Man working by himself closed the store an hour early and flipped me off through the window. I have been stranded without phone and he was unwilling to help even though he closed way earlier than store hours stated online and on the business door. I drove an hour to get here before closing and arrived at 7pm (closing is 8PM).
I am a no nonsense shopper. I want to get in and get out. My sales person was able to find me the best offer on a phone. When it arrived I came in and set up while I shopped for groceries next door. A+
Never ever going back here again. Long story short. I placed an online order for pickup curbside (because Iof COVID and I’m pregnant). Had to go inside because they messed up the serial number on the mifi device so they had to “cancel” the original order and write it up again, only come to find out later on (after calling customer service about my $771 bill) that the sales rep never fully canceled the original order so I was being charged twice. So I had to go back in the store for over an hour arguing with the rep about it he said it was fixed through their core service and it would reflect on my next bill only it never did! I had to call Verizon customer again and finally get someone competent on the line who explained exactly what happened on the store level and corrected it for me. Very poorly trained staff at this location FYI. I never write reviews but this was just unreal.
I went in with a very complicated request, and wasnt even sure what I was asking for was even possible. Not only did Erick and Frisco come to my rescue and solve my issue, they were incredibly patient and friendly throughout the whole process. They managed to fix my botched port and get my service going, and they did it quickly and without fuss. Truly a five star experience. Thank you, Erick and Frisco!

I visited Verizon Rohnert Park regarding my IPhone network settings - I was completely satisfied with their service- A guy who served me was very friendly and helpful, very kind person and he made me walks out of their office with smile having my trouble met and sorted. I never ever write negative reviews for any businessesBut these employees suck the worst customer services I have ever experienced. they just sitting there like dead body with no energy or effort to help us. All they say call customer serves or go to the main officeSpent over a week going back and forth to add a lineHope Verizon management or who ever managing this unit watching that and train them well

I dont agree with the negative reviews posted here. Nathan could not be better at his job. He managed to juggle 4 clients last night and did it well. Very knowledgeable. Of course getting a new phone takes time especially if one is having things moved from an old phone to a new one. Would definitely recommend this store and Nathan to everyone!!!

Went in to switch carriers from ATT to Verizon. Roberto expertly assisted me with what turned out to be a very lengthy transition on part of ATT. He, along with his co-worker Nathan spent a great deal of time assisting me in both the purchase of several new phones and a family plan that exceeded ATT’s. Roberto was extremely knowledgeable and looked for the most productive plan for my needs at the least expensive cost. Hope Verizon appreciates and values these employees (Roberto and Nathan) for their dedication to your company, customer service, and effort to go yet if their way for a customer. Wish all companies’ employees were thus good!
Went in because my new phone wasnt receiving text. Spent about 15 minutes, they gave me a new sim card, no charge. Made my day!
Some of the least helpful service Ive received in a store. I was in to purchase a phone that came with a $200 rebate. I was told the sales rep. would be signing me up for this rebate and that no further action on my part would be required. Over 10 weeks later and Ive yet to receive anything on this rebate. No card, nothing in the mail, not even an e-mail confirmation which I apparently should have been getting.Numerous attempts to call the store or arrive in person have had no luck confirming any information. Theyve directed me towards Verizon and LGs rebate help lines and tracking sites, which have all turned up with nothing. Ive been told to talk to their store manager, who has yet to call me back or be in store when the employees have stated they will. The sales rep who helped me also seems to mysteriously go on break whenever I arrive in store. I dont want to assume its related, but its a weird coincidence.Im sick and tired of being given this runaround At this point Ive accepted I probably wont be getting this rebate, but I shouldnt have to jump through all these hoops just to find out. I will never buy a phone directly through Verizon again, and this experience has me considering switching providers entirely.

Tori & Robert were both very friendly and helpful. The process of getting a new phone would have been unnecessarily complicated and stressful without their help. I was having a simple speaker malfunction, the phone was under warranty so they sent a new phone to my house. How ever the phone sent you me in the box came with no battery and no back. There is no possible way I could have transferred the data myself with only having one phone battery as both devices must be on at the same time to communicate and transfer properly. I was in the store for about an hour and a half while Robert flipped the battery back and forth and rummaged through desk drawers for an extra battery or sd card (trying to save me the money of purchasing one). I purchased the sd card to make the process somewhat easier, but it was still very time consuming. He was very apologetic about how long it took and we had a good conversation in between him helping other customers. Long story short the staff at the Robert Park location surpassed any service I have ever received in the Santa Rosa stores.

