Transparency and good work

While the owner is a nice guy and all, my experienc with this shop was horrendous! Came in for a simple swap in/swap out of the side mirror (brought my own replacement) and they attempted to overcharge me! Not only that, but they ended up messing up my handle to get out of the car and he told me to get superglue to hold it together! Save yourself the trouble and the hassle and go somewhere else. Trust me!

STAY AWAY. This is easily the worst experience with an auto repair company I have ever had. They had my cars for several months. The owner constantly made excuses regarding my repairs, claiming he wasnt knowledgable about the vehicle and as such had to seeks the assistance of another mechanic from a different shop. My car came out in worse shape than it went in. Eventually had to take the matter to small claims court.
