Great customer service from entering to leaving. Chris ( the one in training was awesome). The supervisor Mr. Charles is a wise, professional, personable leader and his team works well under his leadership. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Mr. Tire was quick and courteous, finding the cause and location of the leak (screw on inside wall of the tire). A patch would not solve the problem because of the location of the screw. The gentleman checked his inventory and had a new tire to replace mine. The whole process took under an hour. I would recommend Mr Tire on Pulaski Highway in Rosedale MD.

I came to get my brakes and rotors fixed by Bryan or Brian, however you spell his name If that’s even his name (tall/dreads/glasses) Not only did he not fix them but he messed my sensors up in the process and now my brake light won’t go off… And then told me to pay him instead of the shop so he could pocket the money if I wanted to get it fixed again. And then the car did not start when I came to pick it up. Bad service. It wasn’t the shop, the shop is good… it was HIM.

Charles is a Lifesaver! They helped me out when I over-filled my oil and literally almost locked my engine. He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. Excellent, professional service, I highly recommend. My new go-to auto shop :-)

I went there twice to deal with a flat tire repair. The first time, they mounted the tire backwards, but they didnt charge me since it took so long since they had to unmount and remount it again. The second time (I had limited options with Thanksgiving tomorrow), they charged me over 3 times the amount compared to what they were originally going to charge me at the first visit saying they had to reverse mount the tire (these are not reverse mount wheels!). My wheel ended up with tool markings, scuffs, and scratches because they clamped the face of the wheel into the tire machine. They also somehow broke my chrome valve stem cover.

You need to ask for people to be more honest instead of giving me a roundabout figure give me the correct figure told me I needed a will alignment for a brake replacement brake replacement

They got my tire done so fast I was only there for about 20 minutes great quality work and great people.

They have great customer service and when you come they are always prepared to help! In addition they finish quickly.

I was not disappointed in the service but I definitely was knocked out satisfied either. If make an online appt for 730 am, arrive late 745 to be told by someone just getting there to tell me that you open at 8am when the sticker on the door says you open at 730am, then thats minus 1 star. When I say Im waiting as indicated on my online appt and have to wait in a dimly lit, outdated room with an old TV ( not sure if it worked) with walls that need to be cleaned and painted is another minus 1 star. I mean thats my honest assessment of the quality of service I received. If I come back and it happens again Im giving an honest opinion again.

Ive been going there for about five years and I must say, they have excellent customer service and always give me a reasonable price. They always do a great job and leave me totally satisfied. I highly recommend this establishment.

I just got my rear brake rotor done at Mr. Tire. Charles was very patient and kind giving me great detail on what I needed done on my car. He even took me to the back where they worked on my car and showed me exactly what was wrong on the car. I felt like I was in good hands . Mr. Charles Freeman at store #691, was a Angel sent. My tire was completely flat to the rim. I arrive to the store approximately 5:03 pm. The store closed at 5:00 pm., he had two customers inside, therefore the door wasn’t lock. After explaining my situation, he said mam, we’re close but, if you give me a minute I’ll get to you His personality was phenomenal and patience was superb. Not only did he take the time to look for the tire, my tire was replaced and he wouldn’t except a tip. Truly a blessing.

Great service! Nan, helped me get in and out without appointment or waiting due to my angry hissing tire... Car was struck in the back, later a tire started hissing bad. Had to do a quick stop and u-turn from errands as it was losing pressure way too fast. Luckily it was about time for new tires, and a couple other things so they were able to service and provided options. Nan let me know the details of what possibly may need done other than just tire replacement without trying to add anything unnecessary. Found out all 4 tires are different, and went ahead and put in to check alignment, the other places Ive gone for regular maintenance who never said a word though they knew I got the vehicle as is. Have only had the vehicle about 9 months.

Would have given a five-star review but had a 1pm as appointment and my vehicle wasnt pulled into the bay until 2pm, but then it was worked on quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to Chris who lended a neighborly hand when my radiator hose spontaneously popped off while driving down Pulaski Hwy. I didnt even realize I was pulling into a mechanics shop when he came out to help, tightened up the hose and gave me enough coolant refill to make it home. I didnt even have the cash to tip him. It was such a kind and self-less thing to do in a situation where I was v vulnerable. Many thanks to his kindness, I would recommend him with full confidence to anyone needing a trustworthy mechanic.

I needed a simple alignment and from the moment I entered, the introduction was welcoming and friendly. I had a few questions about my vehicle and the individual who helped me explained what I needed to know in a language I could understand. As I looked around the shop, everyone seemed to be focused on their tasks and had no issues lending fellow colleagues a hand when needed.
