehicle runs! I encourage you to take the short drive and check them out vs your local auto parts store or even a Walmart. I think youll be happy you did.

Love this place. Except for my laptop, they have provided every battery I have needed for the last four years. They install my watch batteries and seem to take care when they do it. And the prices are fair. What more could I ask for!

Very disappointed. I didnt have such luck Kail. I bought a battery 1 year and a couple of months ago and it will not hold a full charge now. I do not know the fellas name but as I entered the store he greeted me kindly. I proceeded to explain that this battery barely made it a year. His response was that I was lucky. This baffled me. I said to him I bought a battery that will only last a year for $128.xx? He said thats why he prefers the 2 year battery. I cant imagine what a 2 year battery costs! I told him my last one lasted 12 years on my Harley, he proceeded to say, well theres your problem, These batteries wont handle the vibrations. Why in the heck would you sell me a battery knowing that its not right for my Harley. Its a shame, I own a business right down the street. Its too bad you cant make this right!!
