My wifes phone completely died this morning so we went into the store to buy a new phone. Alex took her phone and with his magic hands had it working within a minute. He could have easily made a sale on a $150 to $500 phone. Thank you Alex!

Store hours say they open at 9:30am Monday-Thursday. Its Thursday, its 9:56am, and the doors are still locked. They should probably change their hours posted online and on the door to the store because its wrong. Or someone is really late to work. 😒

Went here to sign my mom up for a new service, the guy at the rohnert park store always seemed and was never in the store when we would go, hed be out smoking or just hanging out in the back so we got fed up and went to THIS store in SANTA ROSA.The girl that helped us was very knowledgeable, set us up with an account quickly, explained things very clearly and offered some really helpful advice for my mom.Just the absolute best service we could have asked for.Thank you!

Great store

I wish there were zero stars for these guys. After telling him what I wanted in a phone, he sold me a phone that was worse than the one I upgraded from. I learned from metro that it was the older model so the commission is higher on those sales. Then the screen protectors and cases are junk. The first one I had was too big for the screen and he wouldnt do anything about it because he said it came from the factory like that. The 2nd one he didnt let the alcohol vapor off completely so it just slid around on the screen. Again he didnt care. Also the case he sold me needs to be removed for the charger to connect properly. Total RIP offs, only out for themselves and liars. I could go on and on about the horrid service i got here. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in santa rosa.

Was very helpful and bought two phones.

They were splice to have sold me a brand new phone instead the sold me a used phone with a virous on it and a used sd card that also had a virous on it and some very sensitive photos of a woman on the sd card that no matter wouldnt come off.
