This place used to be the bees knees! Unfortunately, since new ownership a couple years ago, the product selection has gone completely downhill. There used to be really unique choices and great brands for natural options.Now, if we want anything good from grocery outlet we have to drive to Winston. It’s such a shame! The place does seem well-managed and run, it’s just the selection that has streamlined into garbage.

We always shop here 1st, before any other grocery shopping. Great deals on many familiar and essential items.

Great deals, very affordable. Only down side is you never know what you may find so, minus a few items if you are trying for a certain thing it likely wont be there next time you shop. However you can generally find a good replacement.

I eat bacon ranch on everything and I usually shop at Walmart and Sherms and neither one of them have had Hidden Valley bacon ranch for a month now. I hadnt been to Grocery Outlet in a while and while I was shopping at Walmart I had my headphones on and was talking out loud and didnt realize it and a lady heard me griping that there was no Hidden Valley bacon ranch anywhere. She got my attention and told me she had been to the grocery outlet and thats about all they had for ranch was Hidden Valley bacon ranch. So I went there and sure enough they had Hidden Valley bacon ranch and there was only four bottles left so I got it all in one of the reasons was it was only $2.99 for the big bottle. Not only did they have what I wanted that no one else in town had but it was cheaper which I love. Is that was check it out I saw that Mio the water enhancer stuff was only 99 Cents for extras huge bottle which is usually at least 399 anywhere else so I got some of that also. To make a long story short it proves to me the guy needs to go to the grocery outlet once in awhile cuz theyve got some great deals.

I love this place. Checkers are friendly and they have lots of goods for my busy household and muuuch cheaper than in normal stores. They have a good variety of well priced natural/organic type foods at a price I can afford and depending on what they get in (because they dont necessarily have the same products all the time) you can find some awesome deals. They are also starting to get more supplement and nutrition type powders and drinks available. The only thing I wish could change would be if they took WIC vouchers. Would make my shopping a one stop shopping experience but hey, other than that, 5 stars all the way.

I go to this store in Roseburg and in Myrtle Creek. I prefer this store they have more of a selection than the one in Myrtle Creek. Ive never had a bad customer service experience

Love grocery outlet! Not to crazy about the new owners. Already had a run in with the new manager and let me tell you, the customer is apparently not always listened to. The owner just heard the managers side and didn’t want to hear my about my experience. Sad to say I won’t be returning to this establishment.

We have been in to many grocery outlets in the last 20 years. Some are better than others. They always have great deals on some things and then some not so great deals on others. You just need to pay attention. Most of the time you can get great deals on the organic stuff. Most of the employees working at the Grocery Outlets are some of the friendliest you will ever encounter! If you see something you like grab it, they may never get it again.

Love Grocery Outlet. They are NOT great on Covid-19 response and let maskless shoppers run around claiming medical conditions in ways they cant at other stores. This is an older one though with less organic selection. I sometimes drive to Myrtle Creek to have a better selection. I hope they start to bring in more organic, gluten free and specialty items.

Inexpensive way to get a fair amount of good vegan food

Mostly ok with GO. But I was clearly walking and had a stroller to push one time and the lady didnt even offer me a bag. And sometimes their produce isnt the best

We used to be a Grocery Outlet shopping family its closest to our home even though since the Pandemic ive noticed its very crowded and they dont enforce the mask mandate that was until today..... I live in a building that is all Sienors and or Disabled and the seven years Ive been here there have been 2 grocery carts in the building that have been here for a decade or more (its how we get our groceries to our apartments and most of us buy or did from Grocery Outlet) and the new owners of Grocery Outlet apparently saw a resident using said cart and demanded it be returned or the police would be involved 🤔 really? Needless to say they got thier 2 carts back . My husband called Safeway and they happily donated 2 carts to the building from carts they were going to be thrown away so good on you Safeway 😊 Thankyou Safeway way to be a caring member of the community ❤

Another of my favorite discount stores! Always have great variety, some excellent bargains & a surprising inventory of wines at very reasonable prices... You can have your own wine tasting party without leaving your house!

As always loved my shopping experience at the Grocery Outlet they always have something that I had been looking for and could not find as the single pods of coffee for the Keurig coffee machine boxes of 80 pods for $15 and all kinds of other sorts in assortments in mixes and so on and so forth for the Keurig kind of a surprise normally you pay 30 bucks for a box of 80 theyre at the grocery outlet in Roseburg Oregon

Good place for quick stops, or even your total grocery list. They have great prices and great selection of goods. Just beware if you find something you like better stock up quick because the next time you go in there is a good chance they wont have it. The products they carry change all the time basically. But all in all well worth the stop.... oh and for the adults out there they have a great selection of beer and wine and amazing prices on both.

My family loves Grocery Outlet. We always find new, unique things and amazing deals. They have great wines, name brands, and interesting finds that are just coming onto the market. Their health section is varied and they have good produce and meat. They also carry some home goods and toys.The staff is always nice helpful, the store is clean, and the bathrooms are well maintained which is very important when shopping with small children.

I love this store they have same high end products at 1/2 the price. Its very clean and friendly.

Good selection, lots of stuff. Great selection of beer and wine. They sometimes have some fun or unique stuff that I wouldnt buy for full retail but is great to try for cheaper. I wouldnt go there for produce or dairy, but everything else is absolutely worth it.

The checkers are so wonderful and helpful. I always need a rider cart and they are so personable they get one for me when they see me coming in. My favorite is ALL of it. Staff, prices and always stocked good selection too.

Great place to find good deals. Always have variety and new items. Good produce. Good service, friendly and helpful people, good prices on most items. A full isle of organic food stuffs and a fair selection of beer and wine too. Not a typical grocery store but one i usually visit monthly!

Wont accept my unexpired license to buy alcohol saying I need to get the new one, called her manager before telling me this so I had to wait 5 minutes in a busy line to be told, the guy who said hes 57 went on to say my ID doesnt look like me. I liked the store but wont ever be back after how rude they were. Dont employ senile managers.

An adventure in grocery shopping plus! You never know what you will find there, other than great deals. Products you wont find elsewhere give you chance to try new things but if you find something you like it may not be there the next time you go. Markdowns and weekly specials. Sell by and expiration dates may be nearing. Produce and meat selection is limited but great deals can be had. A couple of aisles of clothing, household goods and kitchen ware, toiletries and even outdoor stuff. Dont bring your bcoupons, they dont take them. No club to join...the price deals are there for everyone. And one bonus:. Theyll even help carry you groceries to the car and the best part: They allow tipping!!!! Dont stuff em. They work hard for their money.🎼🎶

RUD, RUDE RUDE the most rude people. They no longer will bag your groceries even when you purchase the bags. They want you to bag your own groceries - also all of their prices have gone up, like $2 + completely too much for what they are selling. Today when I brought to their employees attention that their item was expired - literally the person turned to me and said what do you expect this, this is grocery outlet. We dont care. Dont go there - Actually the food bank would be better.The Grocery Outlet in Myrtle Creek will bag your groceries so I will go there.