Be prepared to wait. Like any Verizon store, it seems to take an eternity to get anything done. But it does get done. My husband and I have been into this store several times. While the service is as prompt as it can be, they usually only have one or two staff members. I suspect this makes it really hard for them to service everyone promptly, especially since every task seems to take so long (something to do with Verizon, I think). Anyway, weve never been treated poorly, though I have seen other customers get frustrated with their (seemingly endless) wait and I suspect that frays everyones nerves. In the end, if they could up their staffing at key times, it would probably go a long way to alleviating a lot of problems. Oh, and get some comfy couches and free wifi. ;)
I have gotten two phones from this place and my girlfriend has gotten a phone here also and neither of us has had a problem with service. Yes it does take time to get a new phone but that is like that in every phone store.

This was my 2nd visit. The associates were helping others customers I was ignored twice last and this time.when I walked in and waited for almost five minutes but nobody say nothing like there is no one there so i walked off Very unprofessional associate.
This store was bad. They sold me a jetpack that you cant buy from Verizon because itis discontinued. they tell me it is newest model (was a lie). They charge me the price of the brand new model you can get on line at Verizon. I bought 2 like this. one stops working properly about 30 days after i bought it. they tell me to bad cant return it after the 14 days. also told me yea this model has problems we have them in the safe but i dont sell them i order the new model if people want them. also when you go to pay the bill look closely at what your getting charged for. They add things to the bill extra charges and hope you just pay and walk out. Exta insurance without asking, water damage another separate charge without asking. Go to a corporate Verizon store. never go to this authorized dealer unless you want to get cheated with old outdated equipment at new prices. The store manager will also give the same lies just to get you to sign the papers. she was the one that sold me the first jetpack.
Weve had somewhat good service here in the past until today. The female associate was rude, condescending and far from helpful today. We came in to get screen protector put on that we bought in store. It had to be shipped to our home and we were told we could bring it back to have it put on. This was fine and we agreed. Today we returned two weeks later to get the protector put on.The associate was not helpful. Instead of trying to help us she instead tried rudley pushing other products on us. We understand that sales must be made, but youll attract more flys with honey than vinegar.You guys have lost our business. Only rated 2 star instead of 1 because of the male associate helping us out today and in the past.Adios muchachos.
If I could rate this store a 0 Star I would. I realize that this is a TPR store, but Verizon really needs to look into how these stores carry the Brand. As a customer for less than a week, I’m already switching back to my previous carrier because of the Visit to this store. Unprofessional is the only word I can use discribe this store. The only response this young lady had to 3 customers ( including my wife and I) was “we don’t do this in store, you need to go to corporate or call 611”. TPR stores need to take more responsibility and help protect the “Brand” they serve.
Went in to ask a couple of questions. The young man told me he could not help me because he knew nothing obout the phones, except how to turn them on. What kind of people do they hire. A person selling phones should know how they work. He was rude and I felt he just did not want to be bother with me. He said that it would be a long wait, I was willing to wait. When he saw i was going to wait, then he informs me he knows nothing about the phones and to call 611. Not a store I will ever go back to. When I buy electronics I need people selling me to know what they are selling. I feel this young man lied because he did not want to be bother.

They couldnt do many of the things a standard Verizon store can do, such as walk you through switching phones. The phone displays are also pretty shoddy.

If I could give 0*s i would. Terrible experience going to this store. All the guy kept trying to do was sell me and my fiance a phone when we were trying to bring our own devices. He must have been entering the IMEI incorrectly because I went to another Verizon store and they were able to use our phones without an issue.I wish I caught the guys name because he should be fired for his poor service. All I remember was that he had glasses. Terrible business practice trying to push people into knew phones when they can use there current ones. If I didnt have Verizon at my company and knew how good there service is it would have pushed me away from moving to Verizon.If you ask me take the extra 20 minute drive to go to the Petaluma or Santa Rosa store because this one is pretty bad if the rest of the 1* reviews didnt already tell you that. lol
So this store has good and bad qualities....good qualities are,their customer service is nice, bad qualities are,they could not help me with the Moto Maker, I was even told that Whenever someone comes in we tell them we dont do Moto Maker (when they really do) like maybe you should learn to do it...they lie to you so they dont have to go through the hassel of trying to help you.

They were not truthful about things and fowled up my billing so bad it took 2 hours on the telephone to Verizon and I have to go back and get a new contract because they charged me the wrong amount for the phone and never gave me my $300 credit I raised this to 3 stars because the man I spoke with was very understanding although he still could not tell me why I couldnt use my pixel phone which is more than the lady mgr of the store said on the 28th if June

These stores will push cheap products on you that they charge a premium for. I bought a new galaxy s9+ screen protector here for 50 bucks and it cracked after a week, the company replaced it with a cheaper screen protector. ( after sending them 7 bucks) When I asked the store why they are selling cheap stuff at a high markup they blamed me for dropping my phone...
