The Rohnert Park GameStop is definitely one of the friendlier video game stores I have been to in my time. The staff are always helpful, theyre not overly aggressive in selling warranties and extra services, and theyre definitely knowledgeable about the products. I have had many fun interactions with various staff members and I would choose to go to this GameStop over others I have been to in a heartbeat. As GameStops business model begins to shift from video games to more memorabilia, toys, collectibles, etc... I anticipate going less frequently, but while physical games are still around I plan on coming back to this store as often as I can!

Great service got my Nintendo a few games they let me in as soon as they were going to close could not have a better experience

Young lady was only one in the store still provided excellent service unlike those three depressed clerks at the Petaluma shop who cant even offer bags or good customer service, needs some more coaching in my opinion.

Ive called around a lot checking to see if the latest game system was in stock. The person who answered the phone here was really nice and helpful, while other retailers were not.They have always had great customer service here, but due to recent experiences, they have really impressed me.

Employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in a few days ago to do a trade in on some electronics and Angel was very helpful. Made sure I knew everything that was going on and made sure the process went smoothly. Great service

They are a bigger store with a bit more selection but the area is bad. If you want to deal with panhandlers and hit and runs, this is the place for your own entertainment. Its a really busy area

I dont leave reviews very often but I wanted to commend the staff at GameStop for their excellent customer service. They had a difficult time finding a game we were purchasing but kept up the communication while they looked, apologetic and made up for the time we waited. Major Kudos to staff.

People here were too disoriented and distracted to help take care of my needs. I stood in front of the register for 10 minutes before they actually did their job. They kept addressing other customers needs and not dealing with mine. But one good thing I could say is that these people are committed to gamer culture and knowing the info to be helpful

I visited the Gamestop in Rhonert Park on 12/13/2019 at around 2pm. Folks, this is how we do business. The store manager and his associate, Alonso, provided the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. I’ve visited a lot of different GameStop’s in my time, and this one is the most professionally, and customer service oriented GameStop I’ve ever been to. I live 30 miles away from this place, and there are 2 other GameStop’s in my near vicinity. I will keep going the extra miles to support the great customer service of the Rohnert Park GameStop. Staff is super friendly, and very available and willing to help. Good selection on used games and accessories, generally very well stocked. Midnight releases are handled very well.

Sadly a poor experience this time around. Was about to drop about $200 but we were skipped in line multiple times and after waiting 30 mins in the line alone it soured our decision to purchase so we left.

Seems like a nice place, but I got the witcher 3 from here when I was visiting my relatives. I come back home over 100 miles to play, the disc is covered with scratches and I couldnt even play for 1 minute. Next time guys tested your games!!

Quick Easy B2G1 Purchase!

Reading other reviews sounds like this happens alot and management does nothing to fix it. I walked it never greeted never helped never spoken to. Two employees behind the desk laughing and giggling and about Facebook friend drama and not doing there job. Store was a little run down as well. Not stocked very well even with boxes all over the store.

The amiibo stock is pretty bad in gamestop but I hope they restock sometime. But what I like is that the cashiers are always nice and making sure that you have what you want and give a lot of good information.

Great place to visit if you have small children, employees are so helpful to answer any questions that may confuse adults about what there children may want to get to have more enjoyable gaming experience for there counsel at home.

Customer service was horrible. I walked in the store and it was completely empty the employees were having a conversation while I stood there before the cashier finished his non work related conversation to help me! Pitiful after my purchase I was told we do not return games when the seal is broken DUH! Ive been buying games since funco land.

Staff is knowledgable in upcoming games. Great selection of games and game related merchandise. We often take the kids in for the used Skylanders selection. Picked up some other used games and controllers too.
