We unreservedly recommend visiting this store and asking for Juan. Additionally, Luis and Anthony greeted us promptly and answered questions knowledgeably.

This was the only store with iPhone 13 in stock in the Santa Rosa and provided quick and easy service to upgrade my phone. Highly recommend!

It took 30 seconds into our encounter for the sales person to make his first lie. He told us that our trade in cell phobe depreciated by $280 because we were nearly 2 weeks late in trading the phone. Then he admits that the store lies to their customers, that customers actually have a month, not 15 days to trade in their phone. He continued on with two more lies in hope that I buy a new phone from them. There is no way this place has an actual 4.9 star rating, unless people in RP who are at&t customers are gullible simple folk.

Our Sales Agent, Sean, was my favorite person today. I came with with my 75 year old father who’s never had a smart phone and was very nervous about the process, hence why he put it off for so long. Sean listened to his needs, was patient and helpful in explaining things, and even made the process fun and enjoyable. It meant so much to have him understand his perspective, and in turn see my father have this turn out to be a positive experience.

Wow, I had terrible issue at the Mendocino st store in Santa rosa where the manager called us liars as he never mentioned any of the additional charges. I called the Rohnert park store and they were Fantastic. They took care of my issues immediately. They are great, willing ot go that extra mile for the customer. I recommend going there, and dont go to the Mendocino. St store by safeway.

This place is great. Every time I come in their friendly staff ( Ivo and Sean ) are always eager to help and answer any question we have. They always get to you in a timely manner and will help any way they can.

They didnt know anything. I went in for information on a samsung watch. The employees excuse for not know anything an i mean they knew nothing about the watch was that they never sell them. Couldnt even tell me which ones they had. Worst atnt store ive been too.
